Review after 9 years of horizontal blinds – We had our Eagle blinds installed in July 2011. Eagle weren't the cheapest but we recognized the quality. If i could retract earlier review I would! Constant pressure to write a review based on initial install – Don't use them! Worst experience ever! Roller Blinds installed, got them right the second time. The Luxaflex blinds which cost me thousands ( two storey house) installed had pin holes and dropped dragging onto the ground. blinds up stairs where made the wrong colour. I even contacted Ministry of Fair Trading to seek an opinion! Didn't complete this and after numerous phone calls and several emails, the shoddy install has left two rooms still incomplete years later!!! Whenever I hear friends are getting blinds, I make sure to tell them not to use this company!!! Go to Bunnings buy blinds and install them yourself. Have papertrail to verify all claims made in this post. Zero Stars.

Spare parts – Having visited a number of blinds suppliers in Wangara I called in to Eagle in Prindiville Dve Wangara. discussing the matter further suggested one of the options which when I tried it was successful. I could not have asked for better service conducted in a helpful and professional manner. If this is an example of the company's approach to customers then I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Reno repairs – We took down our blinds for our reno and in doing so snapped the brackets. These guys were kind enough to just replace the brackets from their spare parts at no cost. On the bonus side we got these blinds back up simply. We have had them now close to 6 years and they still work as smooth as the day they were installed.

Great customer service great prices – Took a track in for repair plus wanted four more vertical blind slats. Track couldn't be repaired so was replaced at a great price plus new vertical blind slats colour matched and made within half an hour. Very impressed with service and price.

Very poor customer service and totally disorganised – No customer service whatsoever. I was told my blinds would take 2 weeks to be installed. Six weeks later, I was still waiting. No one ever phoned me to keep me updated. I had to repeatedly phone them and when I did they could never tell me when the blinds would be ready. I will never use Eagle Blinds again. They have no idea what they are doing or how to treat their customers.

Got it right eventually – Took a few attempts to get it right as two blinds were measured wrong and on re-fitting one was still wrong, but job was eventually completed to my satisfaction and a small refund was offered to compensate for the inconvenience.

Won't use them again – Measuring poor- material poor -installation poor-reliability -poor Just want the company to do their job. Don't have time or energy to chase them to correct their faults.

Great Blinds – Fantastic service from Paul, who sold us some lovely blinds at a very reasonable price. Bit of a delay with fitting (over the Christmas period so understandable) but it was all sorted by Paul. Fitter was bang on time and did a great job. We are very happy with our roller blinds and will be using Perth Eagle Blinds again.

Repair of blinds excellent service – I took a set of vertical blinds in for repair due to issue with the runner. These were repaired very quickly with excellent service.

These guys are awesome – I’ve been here a couple of times and the guys at Eagle blinds have been great! My dog had destroyed a blind at the place we were renting and Eagle Blinds were able to help us quickly and at a good price to replace the blind. They are very honest and easy to deal with.

Quick, helpful and generous – The sales team provided excellent advice over the phone regarding a broken blind part. When I visited the showroom with the component the team replaced a small part quickly and kindly offered it at no charge.

Thermalite shutters are fantastic – We needed some interior shutters so we bought Thermalyte interior shutters. the quote was reasonable so it was the delivery time. The installation was done with no issues. In addition to that, the help from the sales person was great. we had explained all the information needed to take the decision.

Excellent service – We needed new blinds for the house. We looked at a few companies, and Perth Eagle Blinds is the best. We sent an email and Louise got back to us very quickly. Louise took care of us very well. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. Other staff were also friendly and professional. Best of all, the price and the quality! We would go back with no hesitation.

Resposnse – We had bought some vertical blinds for a house. The top clip broke less than 2yrs after purchase. The way the clip is installed is a brilliant idea however the materials that the clip assembly is made from does leave a bit to be desired. If it was made of metal then all of the issues would be resolved

Fantastic service – I needed some little brackets for my Venetian blinds (not purchased from Eagle Blinds), I went in there on the off chance as I work quite close to them. The lady couldn't have been any more helpful, not only that, she didn't even charge me for the brackets. Wonderful old fashioned service, I will get my next blinds from these guys, great to see that service and customer satisfaction is alive and well

EXCELLENT SERVICE - GOOD QUALITY – Great service and information from person quoting ( much cheaper quote than 2 other companies), quick supply and then helpful, efficient installers - no problem returning to make an adjustment. I am very happy with the quality , appearance and ease of use of the blinds.

very good – I had an old blind that needed repairing, couldn't get it repaired anywhere else. Louise had it sorted and repaired with in 10 minutes and only $15.

Good service – After going to other blind stores looking for a replacment blind wond. And been told we do not sale parts. Paul was very helpfull he went to the back of the store/warehouses and was able to find me a blind wond.

Fantastic Service – I needed my blinds repaired so I paid a visit to Cheryl and Louise at the Wangara store. I love my blinds from Perth Eagle Blinds – I love my blinds, the people was polite, helpful. When it came to get them repaired when we damaged them, they never asked how they were damaged, but was happy to help in fixing them, to make them look new again.
