If I could give minus stars I would. Ordered something from a warehouse not 20km away nearly 2 weeks ago. It seemed to be going ok. It was received and ready for delivery but then on their next update it changed from "Item received and ready for dispatch" TO "MANIFEST information received waiting on parcel". So they've lost it. That was over a week ago. A Rupinder Kaur answered. That explained it all. Show details

Really unorganised company, doesn't have a phone or email to receive support from, and delivered my parcel a week after the expected date. Luckily arrived in one piece but what a waste of time, would use AusPost over this any day of the week Show details

I ordered product from Melbourne to be delivered in Melbourne. It did 3 round trips to Sydney and Melbourne and it still has not been delivered to me. I paid for expedited delivery and it’s been a week, it was suppose to arrive next day. Cannot get in contact with anyone at PF Logistics and no phone numbers listed. However I did find phone numbers… Read more

As with many others I would give a NEGATIVE star award if possible. This courier delivered 3 items to a business address on a Friday public holiday. The premises were of course closed. Caught on the CCTV were 3 items being tossed over a 2 metre gate onto concrete, where they sat in the rain until collection. 1 item at approximately $600 survived… Read more

the fall being rather small and light. Another of the items was a $500 power inverter weighing about 18kG. This item as any reasonable person might guess did not fair well when it hit the ground, despite being in a very well constructed OEM packaging. The level of carelessness and incompetence of this company cannot be over stated. Avoid at all cost.

Lack of care – Today I received my order from Bag Smart Australia. Unfortunately, their nominated courier company PF Logistics chose to simply drop my delivery over the front fence on the ground whilst it was raining. He did not even attempt to open the front gate and place the parcel on the front doorstep out of the weather - all of this was caught on CCTV. My… Read more

expectations when it comes to Customer Service are clearly outdated, as this lack of care by the courier driver was both unacceptable and unprofessional.

PFL delivery takes flight onto verandah! – Delivery man lobbed my delivery over the fence like it was rubbish going in a bin! Why can they not just take the last few steps to do the job properly and not potentially break something?? Can't say it wasn't "airmail". Show details

Inconsiderate delivery – Guess the delivery guy was too lazy to put my parcel in the mail box or even walk up the driveway to knock on our door…he placed the package ONTOP of our mailbox in plain sight where hundreds of people walk by daily and it sat there for over an hour Show details

PFL is without doubt the worst transport and courier business operating in Australia. PFL, more commonly known as "Probably Fucking Lost" specialise in mislaying consignments and being unable to locate addresses. When challenged they will tell you that you were not home (even though they have been nowhere near you) or that the sender didn't label… Read more

the goods correctly. Bottom line is, if you are shopping online make sure that the seller uses Australia Post or another reputable freight company to ship your goods rather than this cowboy outfit that appears to be staffed by illegal immigrants driving beat up old wrecks without SatNav. Avoid at all costs.

Well, this another company that needs their license revoked. Over the years Ive bought from EBay and Amazon. Extremely poor delivery service. Despite providing the correct address, they failed to do their job properly. When asked the logistic, the driver left my parcel near the gate 300meter away from my home , which is completely unsafe, anyone could have taken it. Terrible courier, delivery drivers make no effort to deliver other than leaving packages at gate. They put fraudulent delivery attempts on the tracking which can be confirmed by viewing cctv and showing no actual attempts were made at specific times. This company shouldn't be allowed to exist. Show details

“Appalling experience with PFL Couriers. My item was late and the tracking showed it sitting at the same facility for five days with no movement. There was no contact number available to call, and despite sending multiple emails, I received zero response. Delays happen — silence and unreachability aren’t acceptable. If you value communication or reliability, avoid.” Show details

Delivered to wrong address. Different Street name Different street number Not even close Thrown on front porch and left Driver can’t read obviously!! Luckily the owner of the house was honest and rang my phone number ON THE PACKAGE and we arranged a time for me to pick up. Won’t order from Big W again if they still use these clowns. Show details

Absolutely hopelessly incompetent. They must put effort into being this bad. Consignment held 35kms away in their Sydney depot for 6 days no action whatsoever. Will not use suppliers who use PFL in future. Show details

Follow-up  · I cannot recall another encounter with this company. I receive about 3 to 4 consignments of purchased goods each week. All are consigned by the vendor to the courier/carrier of the vendors choice. I have advised my regular suppliers that they will forfeit my custom if they use this company for my orders. Regards.

PFL has proven they are the best yet again!! An eBay purchase on Tues arvo, picked up Wed morning was delivered Fri morning in perfect condition. beyond repair, but not with PFL. Tracking updates are sometimes a little slow, but I can live with that because their service is perfect. Didn't need to sign for this parcel today, so didn't get to speak to the courier and have no hesitation in recommending PFL for future deliveries, in fact, I will request sellers use PFL (if possible).

My experience with PFL has been excellent. From the time of the order to delivery the tracking system has been updated regularly with the parcel movement and location. The delivery was in accordance with the instructions. Well done PFL and a parcel from Sydney delivered in Perth in under 9 days (including long weekend) is not too shabby. Thankyou for your service. Show details

Don't just review- report to ACCC so they can investigate this fraudulant courier company! https://www.accc.gov.au/about-us/contact-us-or-report-an-issue Like everyone else here, I purchased from ebay and item was dispatched with PFL. the next day at my home in Brisbane. I was home, beside the front door, and no delivery attempt was made.

There is no phone number to contact so you can only use the online contact form. I sent two requests for information, and received one response saying they were busy with urgent deliveries and won't reattempt delivery for at least 2-4 business days. It's been 10 days so far with no sign of my parcel.

If you've had the same experience, screenshot your tracking details, copy your order details including cost and freight charges, and any emails sent and received. Attach these to your ACCC complaint so we can get rid of this company.

I'm waiting on a package that's on board with the driver but can't be delivered. I called PF logistics and got to speak to 2 Russians that had about 20 words in their vocabulary. They tried to tell me that they don't have the item but it's on board for delivery... So we don't have an item that we put in a van that can't be delivered cause it's not in the van. Mmmmmmm it's all very clear now. How could i be so silly Show details

courier doesn't care. They don't answer emails and the only phone number listed doesn't answer. I could have walked to Sydney and picked it up. The seller advises me to wait but time is running out. If ebay sellers read this please offer a chance for the buyer to pay Australia Post to deliver it. Thet deliver and their tracking can be believed.

Another chop shop of a courier "company". Ordered an item off ebay, and it was supposed to arrive on Friday. I looked at ebay's tracking and it was stuck at "Processed at sortation facility". Then I decided to track it from PFL's site, and it stated that the parcel was left in a safe place on the Thursday (day before) even though no such thing… Read more

occurred. This is your typical chop shop courier "company" tactic, as they all use it, meaning that the driver didn't even bother attempting to deliver it, the driver doesn't intend on delivering it, or the driver fancied it and decided to acquire it for themselves. I know because all those instances have happened to me. Why and how these "companies" are still operating and haven't been shut down is beyond me.
