This is a great pet store! I normally get delivery, which is always quick, however last week we went to their new store in Melrose Park. Great variety of stock, clean & tidy and the customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Have had two shipments of Royal Canin 12kg dry dog food. Shipments have arrived very quickly from the Melbourne warehouse. Prices include delivery and extremely competative. Petso's dog food product range is limited and the online store has numerous product lines marked Out of Stock. I did send an online enquiry asking if they can supply Eukanuba dry dog food, but did not receive a response.

Very positive experience with Petso. They have a good range of products and cheaper prices than other well known pet stores. Have ordered with them many times. Online ordering is easy and delivery is quick.

First time buying from Petso and it was a wonderful experience. Order arrived in 3 days. Only place that stocks the kitty litter I wanted and the service was amazing. Highly recommend buying from petso.

WERE GOOD - NOW RUBBISH!! I live in SA - I was mistaken for SOUTH AFRICA!! Charging $100 delivery because I am RURAL! I live 20 mins from the CITY!! Therefore CBD! I have had SEVERAL "chats" to sort this out but I am not getting anywhere! Probably owned by non Australians!

I placed a large order worth over $1,400 and initially received an email saying it had been cancelled and refunded because they don’t deliver to my address. issue. I then spent over a week and a half going back and forth with customer service trying to locate my order, as no tracking information was available.

Eventually, I asked if I could collect the order from the freight depot, and they agreed. However, during all this time, they still had my money despite saying it had been refunded. As soon as I agreed to collect it, I received another email within 15 minutes saying the order was cancelled again. Then I got another message saying some items were unavailable but the rest would be shipped—although it was unclear where they would be sent.

To make matters worse, when I checked my order, it showed that nothing was actually available. Customer service was slow and didn’t seem to understand why my order couldn’t be fulfilled.

The most frustrating part? After all of this, they sent me a $5 coupon.

Prices were great but then my order took so long I ended up having to place an order with a local which came the next day. Unfortunately I am still waiting for my order which is still in transit. Apart from good prices, the delivery lets them down.

Always respond quickly when contacted. Order is posted out in good time. Has larger variety available of cat wet food(although no more catzfinefoodz which is sad!) and order is packaged well

Really seamless experience from start to finish, with fast delivery and no issues at all. The pricing is very reasonable, especially compared with other options, and the whole process was simple and straightforward. Very happy with the overall service.

Great variety of kitty litter, great communication etc the only issue we have is the postage and how long it takes, there’s a huge difference in express and standard pricing, too.

I keep coming back to Petso because they have all the trusted brands I’m looking for, and most of the products I need are available. Ordering is easy, and the delivery is always convenient. I’m really happy with the service and will definitely keep shopping with Petso!

literally came the next day, was the only pet store with stock so i ordered something from here expecting it to arrive the next day. But because theyquickly processed the order i did not have to wait.

I never had any issues ordering my furry family's food from Petso. They always seem to deliver the goods on time or earlier. Sometimes there are good deals with their doggy food, I was lucky enough to get a good discount for my order. Will buy again.

I purchased 4x 1.5kg bags of Burgess Mature Rabbit Pellets. The order was lower cost per pack and better freight cost than my current supplier. It also arrived faster in the mail. I will definitely order again from Pepsi!

This is an excellent online shop for cat food. It has a great selection of healthy cat food brands including Talentail. It offers good prices and fast delivery.

Terrific pricing on Royal Canin and very fast service via the premium service for spending over $69 - dropped to the door by the team within 48 hours! Very happy and would recommend / will be buying from again!
