extremely poor quality, bought 3 apple watch covers fitted the first one, fell off within 24hrs, fitted the second one and same result. no communication from them since requesting a refund 2.5 weeks ago. very poor quality, only out done by their communication. they did offer me a store credit initially but have no use for a credit when I have had to but other protectors elsewhere.

Defective strap and release – The straps have a defect where if you press your the buttons on your garmin it pushes the watch sideways enough that the release on the strap is activated causing your watch to fall off. This has happened several times and caused my watch to scratch its screen.

Disappointing after service – After being happy with my first purchase some time ago I put in a second order only to be disappointed with the after service replies. No outcome unfortunately just have to suck it up Will never shop with this company again

Don't bother, buy genuine – I thought I got myself a bargain and would buy cheap during Black Friday sales. However, I realised a few months later the material is rubber, leaving stains and discolouration that won't come out like once did with my Garmin band. Spend the money and buy genuine

Amateurish – If there is a problem with what is ordered and delivered. Due to no product identification codes or numbers it’s difficult to rectify. It seems to be a regular occurrence unfortunately. A point to be aware when considering ordering a product from them. Hopefully they solve the clear identification of their products.

Charge5 strap- FAB! – I am so happy with my new floral leather outlet strap. It arrived so quickly, one day after I ordered it, and looks fabulous. The fit is great also. Definitely will order from them again.

Strap like tyre rubber – The strap size in the listing is confusing, they ask if it's 22 or 20mm, the exact distance of the gap in the watch is 21 so I rounded down. unhappy UPDATE : Went to watchmaker to get spring poles to suit, tried watch on, took watch off and threw OzStraps in bin, the strap was so uncomfortable it's like wearing a strap made out of car tyre. Bought a decent strap from the watchmaker which was effectively same price after considering postage of the other

Buyer beware of the hidden cost of refunds – The watch band I bought from this company is lovely. Great colour. However I accidentally ordered one that was incompatible with my make of watch and then was gouged a $10 (magnanimously reduced to $7.99) "shipping and handling" fee on top of postage for the return. $9-12 on a $29 item. This fee is buried at the bottom of their returns information under the heading of "shipping" so I hadn't read it when I checked their return policy before buying. Buyer beware - this is a ludicrous charge that none of their competitors charge. I definitely don't recommend this company.

Charged for a wrong order – I searched for a Versa 3 band and ordered one I liked, however when it arrived they sent me the wrong one and had to esculate to paypal as they wanted to charge me for their error. After a month, finally got the money back. However it still cost me $12 for postage and tracking return they insisted on and I wasn't reimbursed. Show details

band and selected the correct size I needed, changed my mind then clicked on another watch band and in my rush, selected the wrong size as the position of the 2 size options was reversed between the 2 strap pages. - 3rd time I checked with OzStraps every step of the way and without any judgement or condescention assisted me with ensuring I had made the correct sizing selection.

On a MASSIVE positive note: In good faith, OzStraps did issue vouchers to spend on replacement items once I had sent my returns (even before they arrived in their warehouse), which I think is GREAT customer service. The conversation via email I had with their staff on the 3rd purchase was without any note of irritation, which is what I needed after the discouragement of the previous failed purchases.

The watch bands are of high quality and (if you select the correct size) arrive very promptly!

Fantastic quality – Have purchased both bands and the tempered screen protector for Samsung watch year ago and till date, I've never had a single quality issue with the product - still works perfect and my watch has remained in excellent condition. circumstances. I ordered a different band what I thought was the same one back in 2019 and its just not suitable nor the same. they obviously have a different supplier. I wanted to return it and they will take it back but will deduct for a $10.00 restocking fee. I cant convince them I never would have ordered something else if if i was offered the refund I wanted in the 1st place. 30 emails later as you cant speak with anyone, they will no longer respond to me. I sent back the product with my expected refund amount. i doubt i will hear from them. my advice due to the lack of responsiveness and the people on email dont even know their own return policy i would stay clear of them. The worst service ever!!!
