This isn’t a delay - it’s a breakdown in basic business operations.

Selling unavailable stock and holding customer funds without communication is unacceptable.

Vet changed my dog's prescription diet after previous one had already been dispatched. Spoke to Tony who sorted out return process. Was able to go local post office and use QR code emailed by Tony and arrange return, all of this in one day. Excellent service Show reply

My go to for my elderly cat’s food. It is competitively priced; easy to do re-order (discount too); they msg to advise the re-order will occur so easy to jump in and change or chat with them. Products and prices are good..but the web site is terrible. I have had ongoing issues logging in, finding my repeat orders..or any order.. for well over a year. I end up having to contact just to order. This ongoing issue does not appear to be getting resolved and makes dealing with pet post cumbersome, time consuming and frustrating

The delivery time frames and customer service are pathetic. At one stage told 2-3 days and then conveniently updated to 2-5 days. problem lies with the company. I ordered from Pet Circle in same week and received the order the next day. PetPost staff are obviously schooled to mislead customers

It is 2026. Online ordering is a well and truly established practice and should be simple and hassle free. Never would I buy from this company again.

refund. I did feel that follow up to my email should have occurred, as the lack of quality check on products is a real concern. It would have been courteous and helped restore my confidence in their future product control.

PetPost deserve more stars. I had a repeat delivery happening and had to return the food after one of my cats sadly passed away and the other went off this particular brand. They refunded me all the food before I had returned it, including old orders, and said I could either return the food offering free postage or donate it to a pet shelter. This is awesome service! order with one mix up made by me and one by them. They not only sorted both issues out quickly and in a friendly manner, the replacement item arrived within 36 hours. Additionally, Vanessa L and Brooke T went beyond their duties to assist me with the technical problems I was encountering on my end. They both have excellent communication & problem solving skills and were very patient in taking all the time required to answer my many questions. Our pet supplies will all be from Pet Post in the future. I recommend this company highly on product, prices, customer service and especially their after sales service.

Near impossible to cancel a repeat delivery. Advised to download apps and use multiple different devices and still not showing any repeat deliveries however still being charged. Do not use this service.

food that I find works best for my cat for only $100 for me that was a good saving compared to everywhere else that I had priced in the same urinary hairball brand the only thing I would say is keep in mind that if you order on a Friday they don’t send tilll the Monday but I received mine the next day after they sent it . Next time I will try order on a week day with at least 2 to 3 days in advance from the weekeend so shipping is even faster.

Enter at your own risk! – Terrible customer service department. Impossible to vary orders & scheduled deliveries. The people I dealt with did not have any understanding of my requirements even though I spelled it out over 3 emails as concise as I could be. Any savings were used up by frustrating customer service & a useless online ordering system

Competitive price, slooooow order processing – Wanted to try as price is competitive. Ordered on the 6th and its the 10th - order still hasnt been fulfilled so imagine how long would it take for dispatch and delivery? I really needed the food for my cats. Im probably just used to pet circle where delivery came almost next day always.

Infuriating – I have bought 2 times from this company and each time my order has taken weeks just to be sent. It is so infuriating. Get you act together. What kind of company are you just having orders sit there for weeks on end before posting. Not sure if you have noticed but when people order stuff they actually want the products. NEVER AGAIN!

Petbarn did me a favour ... If they hadn't been soooooo bad i would NEVER HAVE FOUND PETPOST.

PetPost should be upfront about their delivery fee – PetPost only states the delivery fee once you have gone through the entire sales process. This is not acceptable and unethical customer service
