DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE – Made a purchase online over a week ago and still has not arrived. The tracking number provided is incorrect and I suspect fake. I have tried emailing them twice with only automated replies received and their phone number is disconnected. Absolute disgrace of a company and should be ashamed of themselves! Taken for a ride – Spent $261, no goods, tracking# doesnt exist! Automated email as a reply and their phone# disconnected. Contacted Vic Consumer Affairs- dont be fooled like me. Shop elsewhere or lose your money!!! They have more front than a rat with a gold tooth. They should be shut down- thieves.

still full of doubt, especially when it did not show straight away that there was a package. However, my anxiety was not needed. The only thing that could have been better was a reassuring communication somewhere along the way, and a few more reviews from people that had received their order without trouble or delay.
Relieved to have order arrive with no hassle – After placing my order I came across the reviews on this website and the fb page and began to worry that I had made a grave error of judgment in chosing this online store. I was very relieved when my order arrived after only a few weeks of waiting. All items were as described.

concerned as i didn't know how I would be greeted, but it was $99.85 that they had of mine. I arrived and spoke to Luke who was more than accommodating and very apologetic regarding the lack of communication. I did mention that it was not very comforting to read the reviews he had online but I was very happy that he did everything he could to restore my faith in his business. He upgraded my car seat cover as a good will gesture and cancel the additional items i no longer required without any hesitation. Thanks for the great products, they are very good in quality and my pup loves them!! All the best with the new premises.

Disreputable company – "Petology" and The Laws Group are untrustworthy. The company should be deregistered. DO NOT buy anything from the Petology website. They have gone underground but they will still take your money.

no longer available, their 1300 number has a message which says "you cannot be connected" I have sent at least 8 emails and received no reply... Somehow don't think my cats are going to get their din dins... Beware of this company -- stay away!!!
20/09/19: well well well after escalating my paypal dispute my 10kg bag of royal canin has arrived today!!! Too bad I had already spent another $120 to order a replacement from jumbo pets (which was delivered the day after I placed my online order) never dealing with petology ever again -- jumbo pets will have all of my business from now on!!!

Order not arrived, can't contact their phone service – I ordered a can of brown dubbin online from this company last month and received an email order confirmation on 25th August. I have not heard anything from them since. I have tried to call their 1300 number twice, but get a message that my call cannot be connected. Am beginning to think I have been scammed
Similar to Scam – I ordered an item which arrived late. The fish tank I ordered was clearly repackaged. There were no instructions, the cover bag was in the box rather covering the tank. I connected the aquarium and the filter is not working. I issued a request and asked that replace the filter. They have not responded and based on the reviews I doubt they will ever do Stay away from this store, no customer service and I believe they are located overseas
Do Not Buy From this Company – Bought some bags for pooper scooper, also bought from here. The bags were fault, had holes in them and ripped more when separating from the roll. Tried to contact customer service, but have been ignore. Cannot return and no refund. Tried email, online chat and phone, but nothing. If you have an issue with the product you buy, you are stuck with it and have lost your money

Very bad customer service – Will never buy from again don't send items out when they say they don't answer emails and phone is disconnected so you can not contact them at all Don't buy from them.
Bad service will never use again – Email received saying parcel had been shipped, Tracking number did not exist, courier company had no details, no reply to email and all phone lines disconnected. As I paid through PayPal I raised a dispute and then 12 days later received the parcel - unbelievable that this company can still be online selling -
Just like everyone else - Order not received- Lesson learnt - Read reviews first – I placed my order and 3 days later I followed it up with an email as it hadn't been delivered. Snet an email to support which I had no response. Phone is disconnected I have reported this company to consumer affairs to save heart ache for others.

messaged Petology a few times over a week with no response, so put a case in with Paypal. It worked in my favour as they didn't bother responding to the case. Most annoying thing - I got a new puppy so was purchasing stuff for her. I didn't want to buy the items again from another website Just in case these items turned up. So 5 weeks on and my puppy has been missing out on a few good toys. What a joke!!

