Absolutely outstanding job from the boys at ozzy, fitted my navara with 3n2 inch lift kit on 33s and couldn’t be more happy with it, incredible performance with same day job and were very nice and easy to work with. Nice team but poorly run – The team are nice however there is problem after problem with the overall outcome. be another 90 mins to fit, and need to come back on another day to get the original requested tyres. The second vehicle was then booked for new tyres and then after being advised by the team the suitable tyres, arrive to collect and they don’t fit and rub. Things happen, and I agreed to come back on another day to add a lift at my own expense rather than complain and remover the tyres. Upon return for the 4th visit and being told 1 hour to fit again, after waiting more than 2 hours with no communication I was then told they got the wrong parts. Would be another few hours. Excuse for the issue was they don’t have time to check part numbers but the hours wasted assembling suspension to find out it’s the wrong bit is surely more wasteful than looking at part numbers before putting them in the car to find out it’s wrong is counter productive. Team are lovely people, but poorly managed business and needs to work on attention to detail and fitment knowledge.

the wheels and tyres arrived he called me straight away and booked me in to get it installed the very next day!! Luke is really good with talking to customers which is the most important thing for any business. When I went to pickup my car he was with another customer and I noticed the way he was explaining and answering their questions it was very professional and went out of his way to make sure that the customer got exactly what he was looking for and went outside to his car and showed and explained him different options which would suit his needs. I have already recommended several people in our car club to go and see Luke for their wheels and tyres, he is just an absolute legend!! Thanks once again mate :)

Worst Place To Buy Wheels – Oh boy where to start... I placed a custom order for a single wheel back in February and I'm still yet to pick it up. less interested in talking? It's like management are holding a gun to the back of their head. I was told it would be in-store in 2 weeks 17 days ago and still waiting for that call.

My next action will be walking into the store and demanding a refund or my wheel. The one after that will be to visit the ombudsman.

4 months for one wheel - what a joke, do better.

Experience was below average to begin with but they redeemed themselves by rectifying mistakes – Got new rims and tyres fitted, as well as wheel alignment and brake calipers spray painted. Bad customer service – I bought wheels from ozzy tyres Brendale shop and without opening I took it to tyre shop on same day. When the guy opened the pack of wheel, one of them had dent. I called the store and tried to explain the situation but the customer service guy was not ready to listen and was ignoring me. The guy was very rude.
