Peculiar online website
Several days after a product inquiry I received a strange layout of a purchase page .
Some sort of "community" set up wanting my particulars. My photo? etc.
There was no facility to proceed with the order etc no basket, etc. nothing.
Then I had to wait for some sort of email to allow me to proceed.
Ive never struck anything like it.
I do a lot of online ordering & this is the most scary Ive come across. (UTUBE/Images etc)?????
I wont be dealing with them as Im not sure who I am really dealing with.

Avoid these people: rude & try to hit you with undisclosed fees
I purchased a phone via Personal Digital's Ebay store at 6.12am & had to cancel the order at 8.15am. Rather than politely cancelling the order which had not been processed or sent, I was asked if it was OK with me if I paid a 3% processing fee. This was not disclosed anywhere in the store terms & conditions before purchasing the item. I replied that it was not OK for me to pay a fee to simply cancel an order placed 2 hours prior & outside of business hours.
I then received a series of rude messages, adding insult to injury, with the seller re...fusing to cancel my order as requested. This has wasted hours of my time & thank goodness I did NOT proceed with the purchase, because clearly people who try to price gouge on undisclosed cancellation fees, will also be unlikely to assist in a professional & courteous manner when it comes to anything else related to the purchase like warranty issues. My advice is to steer well clear of Personal Digital & buy from a reputable seller who observes the Australian Consumer Law & has quality & professional customer service.

Made an online order for a Samsung s7 screen cover and delivered very soon after, Easy thing, but in the envelope there was the equipment for polishing the screen, not mentioned before. Well done

I ordered phone with color what they don't have. They text me second day and ask me if I want this phone in other color. It was a little bit different because the first phone has dual sim and this second doesn't. But they give me this phone with the same price, which is in other e-shop more expensive. My new phone came very fast and everything looks fine. So it was great.

Gone downhill fast - be wary
Been dealing with this company for several years and liked dealing with them as they were importing phones but had an office and held stock in Sydney. Had no problems with them until now. Something seems to have changed. This time waited several weeks for 10 phones that we were assured were in stock when we bought them. Numerous follow ups - couldn't get through on the phone, didn't get back to us when promised etc. Kept saying our order was being dealt with by "the manager", who is never in and no one else anywhere in the company has any visi...bility of our order or can do anything about it. The stories kept changing and in the end I was told the phones were definetely in Australia somewhere but could not be shipped until the manager came back. But apparently someone in the office could process a refund. Which they say they have done. But 3 weeks lost when we could have ordered elsewhere. Suspect something is up but not sure what. Won't be using them again.

I had purchased a product with Personal Digital through their eBay store. I had a fault after 3 weeks of use and contacted them for a warranty claim. They gave simple instructions on how to go about it. I was issued a replacement product very quickly. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

cannot say enough about this company...the item arrived promptly and in perfect condition...after a bit of use i had cause to replace under warranty...so emailed Personal Digital and they gave excellent instructions on returning the item then replaced within a couple of days...will definitely be using them again

I have never been so terribly treated in my life.
I bought 2 phones (Oneplus 3 a3000), both in stock, and opted for express shipping. It was supposed to be simple. Let me reiterate supposed to be. This company is beyond unprofessional. The two phones changed to out of stock on the website and no contact to me was made, I had to reach out and see what the go was. I was told there would be a two week wait as the phones we're actually not in stock. I wasn't happy about it, but I wanted the phone so I agreed. Two weeks had passed, I again have to contact them. They got back saying they could only ...get the model "up" (Oneplus 3 a3003; its not a model up, its just different bands) and I had to fork out $150 extra to get them. Here I was getting a little sceptical, but I thought if this would settle it why not. Of course it didn't settle it because when I got the phones they were the a3000 model, I messaged them straight away (by this point their replies started to become a couple days after I had emailed rather than the same day). I sent them pictures of the mistake and asked they refund the extra money I had to pay. The said the best they could was refund me $80. Why? (That was to include the refund on my "express shipping") Here I got angry, they said if I returned the phone they would refund me completely. Oh but they didn't, and now here I am trying to get $170 back. This company is so unprofessional, and I really warn against shopping from them.

* Poor Communication - will not tell you anything unless you ask or push.
* Long delivery times - nearly 3 weeks for my 2nd product to arrive when both were ordered the same time
* Poor customer service
* Unethical - couldn't supply one item, offered me similar but never refunded the price difference