“huge warehouse move” in their headline of their website???? Just despicable behaviour. Even if my order turns up I have no regret in writing this review. I’ve dealt with other companies where I’ve had issue with getting my order but they have at least followed up with emails and eventually the goods. I doubt I’ll ever see mine

Non delivery – Ordered cat food on 9th June, website says it has been sent/delivered. Nothing received. No phone working, no reply to tickets or emails. Will report to Victorian Consumer Affairs and Paypal today.
Incomplete Order – DO NOT ORDER THROUGH PETOLOGY, received part of my order but still waiting for the rest. They never get back to emails and phone doesn’t work. Bad experience and will never buy through this Company again. It’s very sad that they are ripping people off with rescued pets which cost a lot of money.

any of PayPal communication or mine] .. I escalated the Paypal case to get the refund this morning. However, the item arrived just mins ago after 2 weeks! I have not checked the item yet! If everything OK, I will cancel the PayPal case. However, this gave me so much headache/worry as it was a Fluval 6G filter worth of 700+ dollars.
Do not order from this site – Purchased goods on 3 May. Nothing has arrived yet despite their promise of 4 - 5 days delivery. No answer to emails, despite numerous attempts. Have lodged a request for my money back from Paypal.

my money for sure when I saw the lousy feedback they had, but after about two weeks the dog food finally arrived. Their site says "… you will only find positive reviews written about the Petology online pet store…our main concern is the satisfaction of our customers". Well, the positive reviews are few and far apart.
Order turned up - better late than – Thought this was an Australian shop and Co, Ordered 26/4 really worried after seeing reviews and ordered from Pet Circle same Time. Pet Circled updated my tracking as order was packed loaded and arrived in 5 days . Petology didn’t return emails, tracking no nowhere to be found their phone was cut off really thought I’d done my money to a scam. Order turned up today 21/5 amazed as I had given up hope.
No communication & no products received – 2 weeks after placing over a $100 order, complained to Petology that our order had not arrived; no response from them & no products received. Will have to take it up with my bank as they are clearly a scam site.

itself is confusing as I never laid eyes on the item to refuse it on delivery! Apparently, after two emails to the courier company, they had damaged it in transit and had to send it back to the seller. Petology signed for the item on 8th May at 8.09am and I have not heard a thing from them as to if I will be issued a refund or if they will send a replacement item. I emailed Petology on 7th May alerting them to the fact the item was on it's way back to them to which I got the generic 'your message has been lodged and given a ticket number' - with low importance mind you. No response. Emailed again two days later on 9th May again asking what would be happening now they have had the item returned to them, again issued a ticket number - with low importance, but again, no response. Cannot contact via phone as their website states they are currently in the middle of a warehouse move and their phones are disconnected. Have lodged a complaint through PayPal to get my money back.

Service is woeful – On April 26 I made an order with Petology that has an ‘au’ domain. The parcel was paid and confirmed same day for regular shipping that is free. parcel tracker says shipped but nothing more. What was interesting is that part of the information showed my status as “low priority.” Not only is this offensive to a paid customer but how is it possible that a business take’s the money and then drops the customer in the queue and tells them. They should be upfront about this. Generally business is such if you pay money for product you are handed the product or in this instance it is posted. What they need to do is disclose before the customer hits the enter button when to expect delivery. A week on I see after ordering there is some notification they are changing warehouse. If this is part of the problem it should not be the customer’s particularly if they are taking the money! It is unlikely I will be ordering from them again and I urge you to reconsider doing the same based on the above and looking at 76 one star ratings on Product Review against seven 3 stars and above, I would now say stay right away.
Don't order from Petology!!!! – Never received my order after 1 month. Didn't respond to my emails and phone disconnected. Couriers please tracking number was invalid also. Don't order from Petology. This is more than likely a scam. Don't trust them with your money.

be a scam. Phone numbers on the website are not answered - email queries are not responded to. They claim that they are moving warehouses so the phones are off, but according to other reviews, this has been going on for weeks (and it's pretty easy to divert your business phone). I'm following up with PayPal.
