Just received a personal loan

i was so surprised of the great service i received, they answer all my questions and great help,
i did have some problems with the down loading things on the application but i think that was my thought,
im not the best when it comes to computers, but they had patients and help me step by step,

Watch the interest

I took out a car loan 2.5 years ago on an interest rate of 14 percent. I rang to check up on how much is left, to be told that I still have the same original amount because my interest rate us at 17.99 percent.
When I asked the girl why, she couldn't tell me.
NOT HAPPY.

Excellent - quick return around

The process took only 2 days for my loan to get approved. I was really impressed how quick they responded. Happy customer. I would definitely recommend Pepper Finance to friends and family.

Worst finance company dog's

I called them up to pay my car out and i got slammed with 4k of extra costs just revenue hungry. Its like i haven't paid anything of the car yet i would highly recommend staying away from these pathetic fools!! They can send apologies back to people with their review's but don't do anything to fix it.. if could rate them half a star i would. No wonder why people are going so bad because of crap financial institutions like this pathetic one!

Never use pepper

Customer service was terrible. For 6 months I’ve been trying to get pepper to fix a system issue that makes it look like my account is behind a payment and nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve now tried to leave pepper and was told I’d have to pay $700 to get out early. because of this system issue got denied finance elsewhere. Not only was the interest rate higher than I was told it was by the broker I’m now stuck.

A smooth process

While i see many 1 star reviews on here, my experience has been very different. I was offered an interest rate 4.5% cheaper than my current loan and no monthly fee. I found the whole process very each and much better than the big 4 bank i was using

Crooks, never again

My husband accepted car finance with Pepper without my knowledge. He wasnt savvy on interest rates and basically didnt ask. They have a ridiculous rate as well as all the monthly admin fees. I paid the loan out in half the time and was thanked with a $600 exit fee. Summing it up we paid $17,410 for a $14,000 car over 2 yrs. Please shop around folks and save yourself a fortune.

Very bad service and Interest Rate from 9.99% to 24.99%

I have applied online for PL, the initial Interest rate was 9.99% then to resubmit it again due because they asked me to reduce the borrowed amount, they thought I was desperate, so they offered me the maximum interest rate of 24.99%.
I have an Excellent credit score and I know it, however, Pepper Money told me my score is LOW, they have determined this through an American Credit Agency! Now they told me that my Interest Rate is 24.99%, which is the maximum rate for someone with really bad credit history. I am very confused, I have great credit history, yet they are giving me a bad rate.
Not recommended.

Still waiting for my statement of account

I applied for car loan thru a broker and got that approved thru pepper but the problem is despite paying for a year my loan amount is unchange. I checked with the staff but was given a higher amount that what i applied initially. I asked for the statement twice and assured i ll get it in 24 hours but still waiting. I am disappointed with pepper loan. First and last time. Will never go back to pepper.

Hidden fees

Making bulk extra payments on my loan. I'm ahead thousands of dollars and they say my credit rating is great. I was about to pay the rest of my loan and the customer service lady said I will get charged an extra $600 for paying it off earlier than 2022
I am really upset as previously the financial adviser and customer service providers told me the exit fee was only $50

No value for loyalty...Existing customer

I'm an existing customer, but got refused for personal loan. no value for the loyalty, excellent history, not even 1 payment missed for almost four years. pathetic got the response after a week of applying. not to comment on interest rate, as it was too high than indicative rate. will not recommend as there are many other options.

Account is not accessible online.

Staff were great and respectful, but the system itself sucks!!! No proper app to let you access your account online. Every time I call them, they always give me the assurance to just simply click the link and I'll be alright to go. Unfortunately, none of the links emailed to me worked!! I have been ringing them for few weeks now to help me access my account online, BUT NONE OF THEM WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE ME THE CORRECT LINK. Very frustrating company!!! DO NOT BE VICTIMISED by this company!

Won’t Deal With Them Again

Customer service lady was great and understanding however pepper money are not there to help out the paying customers. Easy solution but won’t help.

So easy !!

It was so easy !!
My credit assesor, Sandra ,was very helpful & understanding of someone who's a little technoligly challenged ! & your made feel important with the personal service you receive !!
Definitely not like the big banks or more well known lenders !! My loan gas only just been approved & I've already recommended them to 3 of my workmates.

No Major Issues

Acquired the loan thru the company that sold me the bike. Only 1 minor issue, no yearly statement or any statement recieved at all and forgot who the loan was acquired from when wanting to assess pay out figure in the last 5 months of loan. Costomer service was outstanding however.

So much easier than i expected

I was absolutely stoked with the simplicity of dealing with Pepper Money. After seeing the brand on the Harli White race car last year I wasn't sue what PM were about but gave them a search anyway. When the time came to shuffle some funds the Pepper Money system was so easy to apply through and so transparent I didn't hesitate to go through with it.
From first click to last it was seamless and simple. Better than begging a bank by far. A brilliant customer experience from beginning to end.

Very Thankfull
