Excellent service

Must have insurance

Satisfied with service

Have been with Petsecure for about eight years. Always quick responding to claims.
Whilst I think the premiums are quire expensive ( I have three dogs) the service and
speedy esponse (to date) keeps me with you. Thankyou.

Excellent service

I believe my policy may be a bit expensive compared to other providers, but I am very happy with the service and policy. I had to lodge three claims recently and they were all processed in a very acceptable time frame.

We have been very happy with Petsecure.

We took out this policy when our new puppy was quite new and she is now nine years old. I rang after seeing a TV commercial and it was very easy to set up. It has been very good value for us as, unfortunately, our dog became quite allergic. We have had many claims, resolved quickly, and now she has been on costly medication for years it has been very worthwhile.

Better than human private health insurance

We have 2 dogs and live in an area snakes inhabit. Took out policies on both dogs in case of snake bite but have found it so useful for other minor ailments and surgeries. Vet sends accounts to Pet Secure and the money is deposited in our bank - very efficient!

Great service and claim was paid within a reasonable time frame

I had the policy for over 2 years and only used recently. I was able to claim all expenses covered from July last year. Staff were great to deal with.

An essential with a pet

I have Been with pet secure for 8 years and have never had a problem with claims or queries and if I have had to call centre staff are polite and helpful

Great!!!

The only niggling doubt I have is over the use of offshore call centre, although to be fair, they have been very helpful, it's just that I would prefer it to be home based.
Policy seems to be good value, and claims have all been promptly paid, once all the paperwork ended up in the correct place.
Not sure exactly how long we have been covered by this policy, I believe it is over one year.

Very Disappointed

Was given misinformation about what I was covered for, then when my dog had the treatment and I put a claim in it was rejected, I only found out it was rejected after waiting for 6 weeks with no response/ email or letter so I called and was told I wasn't covered for that issue. This WAS NOT what I was told on a previous enquiry. I wanted to check before I had the treatment to make sure it was covered so I didn't get any surprises. Very disappointed and will cancel my insurance.

There when you need it

I've had many of my Bernese Mountain dogs insured with PetSecure. They are efficient and reliable and have a heart and discretion when it counts. The inclusion of dental would make them perfection!

Would be lost without it

With Pet Secure for 10 years. Now that my dog has significant health issues, I can provide the expensive medications for her. I lodge online and claims are paid into my bank account, usually within 2-3 days. Customer service is excellent and staff are really helpful.

So reliable at a horrible time

For a terrible 6 months we had so many vet bills and without Petsecure we wouldn't have been able to continue treatment for our beautiful boy. We could lodge online, benefits paid into our account like clockwork. They never rang us or harrassed us, or even questioned a single claim. The policy is easy to understand and the process of claiming is easy and transparent. For the small cost per week we couldn't recommend them highly enough and would not choose another insurer for our kaiser

We've been with persecute for 19years and been very happy with them until the last month or so l found certain phone personal very difficult to deal with and when my cat passed away suddenly there's was non compassion what so ever

They are ok.

About 8 years. They cashed our cheque for premium but didn't add it policy and did not let us know they weren't accepting cheques for payment. They do pay on claims and at a good percentage. They didn't send out renewals for a few years. We had to contact them to pay renewal.

I can confirm that we do send out renewals, so not sure why you did not receive them historically. If you would like me to look into this, am happy to do so, because as you know it is important to keep your pet insurance going to ensure that you continue to be covered, especially for any conditions that may have arisen since you took out your policy. Axels issues

Approx 7 years, having insurance for both my dogs, a mini daschsund and a German shepherd. Pet secure have always been timely in their responses, with any money claimed paid quickly and with no trouble. Costs are reasonable and I wouldn’t be without it.

All good, just a few hiccups with communication.

We have this insurance since we adopted our dogs from the breeder over 7 years ago. We had one claim in the past and a second at the end of last year. We submitted everything and received a survey before we received a first response. The money was on the account before we had received documentation. That was good but unexpected as I don’t check my account as regularly as my mail.

Great service — Highly recommended

The breeder recommended Pet Secure when we first went to pick up our new Clumber Spaniel puppy — that was 11 years ago! We have been extremely satisfied with their service ever since.

HI Sandi, thank you for your great questions! Policies do not increase at a set amount each year. The best way to see how your policy may increase is to get a quote at the current age of your Cavoodle, and then another assuming a couple of years older. This will give you an indication of the degree of price increase over that period. It will not necessarily be definitive, but certainly give you an indication at this point in time.
