Burdens would not replace the seats as the warranty didn’t cover the seats so it’s apparent Parisi obviously chose an inferior material for this particular design and would not compensate purchasers for their poor choice. These are the worst quality suites we have ever had in any of our homes, now replaced all 3 seats and would never chose a Parisi product in future.

Steer clear of Parisi Linfa - Poor Design & Quality – Steer clear of the Parisi Linfa toilet. When flushing water is pushed up under the seat and onto the floor, inside surface always shows evidence requiring constant cleaning and seat has staining and marks that started appearing straight after handover of our new home. After only a year I’m considering replacing. Very disappointing.

Aftersales support is excellent – Had a couple of issues with our bath spout, one was an aerator that popped out unexpectedly, and the other was a issue with the spindles and an inability to stop them from dripping. Rebekah at Parisi aftersales went above and beyond, and helped us on those two separate occasions. Plumber fitted the new spindles and all the issues are solved. Really pleased. Thank you.

Brilliant Little Toilet Suite – We got a Parisi Linfa back to wall toilet suite about 2 years ago. It looks great and has smaller dimensions than most, which was perfect for fitting into our laundry reno. hygienic flush works a treat. We haven't experienced any of the issues that other people have mentioned. I'd recommend it and will buy Parisi again.

Linfa toilet suite – Purchased a linfa toilet suite few months back for my bathroom. Loving the design flushes perfect and the soft close seat the best I've seen in the market the seat can be removed easily if needed and cleaning the rimless bowl is easy too though I only have cleaned it once due to the antibacterial technology in the ceramic glazing 10 out 10 thank you parisi for an amazing toilet. Show details

MODEL Well, bought it from Keller Hardware store in Willoughby, Invoice says Parisi, we choose it on Parisi website so I guess you guys have no even an idea of what your selling Maybe stopped productions ? The showerhead started clogging up after 1 year and when I moved into the flat, we found the towel rail bent up since it's so darn soft and malleable is warps.

The faucets are fine - nothing special and no issues which gives the review an additional star

I'm an interior designer and will never be specifying these products in neither residential nor commercial projects and would recommend you not to, should you have the choice.

Reminded how poor it is every use – Parisa Linfa Rimless BTW suite. 2 pans in a row faulty. Replacement was cracked internally and leaked on the against wall cabity as well as an offcenter cistern connection hole that would not seal. Huge plumber cost on wasted time. To top it off, the shower head has seemingly given up on the basic task of standing upright and instead flops down helplessly. All these issues in a home not even two years old paint a bleak picture. Generally poor product – The toilet seat is soft close and the mechanism packed it in after 5 years. While that may be acceptable, you can't just buy the replacement components....you have to buy the whole seat at a cost of several hundred dollars. Do not buy this brand – I recently moved to a house with Parisi toilets. They’re horrific. The seats had to be cut off to be replaced and the cistern lids are stuck on. Worst of all is the fact the bowls stain and constantly look dirty. They’re disgusting. The customer service is woeful too. If you have a choice - DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.

splashback when you flush. The seat closing mechanism died on all three seats within a few months of use and the replacement costs is eye watering. I ended up going to Bunnings toilet seat in hand (maximal embarassment factor) to source another brand which I did and works fine once you navigate the excessively complex installation requirements on the toilet. Only flipside is they are beautiful looking toilets.

Ellisse toilet - no one can poop without leaving evidence – Bought three Ellisse toilets during our renovation 6 years ago. No one in our house (that's six people!) has been successful, in the six years, to poop without leaving evidence. The extreme narrowing of these toilets makes it impossible to not make some sort of mess in the bowl. Also, two out of the three toilets wet your legs when you flush, PLUS like other reviews, seats are easily stained and hard to clean.

will never purchase anything from parisi as their warranty is so limited. Just one big head ache with the poor quality. Parisi you should honour your products and repair them. Very very disappointed

Parisi toilet permanent stain – Horrible toilet that stains and has these black spots that can't be cleaned. Tried everything and can't get rid of them. Anyone knows how to change them? Its not the simple push to release buttons... Making it so hard to change them! We got those toilets brand new in a brand new unit and so disappointed with the quality. They look nice and that's about it.

until their technician visited 4 times, such a waste of time. And their technician didn't seal the sewer pipe properly, so we have to suffer the smell from sewer pipe for the whole week because they refused to arrange the work in time and saying they don't care about what we are suffering

Parisi L’Hotel PN740P - poor quality bowl surface – We got two of these, bought from HN in Nov 2020 & had it for more than six months. Marketed as easy clean ceramic glaze with rimless design. At a price point of $600 per unit, I would expect something better. Not happy. In comparison, our old V&B purchased 12 years ago for around $700 - $800 still works as it should and require once a week cleaning only.

Prompt response during warranty period – Soft closing worn out fast. Emailed to Customer Service and got response next working day. From there, attendance on site was arranged within one week. However the technician did not turn up within stipulated period of time, that had delayed my subsequent schedule of work.

Very disappointing!! – The 1⭐️ Reviews of Parisi toilets sound familiar. Except our seat became loose and cracked within 3 months, broke within 18 months, won’t close without skewing badly. Customer Service – Contacted Parisi about faulty cartridges in bathroom taps. Parisi requested some video of the issue and then were excellent in providing replacement cartridges at no cost. Excellent service provided by the team at Parisi - especially Kerry.

Pretty but poor quality – I moved into a house with seven Parisi toilets, installed about six years ago. Two seats were cracked and the rest loose with filthy corroded hinges. other cheaper seats to replace them with and found some at Reeece plumbing for $50 each. I just finished removing the last six seats and it was pure hell. The hinges must be the worst design I've ever come across and adding to my woes the previous owners had glued them in to stop them from coming loose which would be inevitable with such a poor design. The toilets now look quite nice with their new seats but they flush quite badly so I would never install a Parisi toilet if I had a choice. Further more there is Newform tap ware in this house which is sold by Parisi. It looks very nice but one of the flexi tails burst a couple of months ago and I only avoided a house flood because I was actually in the bathroom when it happened and I could turn the water off. I decided to replace all the flexi tails and it was difficult to find new ones as they are not Australian standard and I had to buy them from Parisi directly. Service not good compared to Grohe who immediately sent me new tails for free for two kitchen mixers as I wanted to change tails of all the taps in the house in the house to be safe.

Very poor quality – Wall mounted Parisi toilet installed as part of a renovation in 2018. Within the first 6 months the seat stained very quickly with marks that cannot be removed and after 18 months seat has come loose. Looks good however cheap and flimsy. Go elsewhere.
