The best service & supply I have ever had for computer parts. Ordered mid morning Monday from this Melbourne based business and I paid $15 for StarTrack freight and I received the item mid afternoon the next day at my Palmerston address 20km east of Darwin, Northern Territory. was so well packaged and components secured with expanding foam and bubble wrap that I was very impressed with how secure it was. The PC itself is amazing and everything I had hoped for. It came installed with the necessary MB Bios and GPU/CPU software, and no bloatware. As promised, it was posted the next business day and arrived on time (shout out to StarTrack).
I spent a month researching all the major PC businesses to find the most reliable and best-priced 5080 gaming PC for my budget. I definitely made the right choice. Their two-year free return-to-base warranty is a testament to how confident PC Case Gear is in their pre-built PCs.

speed via how-to videos on YouTube just reinforced how little I wanted to buy parts and put a PC together.
I tried a few other PC builders’ sites but found that their options were limited (or, particularly around motherboards, often non-existent) and wouldn’t advise the makes and models of the parts included.
Not only did PC Case Gear’s site make selecting a starter build around my budget easy, but their customisation options told me what the makes and models of not just the build’s standard parts but also each swap-out option; I wound up nudging my budget a bit and only kept the CPU.
The team kept in touch throughout the process, with Alex not only emailing but also calling me to answer queries and assure me about the process - given that I ordered during the end of financial year busy period, I was very happy that the team was able to build the unit, test it and get it to me (with the express delivery option) selected around a week after I purchased!
Since then, I’ve been enjoying smooth and stable 1440p gaming with Ultra settings active on titles like Space Marine 2 and Cyberpunk 2077, as well as my beloved Elite: Dangerous, with the case fans and liquid cooling systems keeping things operating well. It also helps that the unit itself is pretty darned pretty!
Thanks again to the PC Case Gear team for helping a fortysomething gamer get a rig with a bit of oomph!
I recently bought a Corsair iCUE Link LX120 RGB 120mm Triple Fan Starter Kit Black, Corsair iCUE Link H100i RGB 240mm AIO CPU cooler and a Corsair iCUE Link Cable 90-Degree 600mm to upgrade the fan and CPU cooler in my system. Quick replies, informative, I got a nice 9070XT rig with some great components, for a very solid price. These guys are a joy to deal with. I purchased the PC Monday night at 10pm, it arrived Wednesday morning at 10am. Express postage but Melb -> Hobart in 48 hours is impressive. The rig itself is phenomenal, exceptionally clean install. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

that item arrived at PCCG, my items were sent on a Friday and arrived at my post office in East Gippsland on Monday morning. At all stages PCCG kept me informed of status via emails. AND they put a surprise gift in with the delivery! PRODUCT Mercusys Mesh Routers (AX3000 / Halo H80X) and Mercusys range extenders (AX1500 / ME60X). Exceeded all my expectations. First exciting Speedtest via an iPad 4 gave speeds greater than the NBN promised 500/50 Mbps. [https://www.speedtest.net/result/i/6957315739] Wow! Word of warning - the whole set-up is done via the Mercusys app, so make sure you download this app BEFORE attempting to set up the system and not (like me) have to use a phone as a hotspot to the iPad to download the app! Sooooooo slow! END RESULT I now have internet speeds greater than 300Mbps ANYWHERE in the house, and even out to a back yard garage.
I am sure the other similar products would have worked just as well, but for the price Mercusys seemed unbeatable. I can recommend these Mercusys Mesh routers and PCCG. As always it is a real pleasure dealing with PCCG.
Follow-up · FOLLOW UP:: Interestingly since the original review, after all had been working so well, suddenly there was a BIG problem of getting super-slow speeds and horrendous ping times ie ping 25 ms, around 30 Mbps up and down. My concerns were that the parcel arrived seven days late and was partially open upon delivery.
However, one part of the conversation felt unnecessarily defensive. I never claimed the company was at fault for the courier delays or the condition of the package, yet [Name Removed] made a point of stating that they have no control over the courier. When I responded to clarify that I hadn’t made any such accusation, the reply came across more as justification than an effort to understand.
Customer service isn't just about resolving issues — it’s also about communicating with empathy and awareness of the customer's tone. A bit more sensitivity in phrasing would have helped avoid what felt like an unnecessarily tense exchange.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope it contributes to more constructive and positive future interactions. Tone makes a difference.

a high quality computer that will last for many years to come.
I’m very pleased with all aspects of this, from payment to build to shipping to use and they catered for my own customisation after shipping (putting additional SSDs into the system after they shipped it to me).
It’s very hard to find l good communication, enthusiasm and good manners all in one store. The price was excellent, I did not shop around for the lowest price because I believe good quality people should be paid what they are worth, but the price was on par with other retailers.
If you are thinking of buying a custom built system I cannot recommend PCCG highly enough. They know the technology, know how to put it together and know their market - skills and experience and good service all in one place:

customer service team to rearrange my order so it could be dispatched and i received the goods way beyond a time frame i expected, which is why i went with pccg to begin with (should have just ordered from a local store but nevermind).
But... little did i expect this crap situation to arise. I mistakenly ordered a motherboard that had almost identical title naming as its mAtx equivalent. I opened the box, sized up the part against my case and realised "you idiot...". The part was never installed and put back in the box. I arranged a return process so i could swap it out and order the matx version instead. But because i cut the tape to open the box....i was charged $40 for the privilege to return the item. I paid $22 in postage to return it as well. They warned me of a 15% processing fee if it was not intact but i really did not expect to be charged $40 because i sliced the tape that holds the box closed. This is a rort. You can't tell me it costs that much in labour to return a brand new unused uninstalled item. If it was a 2k graphics card id bought, i would have been charged $300 for the same process!!! They would resell the item for almost the same price.. maybe a tiny bit less because the box was opened and they're up on their profit because of my innocent mistake. In comparison, i just utilised a returns process for Kawai Australia and returned a PCB to them to fix a digital piano. The pcb was installed, tested and found to be not needed and they accepted the return and gave me a full refund.

have a GTX4080", I spent a few days by email back and forth with a couple of the guys from PCCASEGEAR about what I wanted and what they thought would work, once it was worked out they put it all in the cart for Me and I paid for it,.
It took around a week for My new PC to arrive " wrapped up in the cardboard box the case came in with packing inside the PC and a ton of bubble wrap on the outside "all nice and snug".
I unwrapped it, plugged in My Graphics card, hooked it up to power and My monitors, and it works like a charm, the Build quality was great, all the wiring done neatly and tucked out of sight.
For the small cost of getting PCCASEGEAR to build your system for you, it is well worth it, unless you like doing it yourself.

Brought a new PC and some supporting tech on line. All delivered interstate within one day of ordering - which was pretty outstanding. I also sought tech advice from their support centre and received good advice very quickly. This is the third gaming PC I have purchased from PC case gear and would happily and confidently recommend their products.
Always easy to deal with pc case gear. This particular monitor is as advertised. Easy to fit to a monitor aem (im not using the built in one) colour is good and no dead pixels. Only issue for me was that the price of the system dropped on the website by $100 on the day it was sent it to me.
