terrible service – i rang them and they kept ringing me back with what they could do. as soon as I paid my money they did not want to know me. they promised the wheels would be here in a week. 3 weeks later I rang them and they informed me that they did not have the wheels I wanted. they offered me another set which I agreed to. 2 weeks later they still had not… Read more

turned up, and I rang them every day after that but they would not accept my calls. a further week later, only 3 wheels turned up. They still would not help so I had to find it with the freight company direct (it was in Perth!!, I am in Qld). when they arrived the weights for the balance had fallen off so I had to then get them rebalanced. The whole time they would not help at all, despite telling me they were going to sort this out. would not do anything again with them. Lots of friends have commented on the wheels which do look good, and I have said to all of them do not deal with these guys.

check price before committing – Am very disappointed that I paid twice as much as I could have done elsewhere. Could not believe that other tyre shops are quoting me less than half the price I paid. Regret not checking elsewhere before. Show details

be installed, he offered another customer the same upgraded deal which I hope the customer ended up taking, because I couldn’t be happier!!! I needed the upgrade due to going off road that weekend, I got the 18” hussla ambush (bronze tint) with 285/60/18 monsta terrain grappler (Moe upgraded me from 265 to 285, legend!!!!) Moe knows what he’s doing, the guys in the workshop know what they’re doing, when I upgrade my ranger in a few years, no hesitation I’m going straight back to Ozzy Tyres Rockdale

Ozzy tyres is amazing! – Amazing team, amazing customer service, gave little gifts with the wheel and tyre package, and took amazing photos of the car afterwards, and all for an affordable price! Recommending this to all my mates!
