Unable to get it to connect to the internet therefore unable to use it – The internet site was easy to navigate I am not happy with the product, unable to connect to the internet, therefore I was unable to use the product unless I was sitting right beside it with my phone. Best Quality Security System – From first call we found OzSpy helpful with explaining everything to us, payment and installation was a breeze and very simple. Service sucks-I asked them to install [after quote] a security system comprising alarm and cameras, – Flacky service, half baked installers who didnt seem to know an awful lot and then didnt even come back after promising to instal in my new house. Yet their Gold Coast office is fine. Show details

Excellent service from George Grech in Blackburn Victoria – I bought a spy camera online. It was sent from QLD. The camera didn't work properly. I send messages to ask for help from everywhere. But only George Grech in OZspy Blackburn Victoria, replied to me. He helped me every thing (such as installation, format SD card, ..) to make my camera work good. Needed a Computer degree to install – Camera came with no installation instructions . OzSpy website instructions were incorrect . Wrong ip address and Id number . After sales service was pathetic. If it was not formy son having a computer degree we wouldn’t have a hope to set it up . If you do not know much about computers etc go elsewhere. camera cannot be viewed remotely (beats the purpose) as the DNS name does not resolve and I have to put the physical IP in each time which will not work if it changes. I asked for the user name and password so I could configure via cloud and was told that I could not have it and when I advised it was something I paid for was told they would get back to me and never did. I paid over $8K for the system and could not be bothered to keep chasing the owner who is on to the next. I decided to share my experience after seeing a pattern of poor after sales service. I have also ensured my neighbours who asked about my system did not use them for their install of a 4 and 6 camera system. Hope this helps inform consumers before they commit their hard earned cash.

Well now OZSPY won't replace the cameras under warranty, they offered a lower grade camera for me to buy or a higher grade with a small discount... What a joke And yes this has taken now 4 weeks to get to this point. I can buy a new complete system from elsewhere for the same cost they will sell me new cameras. which were faulty. trying to get an image for an incident or the tardy cords just left hanging on the well after installation ( which was somewhat rectified to be fair).....but if your happy with these images and this kind of service go ahead and buy, i am sure you will appreciate the additional upsell, such as this owners response leads too... The cameras on the roof are to monitor as much of the car space there, as possible and they are doing that. The cameras have a 2.8mm lens which is 90 degrees to cover the areas. Originally the brief was to cover the yard. There is no cameras available that will do both the entire yard and the footpath area. If you are wanting to monitor the footpath area to the right of your office door and the area towards the old light pole. Note: Footpath Right of the office door, we could supply a VF Lens, which is adjustable, but perhaps you will not be able to cover all that area if we zoom it in all the way, just letting you know. You may be happy with covering the most we can cover with the image being larger. Note: Footpath Area in front of light pole, obviously there is the existing car heights and fence, again at least the adjustable lens will give you most of that area if we zoom it in, it will be up to you how much of the footpath you want to see. You would need 2 x more cameras mounted to the poles on the roof, that have an adjustable lens to make the image bigger or smaller / wider or narrowing the lens. I propose the following, which is heavily discounted.
