herself to investigate where my package was and discovered the status wasn’t updated for the past week. She immediately contacted their shipping representative to get an update on the package. The very next day she provided the update from the shipping representative to me and let me know that if I didn’t receive the package within 10 days, she would file a claim on my behalf to receive a full refund. Unfortunately it never came, but Marshanna did file the claim and I’m currently waiting for the refund to hit my credit account. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who is proactive and has a customer first mentality. I seriously didn’t have to do a thing except let her know that the package never came! Although I can’t speak to the quality of petal and pup’s products, as this was my first time ordering, I am not deterred to order here again knowing that their customer service is top notch! However, as a shorter individual, I encountered a slight hiccup in the fit department. The piece I ordered turned out to be a bit poofy on my frame, which, unfortunately, accentuated areas I'd rather not draw attention to. Additionally, there was a bit of side fat overhang with certain styles that didn't quite sit right on my body type. While the quality was undeniable, the fit left something to be desired for us vertically challenged folks and I'd wished I could have tried it on before buying as they typically do not offer refunds, only store credit or exchanges. 

While their shipping was impressively quick, the returns process was slightly less expedient (still awaiting action on the return delivered 11 April). Navigating through the returns procedure took a bit longer than expected, which was a very minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience, but worth mentioning nonetheless. Despite these minor hiccups, I must commend Petal and Pup for their outstanding customer service which is the true focus of this review. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. Bless is truly a gem and deserves all the good things in life. When I reached out with my concerns, they handled the situation with grace and flexibility, offering solutions that worked for me. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly sets them apart in the realm of online shopping. 

In conclusion, while the fit may not have been perfect for my petite stature, the quality of Petal and Pups clothing and their exceptional customer service make them a standout in the industry. You'll find yourself in good hands with Petal and Pup.

I'm trying to watch a show on prime, every 5 seconds I see this garbage on an ad, I will go out of my way from now on to avoid buying anything from this shop purely based on over advertising.

I bought an outfit from this company for a wedding, ironed the hem and it literally melted. I didn’t have it on the lowest setting but it should have come with a ‘gentle care’ note - never seen any item of clothing disintegrate like that. Tried to contact customer service and was met with a convoluted system of ‘we’ll get back to you’ and no one ever did. Such a shame as k had bought from them before but don’t think I will again.

HORRIBLE – Horrible company. Do not order from here - wanted to order a simple dress for my fiance, and it didn't fit properly. Sent it back to be returned, took photos of it as well just in case. They responded saying they wouldn't refund due to "severe damage" and would not send photos of what damage they meant. Terrible terrible service. Would give it a zero if it was possible.
