The policy was clear about what was included & what waiting periods existed - very happy of this as it meant with a quick read of the PDS I was able to confirm that we would be covered from the get go for broken bones & accidental injuries.

10/10 would buy this policy again - I get the feeling that most of the negative reviews on here are from people who are trying to claim things during waiting periods or for pre-existing conditons that aren't covered as our experience has been faultless.

Skin Condition – Wow!! Just did 2 claims for my dogs very bad skin allergy- vet put claim in and within 2 days they paid it with no hesitation. Was easy and they covered everything as expected!! Even the medicated shampoo!! I’m impressed!! Show details ·  1

Impressed – I chose this pet insurance as this is the most affordable after comparing with other similar pet insurance. Happy to take your money – make you jump through hoops to get minimal return for the premiums payed and if you pet has had an issue the same forget it the waiting period is ridiculous my dog had an ear infection jan 2020. claim made $20,000 out of pocket. Every time we put a claim in to be assessed, I must add it took 5 days for a email to say they received it then another 4 days to tell us the claim was not approved. With all the correct documents and proof from vets and behaviourist together with receipts still nothing gained. The Countless phone calls we had to bypass the sales team as that was like talking to a brick wall we had to go direct to a supervisor or manager even then still no help given. Please I urgent you don’t sign up for the pet insurance it’s clearly a scam.
