Pago Matrix Mesh Medium Back Chair Questions & Answers
VerifiedWhy won't the back stay up
Mine does the same thing. Have you found out why etc?
Have you guys fixed it? I've just bought the chair and figured it out through external link Essentially, the round twisty lever on the left side of the chair (as you're sitting on it), either locks or unlocks the chair's reclining.
The round twisty lever on the right side determines how 'stiff' it will be to recline and thus, holding you upright. There are 4-5 levels of stiffness with forward (clockwise as you're looking at the lever) being stiffer, and backward (anti-clockwise as you're looking at it) being softer.
Pago recommends adjusting the lever on the left to be 'unlocked' (i.e it freely reclines), and adjusting the lever on the right to a stiffness that allows you to be kept upright, but also recline with little effort.
I hope this helps!
