Sold a product they clearly didn’t have in stock. Added me to their “Ozzie Club” despite the fact I declined to create an account. Clearly advertising products they don’t have in stock to harvest personal information for marketing purposes. Avoid.

I will not order from them again! they were happy to take my money in November for a pre-order that still hasn't come in 6 months later so I changed my order for a car that is IN STOCK and 3 weeks later it still hasn't even been sent out...!!

Amazing – I preordered the Nancy/Robin Funkopop back in August after my target here in the US sold out online in less than 2 minutes. I decided to purchase from them and I just received my package today 2 months later and I am so so happy. I don’t know why their reviews are low, but I was very pleased with my item. Purchased - 1000 Japanese once piece cards across OP-01 to OP-10 with guaranteed 20 SR's. Received 8 SR's instead of 60. Was polite, understanding and provided as much evidence to support their investigation, initially offered $10 off my next order, then 50% off one of the 3 boxes despite all 3 failing to meet the advertised description.
At that point, it's clear they are about minimising profit loss despite their incompetence, rather than a gaining a repeat customer.
Even had the audacity to say that a pay pal dispute was against their Terms of Service!

These issues constitute a failure to meet the consumer guarantees required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Specifically:
Section 18 prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct, which applies to the false representation of guaranteed SRs and card language.
Section 29(1)(a) prohibits false or misleading representations regarding the quality, style, or standard of goods.
Section 54 provides that goods must be of acceptable quality—safe, durable, and free from damage.
Section 259(3) & Section 260 entitle me to remedies including refund or replacement in cases of failure to comply with consumer guarantees. Given the scale and seriousness of these failures, I believe this qualifies as a major failure under the ACL.
Furthermore, their claim that initiating a PayPal dispute would be "against their Terms of Service" is misleading and legally unenforceable. Under Section 23 of the ACL, businesses cannot include or rely on unfair contract terms that attempt to restrict consumer rights. Such terms are void and have no effect.
Additionally, PayPal’s Buyer Protection Policy (Section 13.1 of the PayPal User Agreement – Australia) explicitly entitles buyers to raise disputes for items that are:
Not as described; Missing parts or features; Damaged; Or significantly different from the listing.
Update, they claimed missing cards and a number of other false statements. I had recorded the return items and they had nothing else to try. Pay Pal reversed the charge and also provided the postage as a credit.
Nice try Ozzie, next time it would have been cheaper and more efficient to just look after your customers when you stuff up.

processing time for orders is ridiculous. Have ordered many time's for delivery which takes weeks. Thought I would order on a Monday to collect on a Friday as it says 3-5 days for processing. Rang Friday morning and they say 5 days for processing. There system must be cooked if it takes that long! It's 2 items and they are in stock!!! Told them it was for my sons birthday and they said to wait for the email. Will not be shopping here again.

and never requested anything custom or particular.
They never responded to my email and after 7 days I followed up only to be greeted with a generic response claiming it was too late now and that I was out of luck.
They offered to return the unwanted item but that makes no sense when I had already paid the equivalent of the items price in shipping and duties which would obviously not be refunded if I returned the item.
They lack basic business sense to not offer a convenient solution for a recurring customer.
I held them in high regard in the past but I can honestly say they don't care about their customers if this is how they reward brand loyalty and spending thousands.
I would be very careful ordering from here as if you're human and make any sort of mistep they may ignore you and offer terrible "solutions".
I sincerely hope it was worth losing a customer for less than 1% of my total orders (23$ CAD).
Buyer beware , customer is definitely not king at this place.

my items are sent, well when asked for the final picture of my order no response. I have lost money. Everyone knows a mystery box comes sealed so you can unbox it yourself or resell. Picture is what advertised and second is how they pack. Told me they will take a 10% fee if I want a refund, this is theft because they falsely advertised and I still have 2 missing items. The pictures mean NOTHING, my items could have been taken out before box was sealed. All those other loose Funko Pos are meant to be part of a SEALED MYSTERY BOX. Stay away from this Company at all costs! – 2 unfulfilled orders. 1 cancellation and 1 one preorder that was still outstanding 6 months past release date. No product delivered, only a partial refund – Ordered a product online, waited months with no progress, was not given a full refund. Apparently they make no effort to confirm their stock before offering it online, and if you make the mistake of ordering something they never had in the first place, you’re going to be out some of your money with nothing to show for it.
SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE – This company takes orders but takes over a month to fulfil the order. They have a message on their homepage explaining they are useless at logistics but if you are searching for a product in google and land on that page on their website, there is no mention of shipping delays. Verry bas aftermarket services – Trés mauvais service. Le livreur n'est jamais venu et a retourné ma commande chez Ozzi.
