I got the first part but they have delayed it again for another 3 weeks. offered a crappy mat for compensation. id ask for a refund but I already have half the sim. lots of people have taken to redit to express their frustration at pagnian imports. do not buy anything from them!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered Thrustmaster rudder peddles and was told 2-3 days delivery. 10 days later, still waiting. Was told that it was the freight companies fault and that they had lodged a case number and were told to wait some more days and see what happens. I asked for a refund and was refused. (Levi) was useless and had no concept of customer service. They sent me a tracking number and it showed that the item had been sitting in a warehouse for 8 days. I called again and asked to speak to someone who could actually make a decision and was told (by Levi) that everyone was in a sales meeting. Will never buy another thing from them. Absolutely useless.

Worst Customer Service – Well, excellent delivery and that's all they did. I bought a T818 Thrustmaster bundle. It lasted 2 weeks before the power pack was shorted, and I kept tripping the circuit breaker in the house. Pagian Support told me it was all my fault and kept blaming Thrustmaster. Delivery sucks – Considering the fact that they tell you that it will delivered with 2-4 business days but actually make you wait 2-3 weeks instead is not a good look for them

very poor product quality, and still waiting for a response from the company after writing email to them – I engaged a tech company to setup my rig for me. They ordered these parts with me from Pagnian imports website. The Next Level GT Track combo. sent, and had to rearrange the rail to be sent again! The TV frame had paint damage out of the box but I didnt bother as it was minor. The TM servo base and steering wheel came a month later and both had quality issues. the servo base paint came off when i pulled the warning sticker off!! The TM Ferrari SF1000 steering wheel came with rusted screws and broken buttons! The tech company had to keep on sending staff onsite to install and fix parts when replacement arrived. they waved the extra onsite cost. As for the product quality issues, an email was forwarded to Pagnian Imports and they are not responding.

BTW the shipping experience was terrible. After we called Pagnian to put my contact number down for delivery, 3 times they didn't do it. Had to get the delivery company to redeliver.

Excellent customer service – I had issue with sf1000 wheel and the guys took back and test and provided fix. Awesome business and Team. Zac from testing even sent follow up to see how it was going. Highly recommend. Show details

Not only was Toby responsive, patient and helpful, but he and the team really worked hard to organise a replacement base with the supplier. great service, very fast all at a great price – I phoned to double check stock, phone was answered immediately. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I ordered before 2pm, got an "item shipped" email within 2 hours. The goods arrived about 20 hours later, which was pretty impressive . On top of all that the next closest price around was $100 more. Rollaway Wheels were an accessory but dont fit – Wheels advised for the model of cockpit cannot be installed on arrival the brochure says 2 other models are compatible

Great service – Purchased the NLR F-GT Lite racing seat off them. They dispatched the next day and item came within 3 days (QLD to MEL). Crap shipping and pre order dates are a lie – Yeh these guys suck say they would deliver a setup to Perth in 5 to 7 days so I bought it next they say will take no less then 14 days then stupidly I pre ordered a racing seat which said the pre order would be in the next day so I bought that 4 days later they message me saying the pre order aint coming in for another two weeks and thats before sending it so dont believe these people say they will tell ya anything so u will spend ya money

Never Arrived – While i’ve been waiting for the sim chair months, this Is more due to covid rather than issues with Paganism themselves.
