Contacted the company and they tried to help - offered advice on how to check if the infrared was working which it was, I honestly think it is the machine. need to be closed down – Remote buttons fell out after 3 days by just wiping it down, tried to get a refund or replacement and they just ignored me and would not respond, very bad sellers I wish I had of checked reviews before ordering from them.. their score says it all!! Do not waste your money avoid ozremote completely!!!

After reading many negative reviews, I feel it is fair to write about my very positive experience. I ordered a remote control for 15 years old SONY TV and it was delivered in one week. Of course, it is not an original SONY product (my TV is ancient), but it is an exact replica of the original (without SONY logo). And importantly, it works!

Very Happy Customer – I ordered a remote for my blu ray machine and I didn't have to wait long at all. I am very happy with my purchase it's perfect and works perfectly. Rubbish – QU WEI GONG FANG CO., LTD. Trading as "ozremote.com" (Might be half the problem) Sent wrong model AC remote. I was asked multiple times for photos which were sent promptly. Emails not acknowledged, just repeated requests for photos. Would give 0 stars if possible – Don't buy from these people! Purchased remote, that claimed to have same functions as original. It didn't. No reply via direct email to them. Eventually got response through PayPal and Ozremote agreed to refund once the remote was sent back at my expense. I sent a tracking number as well, but never received my refund. Same Same – Ordered a Hisense original TV remote control as the description & pictures were correct showing brand name & part number on the remote, however what I received was a China made aftermarket compatible used remote with worn out symbols on the buttons & different placement of the channel, volume & other functions. Terrible, don’t buy from them – Bought a remote which did not work. Emailed them to ask for a refund. He asked me to send a picture which I did. Then he asked for a video to prove it wasn’t working ( which I sent). Now he’s asking for another $8 to send me another remote which probably won’t work as well. I really wish they weren’t allowed to get away with this. I have had to escalate to PayPal, hopefully I get my money back

Australia Post parcel tracking. I then did a check on ProductReview.com.au and saw the multiple 1 star posts !! OMG, have I been ripped off ?!?!? On the 09/05/2023 I emailed OzRemote back saying the tracking number didn't work. They replied with an email showing me a copy of the tracking schedule, with it saying that my remote had arrived in Brisbane !! Take out: People like to vent when something goes wrong and Product Review is a great place for that, but people hardly ever give a good review when things go as expected. I wonder how many OzRemote customers have actually got a working remote control but never left a review!!
