Heap of rubbish – We purchase a CZ- RZ71TKR 7.1kw 7 months ago and have been using it on the heat cycle over winter it. it is above our heads and quite annoying but Panasonic say it’s right !!! Try having it above your head when trying to sleep and see what you would think . If the fan stayed on at the quite speed and did not go on & off I would be happy our other Fujitsu and Mitsubishi’s don’t do this. Would not buy another Panasonic again. Still arguing with them not good !!!! They will not send a representative to see us just keep stalling.
