admitted that he has over charged me but still hasn’t refunded my money and won’t answer me know about my refund. This was over two months ago . Even Alex the boss of Roxburgh park store and Bayswater hang the phone up on me. Iam now lodging through Vcat to get a full refund of rims, tyres and flares . Everything they have done to my car there I always have had to go back to fix what they done.
Longest waiting time – We waited for 2 hours for the mags to be installed and when the car came out there is an annoying sound and we need to wait for another half an hour for them to fix it. Show details
A lot of promises are broken – I call the store and order the FARROAD tyres for my Toyota Kluger. When I arrived I was told it's not in stoke and I was offer a replacment tyre, not happy. Great customer service – Came in with a bashed up rim from hitting a pot hole, there was a few slip ups here and there getting the rim in but ended up going for 4 new wheels which I couldn’t be more happier with. Poor sales advice and advertising – Was convinced by the sales rep that 35R tyres are plenty for protection, obviously not. Soon after putting the wheels on the steering wheel starts vibrating above 80km/h. the wheels were already damaged prior, otherwise I can't see any reason that high end Vertini rotary forged wheels buckle so easily. Furthermore, when travelling with more than 3 passengers the rear wheels rub against the fender when going over bumps or turning corners. Can't see how they can put a "100% fitment guarantee" on their website if you can no longer comfortably drive your car anymore with the wheels they ensure will fit.
