Super friendly and awsome customer service – Was a bit weary ordering due to the negative reviews, and the fact I didnt receive an order confirmation after paying. I called the store to double check on the order and had one of the best customer service experiences, issue was sorted almost immediately and customer service helped me with some other questions I had about the stock of some items. Super friendly and awsome!

NO customer service. Scam 'in stock' system. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM – Most useless customer service of ANY place I have ever ordered from. Ordered items and paid.... item description says 1-2 day shipping. My order still says 'PICK'... their way of saying 'processing'. NO tracking info. NO live chat, no contact via chat / email etc. Took over a week for them to say it was on 'backorder'...which is illegal in Australia. IF its 'in stock' it has to be IN STOCK...if its NOT in stock it has to state it. Show details

AusPCMarket, turns out item was not in stock, but with supplier. No indication on their website that item was at supplier, no communication during this process that they couldn't fulfill their delivery expectation, no further communication after I responded to their lack lustre performance.

Avoid like the plague, go with someone like PCCaseGear who state if the item is actually ready for dispatch or is at the supplier and will actually communicate with you.

HEADACHES NOT WORTH THE MINOR SAVINGS – Order was showing in stock, after i completed my purchase and waited 2 weeks with no action, I emailed PC market. I was informed it was pre-order and will not be stocked for some time. Other reviews appear to have had a similar issues.

Rubbish "fast" dispatch Australia wide – Ordered a box set 1 week ago, still waiting with no updates to my cart and indicating still picking. 'contact you tomorrow' but zero follow ups the next day. - Phone calls to their "contact us" numbers does not get answered or when it does you are waiting for a really long time. - Company claim to use delivery services like 'Fastway' or 'Aramex' and tell you that they have shipped the item but when you contact these delivery services they tell you that they have not received anything.

In my 2 months of waiting i had to phone more than 20 times - got through about 5 times and emailed about 15 times and tried to chat with online support about 12 times . This website is the typical example of the horror story that you read about online and i wish i knew this going in. No amount of discount should prompt a purchase because the concept of sale fails this company.

save yourself the trouble and stay away.

Stubbornly defying the consumer law – Purchased a Xiaomi smart watch from the company in December 2020. Watch did work up until start of May 2021. And then I could not connect it to my smartwatch again. Sent the faulty item back, under warranty, and asked for a refund which I'm entitled to under the Consumer Law - the item had a major problem and could not fulfill its function. Bought XIAOMI webcam and fastest delivery ever, great communication and tracking updates – I paid on Monday night and on Wednesday morning I got it. I received constant updates for delivery directly on the phone and email. wrong. Hidden in the tiniest tab of several clicks, any support information was essentially hidden from me. As well as this, the date given for those waiting for product has been pushed back over half a dozen times, complete lack of care or support. I will never be making an order here again, and if you want to save yourself the mental trauma you won't either.

Fantastic service – I order a Games Workshop item through PCMarket during the Covid lock down. GW was closed during this period, the informed me that they would have to wait to get restocked before they could ship my item. I regularly contacted them for an update and they answered every question and kept me updated on its delivery. Once it was shipped it arrived in 2 days. delivery fee would be extra, but I needed the item quickly.

So after 2 business days, the item still had not left their warehouse/shop. I emailed them to enquire about this, but received no response. Instead, 1 business day later I received an automatically generated email saying my item had been dispatched. Now 2 business days later since dispatch, I have found that instead of sending the item using a courier as per my order, which is clearly shown on my invoice, that the order has instead been sent by Australia Post and won't be here for another 2 business days.

When the only thing that differentiates an item being sold from the competition is a 1 to 2 day delivery time using courier option, and the item is then delayed and posted instead of couriered, I feel that is wrong. Add to this the lack of communication. No doubt I will receive a response after this review is posted, but it is too late now isn't it.

stated that they were on leave from Dec 22nd - 6th Jan 2020. Hence, I had no choice but to wait until 6th Jan before calling them again. When I finally got in touch with them, they apologized for missing the order before Xmas, and ensured that it would be leaving their warehouse either that night or the following day (7th Jan). As presumed, nothing came on Wednesday (despite receiving confirmation from the Courier company ((Big Post - 03 9544 5525)). I contacted the courier company who stated that they were unable to pick up the product from the warehouse as the contact number number provided by the sender was inaccurate and the deliveryman was waiting outside the warehouse unable to collect my product. I then attempted to contact PC Market, who of course told me that there was some confusion as the product status showed ''Delivered'' on their end. I was furious and stated that I wanted to cancel the order since it hasn't even left the warehouse. He assured me he would check and call me back (Wednesday 8th Jan). I waited all day and still no call. I then attempted to call them back, over 100 times with 3 different mobiles, yet still no answer. I have now waited 3 weeks for my order which has been fully paid. The company have no care about their customers and clearly leave fake reviews to level out the average score. Please kindly contact me back today before I hit Fair Trading. Thanks Joey
