I ordered products, sent a tracking number that does not exist. Have emailed at least 8 times, no reply. There is no other way to contact them other than email. They have ripped me off.

Absolute rubbish products. Two tech items I bought broke within a week. Multiple emails to request replacement / refund were ignored. JUNK. Slow shipping too.

OzBuyItNow.com.au – I paid for 2 items, received tracking number, it wasn't registered with the courier, so where is it? No response from the seller, no answer from the seller, who are this people?

BUYER BEWARE - IGNORE THEIR ADVERTISING – I should have dove a background check on this company before placing an order that was delivered incomplete, without cable accessories . No response through the in website ‘ messaging ‘ . 4 further emails have been ignored and I can only confirm BUYER BEWARE - this is a ruthless scammy company - DO NOT TRUST IT !

Oz buy it now misled, then ripped off – dishonest representation. quote in AUD$ then, charge a foreign transaction fee not mentioned in the invoice very slow delivery more than two weeks, making sure the financial transaction is complete before you realise you've been dudded poor quality goods (the too good to be true axiom applies cheap and nasty)

Total SCAM! – Absolute scam! Do not buy from these scanners! I ordered over 10 products and they only sent one with other rubbish literally! And took over a month! No response at all either! Stay away!

Zero customer service! – I ordered 3 items in May but only received 2 of them. I have sent at least 6 emails to them requesting delivery of the missing item, or a refund but I have received zero response from them - not even acknowledgement of any of my emails! Their customer service isn't just woeful - its absolutely non-existant! I certainly won't be buying anything else from them ever again!

but I have been left high and dry .There is no phone number for Oz buy it now to enable one to speak to somebody. I have reported Oz buy it now to the ACCC and Consumer affairs Victoria .This service is deplorable .I am left with an item that is not what I want and will never use and I am $17.00 out of pocket. website are of the genuine article and genuine packaging, but the item is a poor knock-off. I have received no reply to my emails and no response to my requests for a refund through the ‘contact us’ form. I have lodged a complaint with Paypal and will be receiving a full refund. I strongly recommend caution with this fraudulent website.

No response to replace a faulty LED Solar Street Light – I purchased an Led Solar Street Light with a remote control. The product never worked. I wrote to them asking for a replacement. They never responded.

Sold me a product that not compatible in Australia – Purchased a GPS vehicle tracker, read the full item description, said works in Australia. Did not say anything about the Mobile phone band required. When product arrived, opened the instruction manual and it clearly states required 2G SIM card to work. False advertising and can't contact to get refund – Purchased a headband from Oz for $13. Their advertisement had multiple pictures showing exact details yet different headband arrived nothing like what was advertised. They are only contactable via email and won't respond. Went to eBay and purchased headband that Oz advertised from different supplier, paid only $5 and the correct headband (that was advertised by both Oz and ebay) arrived. Sent me a broken item and not responding to emails – I ordered an item which arrived broken. Their website states to email them or contact them online to receive a refund and I have emailed them several times and have not received any response. Rip offs and terrible quality items. They don't reply – I have spent many hundreds of dollars with these people over several orders. Now that I have a warranty claim on one out of maybe 50 items purchased, they don't want to know me. No customer service – purchased an item (car reverse camera) which appears as detailed. I installed the mirror on the mirror of the car by using the supplied type of rubber bands. Absolute SCAM – Ordered about $100 worth of various things and they stated they would also send me a free gift. Got the free gift (a couple of trinkets and a Covid RAT), small parcel with tracking. Did not get my order but the tracking on the free gift is the same as the tracking for my order, so they claim it was delivered. Total SCAM.

Delayed forwarding, don't reply to emails and no instructions – Took a week for them to send it and when it arrived there were no instructions. regards to product purchased (Solar Light) it seems OK on testing and will be installed today so I reserve judgement on it for the moment. Thank goodness I purchased via PayPal as contacting OzBuyItNow re after sales service is not very successful.

Solar Mozzie killer – Does not charge or work and have tried to message OzBargain twice with no reply. That's rubbish customer service in my book. Won't buy from them again.
