Terrible experience, worst ever! They use fake photos on their website and then send me rubbish. They are not manufacturer, they just steal other business photos and purchase from small shops, hence no quality control at all. Most of their products are rubbish. is a joke, nothing to do with the photo. And they refused to take them back, asking me to organise a delivery back to their WA warehouse - they have Sydney warehouse, but they ask you to send these rubbish back to WA, which will cost $400+. So you either lose your money on purchase, or lose your money on delivery back. And they close ticket and never talk to me anymore.

I have lodged a bank charge back and a complaint to Fair Trading. STAY AWAY from them!

smashed, with the contents suffering dings and dents. There were no assembly instructions provided, so I reached out to support and needed to wait more than a week for them to send me a video from the factory of how to put it together. Looks like the wooden bottom of the tabletop is too small, so when you centre it on the base there's nothing to screw into, literally not possible to assemble. Multiple follow ups with support and no meaningful response. Steer clear.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- look at the base of what they send me and read the response. The base is cracked in half and they claim the coat hanger is still fully functional and offer 10% return! These people are crooks DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are trying to weasel there way out of a refund. Show details

I am giving zero stars because this company is a scam. They took my money and did not send the chair. Customer service is a facade. A woman answers the number on their website and claims to be unable to assist with order follow up because she has no access to that database. it - never happened! Finally, I am sent a generic email over and over telling me to file a support request via website but when I go to do it, website says “mobile number not known.” I repeatedly requested the issue be corrected via email - they informed me that my request had been fulfilled. You guessed it - never happened! The most bogus moment came when some mystery customer service attended told me once a product is sent to delivery company, they cannot follow up and track it to get estimated time of arrival. There is no way you can get your money back from this entity once taken. I requested refund - you guessed it - didn’t happen. They are a FRAUD - remove these thieves from the internet.

2 months of delivery, very poor quality, completely different thing from the photo on their website: wrong color, scatches and cracks on the wooden board, the furniture is wobbly and rickety after installed. process exactly as outlined on their own website, and after weeks of back‑and‑forth, they initially confirmed in writing that I would receive a full refund and that they would arrange collection.

Since then, they’ve repeatedly changed their position, delayed the process, and tried to offer partial refunds or replacements instead of honouring what they already agreed to. The items have been packed and ready for collection from day one, yet the situation is still unresolved.

This has been an exhausting and frustrating experience, and I hope sharing it helps others make informed decisions before purchasing.

The coffee tables were paid for in full but have still not been delivered after more than seven weeks. During this time, I was repeatedly told that the items were “in the Sydney warehouse,” yet no delivery ever occurred and no tracking details were provided.

To make matters worse:

Communication has been inconsistent and delayed

The replacement link provided does not work

The system claims my phone number is “not registered,” making it impossible to proceed with replacements

Customer service processes appear completely broken

This conduct is unacceptable and does not comply with Australian Consumer Law, particularly regarding defective goods, failure to deliver, and timely remedies.

I have now issued a final notice demanding a full refund for:

The undelivered coffee tables

The defective TV unit

If unresolved, this matter will be escalated to NSW Fair Trading, a chargeback through my payment provider, and any other remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and frustration — I strongly advise avoiding Oz Home Hub.

Mike was great to deal with - good communication and very helpful. I was impressed with the customisation and how accommodating Oz Home Hub have been sorting out my new couch to finish my living area project at home. The interstate delivery was a challenge to coordinate, and the local delivery company was a bit of a letdown, but I am assured that the bugs in their processes are being ironed out. Show details

The quality of this product was terrible, delivered a cupboard with scratches, dints and hinges loosely scattered. Then terrible service, refuse to refund the faulty product and stop responding. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

so it wasn’t stolen. The product was very poor quality (like cardboard) from China, damaged with chips & chunks taking out of it, unstable once upright, parts & instructions missing. Customer service only provided a 10% discount as they assumed it was still operational (without any inspection). They expect you to return it to their miles away to their Smithsfield warehouse, at your cost, if you want a full refund for a faulty product. This contravenes Australian Consumer Laws. They are not concerned about reputation & service. It is a shoddy business. The products do not match the pictures as advertised on their website.

 Follow-up  · I tried assembling the wardrobe flatpack myself (no instructions included, missing screws) & asked my tradie to guide me. It took 3 hrs. Package condition on arrival was terrible.  Follow-up  · Update....... It's now the 19th of February and they are saying that the item is in transit...... Which they've been saying since late December. They also will not refund the order as its in 'transit' even though they can't provide a tracking number or even the courier companies name

No firm or even indicative delivery date has been provided No verifiable evidence of dispatch or transit has been produced.Communication has been inconsistent and, at times, non-responsive I formally requested a refund. This was refused on the basis that the goods are “in transit.” This position is untenable given that the supplier cannot substantiate that claim nor provide any delivery timeframe. Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to receive goods within the agreed timeframe or, failing that, within a reasonable period. This has been a highly unsatisfactory experience, marked by delay, lack of transparency, and disregard for consumer rights. I would caution prospective customers to carefully consider these issues before engaging with this business.

The item was returned in February 2026, and since then I have repeatedly followed up regarding my refund. All I have received in response are vague emails asking me to “be patient,” with no clear resolution or timeframe.

At this point, I no longer have the item and have been waiting far too long for a refund. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

get the product re-delivered. Customer service is non-existent, there is no one to speak to, you just get sent a link to lodge a ticket. Then they just ignore it…….. If, like me, you are persistent and keep emailing the main email address they will eventually answer but only to redirect you back to the support ticket claiming that they have no way to contact the courier (which is external). And so the loop continues…… Avoid at all costs
