arrived fine, so I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately, the second pendant arrived completely shattered. I contacted Mica, sent through the requested photos, and was told a claim would be processed. A few days later, I received an email saying that because I didn’t select insurance, they wouldn’t be replacing it. That was it. I tried calling them, but their number just redirected me to email. I followed up again via email, explaining the situation and that I was a returning customer. I even offered to pay extra for shipping. It’s been over four weeks — still no response. At this point, it wasn’t even about the $150 — I just needed a working light. I ended up finding the same product through Oz Lighting. I spoke directly with a salesperson named Josh, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. I ordered the pendant (again, without insurance), and it arrived — shattered. I called Josh, and he immediately sent out a replacement. That one also arrived broken. I couldn’t believe it. After another call, we agreed not to risk shipping again, and I arranged for a driver to collect the next one in person. Josh later confirmed that even they were receiving this product damaged from the supplier. Finally, after a few days, two new pendants arrived in perfect condition, and I had my driver inspect and collect them. Thanks to Oz Lighting’s amazing customer service, I now have everything back in order. But after my experience, I’ll never shop with Mica Lighting again — poor communication, no accountability, and no regard for returning customers.

on exposed walls that face Nth/West. Our electrician who installed them was really impressed that the lights look so aesthetically pleasing, as most of the security lights available are pretty clunky looking. I love that there are options for how bright you want the lights and setting the time etc for the lights to stay on was super easy. So much easier when we arrive home to have sensor lights, highly recommend.

not as shown in the ad – l ordered a glass pendant light in an amber colour. The colour was brown when unlit and pale yellow with grey streaks when lit. The other colours available were blue, green and red so it wasn't an error. l have kept them because they are still stylish and well made but am writing this review so people are aware of this. Table lamp – I was a little hesitant that such a delicate item would be damaged in transit to NZ . I didn’t need to worry. It was exceptional well packaged. Two minor issues was it took 7 days to travel 6.6ks in Aus and trying to understand what bulbs to buy with the lamp wasn’t obvious on site. But hey, the lamp is exactly what I hoped for. Would recommend others to buy through your site. Just be prepared for three to four weeks delivery time.

Very slow – Ordered 3 bulbs on the 21st of July, I finally called about them on the 26th of July as no shipping notice had been sent. I was told that they expect to send them today or tomorrow and I will hopefully get them next week. I get things from China here in Sydney much faster...very disappointed.
Great service. clever marketing label, but not what I'd hoped for. LED table Candle – As it says organic. I thought it would have had bees wax. Sadly just Paraffin. Consequently only 2 stars. Refund not honoured – Purchased 4 lights. Paid through post office for 3 returns. Oz Lighting only received one return in August. Will not reimburse despite receiving return. Their policy until they receive all will reimburse for none. Returns are expensive. Would recommend not to use their firm for online purchase. Very costly experience. A good experience to deal with ozlighring – The phone staff were helpful and able to provide the product I could not find in Melbourne. Postage is a little expensive, but this may be due to many lighting products being fragile and possibly having extra insurance costs.
