Still going strong – Purchased this in August 2018. It is still running fine without issues. Just need to adjust the feet occasionally to help it run quieter. Show details

First Panasonic Fridge freezer – Amazed how the different compartments keep individual temperature. The only issue I have is that i find I have to have the fridge on MAX for it to be as cold as my previous fridge for drinks, and worry this would be hard on the motor ? Runs very quietly. The freezer is an excellent size. Easy to clean. Very happy with my purchase.  Show details ·  1

Easy to clean, closes easier than any French door refrigerator I've ever used before – I really like this refrigerator, I don't like the stainless ones as they show every fingerprint and are hard to get streak free. I love how it's glass with a linear backing on the underside of the glass. I don't like how the settings change whenever I clean it as it's very touch sensitive. The drawers close easily and produce lasts well. The way it closes is great and smooth.  Show details ·  1

Solid build, plenty of room – This refrigerator has a perfect insulation system. Each compartment can keep its own temperature. Its shape is cool. I like its appearance very much. The door of the refrigerator is so easy to open that you can't feel any outside force when you open it. Great, I recommend you buy it!!!  Show details ·  1

This is a very good refrigerator – Utilising a unique cooling technology, the Panasonic 547L PrimeFresh French Door Fridge maintains stable and optimum temperature levels in each compartment to keep the freshness and taste of your food items intact. freezing it. Thanks to this innovative feature, you can easily cook food without the need for tedious defrosting.

Equipped with a Fresh Safe crisper, this Panasonic Fridge can keep fruits and vegetables fresh for an extended period. The Fresh Safe crisper has rubber edges that help seal in air to maintain high humidity levels inside the case.

This Panasonic Refrigerator features interior LED lighting, making it easy to locate and grab what you need inside.

For easier clean-up and maintenance, the Panasonic 547L PrimeFresh Fridge has removable and washable parts.

This refrigerator is excellent – Each of its compartments is cleverly designed to maintain the insulation effect of each compartment. I have to hear my ears, then I can't hear anything. No high pitch, no loud noises, no clanging or cracks or bangs. The refrigerator has a glass shelf for easy cleaning. The outside of the refrigerator is glass, no fingerprints, etc., just like a stainless steel refrigerator.  Show details

Plenty of room – This is a very roomy fridge, plenty of compartments to separate meat and veges. Lovely big freezer drawer so that you can see at a glance without having to have it open too long. Mostly quiet but sometimes makes some very strange noises at night. I think this is mainly due to having the door open and closed a few times while cooking tea. Very smart looking fridge.  Show details ·  1

Fantastic. Love this fridge. By far; the best we've ever bought – Great size, keeps things evenly cool, quiet, the layout makes it easy to fill it and still have access to things. Easy to clean. Veggie crisper keeps things fresh, and a great compartment in the freezer makes for efficient use of space. Didn't ever think I would be excited about a fridge before... but there ya go.  Show details

Intelligently designed – Looking for a good or great fridge is hard. Because a lit of things you have to consider. This is an expensive investment for your home and it tends to be at home for a quiet a long time. You dont change fridge every 3 years. I came across to this Panasonic French door fridge, which what we are after. 80% of french door fridge are ginormous,… Read more

and designed to have massive built and space needs massive motor to power up. Not to mention the entire dimension too is large.

This Panasonic is perfect in size and buitl it blends perfectly to the space at your home. Modern design and premium finish. Glass door? Premium feel, gone are the days of stainless steel.

Yes, it was a but noisy for a couple if good hours but week past by its just so quiet. No humming, no clanking and no water spunds I can hear from my previous double door fridge. Space and storag is ample. I love the trays for vegies and other meat and their is freezer with another trays on it. We are so happy with the purchase so far so good. The fridge ia great – I bought the fridge last year Oct 17.No noise. Quite energy saving. Worth buying. Storage is quite large and inside has the little globe. Vegi and meat has seperate storage place. And the technology has the memory can memorize the time frame you freuently use it. Recommended 5 star. Good.  Show details

