They advertised a carton damaged refrigerator online. After I made my purchase they contacted me to inform me it had a lot of damage, which they then sent photos. When viewing the photos I noticed it was not even the correct model which they advertised. I have been now chasing them for a refund and I'm still trying to get a refund. Today I will be lodging a complaint with Fair Trading.

Stay away. They are running a scam. They sent me a faulty vacuum followed by another faulty vacuum. Once I returned the second one they stopped responding to my messages and haven’t refunded my money.

TV eventually arrived, The box had a difference model number to the TV Inside. The box was damaged and the foam inside had a lot of damage as well and parts were missing. When I unboxed the TV I found the the screen was Cracked and would not even turn on. The TV was sent Back to P&S Electronics. I asked for a refund of my money. I chased them for 2 weeks, I sent them lots of emails asking where is my refund and got no reply. I eventually got through on a phone call and was told the request for refund would be sent to accounts. The request was supposedly sent 2 weeks earlier. By this time I had had enough. I said that if the refund was not in my bank account in 2 days that I would refer them to NSW Fair Trading and initiate Legal action against them. Low and behold a refund was in my bank account next day less $170 of what I paid. I dont know why the full amount was not paid but I am to tired to chase it up with them and go through the draining process again. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in dealing with a business. Please give them a wide berth.

voicemail and they never ever call you back. The same goes with emailing them. I purchased an oven from their online store which was supposedly brand new but in a damaged carton which they were supposed to repack. Well, they sure did repack it, into half a refrigerator box with no padding whatsoever to protect it. No fragile stickers on the box. It was even packed upside down. Surprise surprise it arrived with the glass door of the oven completely shattered. Trying to return it also was horrendous as they probably use the cheapest freight company in Australia. They took over a week from the scheduled date to collect it. When I enquired about the non collection they told me it had already been picked up. But that’s another story for another review. Fortunately I paid through PayPal and was able to get my money back.

Nothing, contacted them again this time we have your order you are out of the Sydney delivery area (checkout stated $70 Sydney metro NSW flat fee $78,90) they cancelled my order. Upon my experience false advertisement. Good luck if you live outside what they say is their delivery area. Completely wasted my time. Did get my refund.

Avoid this business – Sold product online and cancelled the ordered (due to no stock). Offered alternative product at higher cost, which was accepted. Then increased the quote saying it was a mistake. Why list items, take the money, then go through all this trouble. There was no attempt to resolve issues. Complete time wasters. Ordered multiple items from appliancesonline.com.au instead. No issues and great service.

After three weeks and no fridge I told them to cancel the order and refund my money, 6 days later I received my refund, again I had to call them to chase it up - A month gone stuffing around with them. I ordered one from The Good Guys I had it the next day.

Poor Show – Buyer Beware - Terrible service, 5 days to clear my PayPal payment that came straight out of my bank. None of this information on their website. I need a fridge now not next week. Rang them and got no service now it takes 5 days to get my money back. POOR SHOW

Hopeless – I purchased two PVR's from them. They never arrived. I checked on the website and it says that my order is on hold. I contact them and they say that I cancelled the order. I didn't. The product I purchased was never available and they just forgot to give me back my >$325.

Sold second hand soundbar as new – I just paid 1000 dollars cash for a "new" soundbar after seeing it on Gumtree. It retails for 1500 so it sounded like a good deal. I am an AV engineer for a living. grill on the soundbar was dinged and even had white paint on it. I had a missing cable, second hand scratched up remote, just awful shonky second hand being sold as new. This is obviously against the law and from other reviews, they seem to be getting away with it. Well, I am taking it back tomorrow for a cash refund. If I have any issues I will be immediately going to the authorities. This is fraudulent and actually a criminal offence. Let's hope it doesn't come to that, but if it does I'll pm all you guys who had the same problem. Let's get them shut down.

They were belligerent, rude, aggressive, and disgusting to deal with!

I took them to court, (VCAT) and won!

It cost me money and time but it was worth it! Even their solictor was abusive along with the belligerent [name removed] after the hearing and order.

Abusive texts and calls, I blocked them.

They sent an email to me by mistake abusing someone for not cleaning the fridge out properly. The guy that picked the fridge said all their goods are refurbished and they sell as new items when they are not!!!!

He also stated a lot of foreigners were doing this making a lot of money quick.

ACCC law should deregister their business!

Returning customer – I have always received great service from these guys. Purchased a couple of tvs for my business. Since then have purchased a deep freezer and a gas oven for my new job. I've always been greeted and treated like a loyal customer and have found the prices to be better than the bigger outlets.

Was asked to leave the store - Rude and Aggressive!! – P & S Electronics Auburn Dont go in and ask them if they would have items in stock something they have them on their website 'available' but not displayed, you will be asked to leave. Worst customer service, very rude, not only was he loud and rude but the spectators had to hold the owner of the shop back, was about to attack, very very very aggressive!! Sold as new delivered factory seconds – Attended the kogarah store enquiring about a 75 inch tv. My exact words to the sales person, "Is this tv brand new in the box unopened" sales person replied, Yes its brand new. Returned the tv sales person stated "Oh there must have been some confusion this is factory seconds". He stated he will not issue a full refund as the tv was shipped stating "My shipping guy will loose out". Had an argument and was informed i will be issued a refund in 3 business days. I questioned as to why I would not be credited on the credit card stating, "This machine does not allow it". Three days later no refund attended store sales person attempted to sell the same tv 5% cheaper. Was informed I will be issued a refund in another three days. Had to print documentation from ACCC informing the sales person I was to be issued a full refund including feight. A total of 7 business days I was issued a full refund. Do not deal with this business unless you want factory damaged goods.

Excellent! – I bought a samsung TV from the store and the customer handling was great from peter who works over the store. Great! Having such ideas when you are in delema on what to buy. Keep it up

Heed the review warnings. Wishing I did. Keep way – ALL goods are seconds. Asked if washing machine was new or second and response was new. unwrapped it in store. Upon unwrapping at home we found that the polystyrene had covered a huge dent and scratches. Since this section was up against wall and wouldn't be seen I just decided it wasn't worth the trouble. First use of washing machine and it flooded my laundry and kitchen through a faulty outlet and hose. I rang ahead and advised of fault and that I would be coming in for refund. Wouldn't give me a refund because he insinuated that I had made dent and scratches. He focused soley on that stopping short of calling me a liar but all language used pointed to this. He paid no attention to the damaged outlet causing leak. I even had video to show the water pouring out. Eventually I became so emotionally distraught as it wasn't becoming resolved and he was doubting everything I said that I accepted the original 8kg with damage and hopefully machine won't leak. Personally I suggest going to another store but if you do go, unwrap and take photos of everything before leaving the store and get signed agreement from store. I am so upset by [name removed] questioning my integrity I can't emphasise enough my regret for stepping into the store and not heeding review warning.

ocassions Tried going to pick the vacuum up twice and the store was closed both times after being told that they were open. Needless to say I live a 3 hour round trip away from this store and have to rent a car as I do not own one. Have a newborn baby at home that I had to take time from. End result was I still dont have the vacuum just ended up telling them to keep the thing and bought one from JB HiFi as I spent more on car rentals than I did on the initial vacuum and still dont even have it. They refused to refund me or deliver to me or even own up to lying to me and instead just tried to turn the blame on me. Terrible customer service and could not care less about their customers or products in general.
