Aramax must have rebranded because the company is so bad. Left a card in the mailbox even though we were home. No instructions on where to collect it. Guess I’m disputing the transaction. Is this company just a bunch of scammers stealing products? Show details

needed to be within 5 days (no hours provided, but I assume business hours). A redelivery service was offered at a fee of $5.50, however no options to select a day, time or authorise the parcel to be left in a safe place.
Pathetic service. I was home waiting. No attempt to deliver. I checked the doorbell. No photo showing attempt to deliver on front porch, and card left is of no help at all. Inputted tracking number and no result. So wasted money buying the product with useless courier service Show details

with their drop off address details but said they have never had a pick up from Parcel Connect. 4 days later I picked parcel and delivered it myself. I emailed Parcel Connect about this who are still yet to return my email and I doubt they will. I see they have multiple 1 star reviews.

yet the paying customers that float the whole business are suffering i don't want to have to go collect a parcel that i have paid for a service, they don't even try to redeliver.
mind you all attempts are at 8pm - 9pm or 7am in marring this is a business that is open from 8am until 5pm as if they don't see that when they come,

informed me that the parcel was not there and mentioned that this situation has been happening frequently, with many customers arriving to collect parcels that never show up.
I then called the contact number on the card and spoke to Mark. Unfortunately, the interaction was very unprofessional. He was rude, dismissive, and ended the call by hanging up on me instead of helping resolve the issue.
Between false delivery attempts, missing parcels, and unacceptable customer service, this experience has been frustrating and stressful. I am sharing this feedback so others are aware and can make informed decisions when choosing delivery services.
I hope ParcelConnect takes this feedback seriously and improves both its delivery processes and customer service standards.
I was home when courier said they tried to deliver! Delivery from Dan Murphy. Didn’t receive any notifications that delivery was coming. Repeatedly checked Dan Murphy site to track delivery. Saw it had been recorded as having been delivered. Emailed Dan Murphy - no response. Calls Dan Murphy and told to look for a delivery note. I very rarely write negative reviews but the driver went to deliver parcel twice to the apartment. He did not leave even when there is a specific message on the intercom saying where to leave. Have subsequently logged 3 requests for delivery via online system and package still not arrived. Moving forward I will always check with online retailers (usually eBay retailers) before placing an order. Will not buy from them if they use this delivery company. Desolve this courier company – Whoever runs this company is absolutely oblivious to what is going on. The operations is horrendous. No customer service at all even to find the parcel. centre (and over an hour of my life wasted), they still cannot tell me where my parcel is or when, if ever, I will be able to collect it. Three times now they have told me I will receive an email or sms within 24/48 hours telling me where it is and when it will available to collect. Will not be using Amazon or Amarex ever again, will rather pay extra and get decent service and support.
Non-delivery service at it's best – Despite instructions to leave the parcel at the stairs, what I received was a card advising me I had to travel to their depot to collect my parcel. I had thought it was their function to DELIVER parcels. redeliver even when I had video proof the driver never attempted delivery to begin with. Sending the package back to the sender. Expect Aramax won't be getting anymore business from that seller.

parcels left at the letterboxes from so many different couriers/companies. Company sends email with the option to collect from Dandenong South depot - no thank-you that's why I purchased online to have the parcel delivered. They also send another email to organise redelivery for a fee of $5.50 - this is a scam. Note to organise a redelivery to a different address you have to be at that address with photo ID - very inconvenient.

They can't deliver the parcel – They are a lousy / lazy cheep delivery company, they just leave cards in post box in stead of delivering to the front door and say we couldn't or had trouble delivering your parcel and ask an alternative delivering address at an extra cost. to pay a further $5.50 to receive it. Tried to call - they do not take calls relating to parcels and tracking. Ended up cancelling the order stating that the company had failed to deliver. DO NOT USE!!