Solid Performer – Generally solid as far as fridges go, haven't had any problems with it throughout its life. Refridgeration is even throughout and the vegetable and meat sections are a good size for a family. No fancy features like water connection or automatic ice cube making like you see these days, but fits in well to a modern kitchen appearance wise and performs consistantly, so can't complain.  Show details

Love this fridge! – Great fridge - very easy to clean - so over the stainless steel fingerprint look so this is great. The only downfall is the amount of space between shelves - would be better if there were more grooves to move shelves up and down as large bottles wont stand unless I remove a shelf. great freezer space.  Show details

Good Fridge I doubt the build – It is a good fridge, saves electricity and spacious, however the fridge is noisy, if you in a small unit / apartment this may annoy you. I also think that it is not solid build, it can easily get dents. Also if you have a tiled floor fridge will drag, I wasn't able to find any solution for this.  Show details

Terrible Noise – Purchased this fridge a month ago and has been terribly loud since day one. Dealing with Panasonic has been terrible. They sent a tech out to inspect the fridge but at the time he came out it happened to run quietly and so he reported no fault. I ended up sending a video of the noise to the tech service company who admitted to hearing a high… Read more

pitched sound.

Panasonic are now saying that this video was taken at night and sitting in the kitchen cupboard space and therefore the noise is amplified.

Where do they want it to sit?

Very unhappy. I do not recommend buying this fridge.

Pretty impressed so far – We have just purchased this fridge from the Good Guys, had it for a week, so far all has been good, here is my review. Noise: I was very apprehensive about the noise factor given the other panesonic inverter Eco navi model reviews on here and elsewhere, yes it did make loud quite audible noise for the first 3 - 5 hours when it was switched on,… Read more

but over the week the noise has changed. By this I mean, sometimes it is more like audible 'crickets' (but not loud in my books), sometimes it is a very low hum, and sometimes it is dead quiet - so quiet I have to put my ear to it to hear and even then I can't hear anything. There is no high pitched noise, no loud humming, no clanks or cracks or bangs. Another reviewer suggested foam matting on the floor and back of the fridge to absorb the noise, and this worked for them, if the noise bothers you.

Internal set up - 3 shelves inside fridge compartment - they are very sturdy, middle one is moveable up or down. Door shelves are solid and sturdy, very happy with them. The bottom door shelf can fit a 2 L milk and a 3 L milk, and the shelves above will fit 3 larger spreads (Vegemite/jam/peanut paste etc) in case you would like that info :) Veggie crisper is quite large, 'rolls' out reasonably well, but not perfect (compared to a Fisher Paykel active smart fridge whose crisper is on a track and rollers). Same with the chiller for meat and dairy products, not a perfect pullout but still fine for me. Doors open and close easy, my kids have no trouble getting the doors open, doors don't automatically close, but I've found a gently push when closing is all it takes to shut them. Seals feels sturdy. Freezer is big, and sectioned out, plus with a smaller drawer for smaller items. Loaves of bread will fit perfectly standing up in the front part of the big drawer.

Glass front: Will not hold magnets which is a bit if a negative for us, now we use suction caps with a clasp! Finger prints are not as prominent as our past stainless steel fridge. The doors are quite thick so you will need a large clearance on either side of the fridge so when the doors are open they don't bang into the wall.

Cooling: Still adjusting the temp controls to see what is best for summer, we have the freezer high, and the fridge on medium at the moment, with this freezer setting , the freezer seems to be at -15 degrees. Will update on the fridge when I take its temperature.

I'm still getting used to having a French door, you do need to do more steps to use the fridge then a one door, i.e. If you have a big item in your hand, 2 separate doors to open and then close again. I will also update this review after the 4 weeks - when the Eco navi has adjusted to our use cycle.

Edit: Start of week 3 now and have noticed on the last week a high pitched noise from the fridge, not all the time, but definitely noticeable and can be heard from the next room. Will update again after another few weeks.

Wonderful product – The freezer drawer has fantastic easy access. The fridge has glass shelves that are easy to clean. The exterior of the fridge is glass that does not show hand marks, etc. like a stainless steel fridge does. Love it, love it, love it!!! My sister purchased the exact same model after seeing mine.
