How do I know when razor is fully charged. Green light on while charging.
Hi Laureen, thank you very much for your question. If everything is alright the battery is fully charged when the white battery symbol lights up continuously. It will only do this for approximately 30 minutes after it's been fully charged. Hope this explains.

Hi, I hope you can assist me..
As a fan of the Phillips Razor (Ive had three in my lifetime). My latest is several years old (Aquatouch). I let the battery run down as I was abroad with no charger. Returning home, I plugged in the Razor to the charger, green light flashes for a small amount of time, then stays ON, but sadly the Razor is not charging at all (after several hours with the green light on)? Can you help me solve this? Rds Keith

Hello, my aqua touch AT890 doesn't power up at all. I lost the power adapter and this has been left without power for several months now. I could see the red light blinking whenever I would click the button but now after I have finally bought the power adapter there is no light with or without power adapter plugged in. I tried to the check power adapter and it does output power so it seems ok. left the power adaptor connected overnight but still there is no luck. any solutions please?

Hello Philips thanks for reply. I tried to leave my shaver on charge for days but nothing worked. As a last resort I opened it up (sorry) to check if it might just be some water or dust blocking the circuit. nothing of such was found. I must say awesome build quality. I opened further on the chip board nothing seemed burned and buttery still showed life. began tracing where the power stooped and it was a transistor next from which there was no power. I tried bypassing this transiter, kick started a few time and tdaaa! All of sudden changing light started blinking. I charged it to full and it has been working flawlessly ever since. I must say the build quality is evident and superb.
Hi there, AK, Thanks for you comment. Great to hear that you managed to let it function as it should again. Awesome skills! We're confident that you know what you're doing, but we would advise against repairing your own Philips devices. The warranty will expire if you do so, as we cannot usually guarantee safety anymore. We'd like to thank you again for reaching out to us and we wish you a great day.

My Phillips Aquatouch doesn’t charge. It’s plugged into the wall and no ref light indicating charging. I’ve left it in for 1 hour but no charge at all.

my aquatouch AT886/16 has the replacement head indicator flashing with the heads rotating but after 3/5 seconds the flashing indicator goes out and the shaver stops !!!! I have just changed the heads and it does the same. Resetting by pressing the on/off button for 7 seconds and more has no result. The shaver resets after 30 secs to 1 minute with same sequence

When my philips shaver is plugged into mains it shows as being charged but does not switch on.
same with me .. is this an issue with the shaver?
My Philips AT 890 has been great but in recent months when I plug in to re-charge (about every 10 days) the light does not come on (although there is still the hum). After charging there seems much less power each time and I fear that re-charge is not working and one day very soon it will stop!. Can you help? Is the battery failing? Is the charger plug and lead failing? Can I test either or both?

Hi there have a wet and dry aqua touch. Have hardly used it & now it won't charge at all any idea as to why this would happen?
id contact philips and ask them. it can be a broken charger or your battert is dead
Hello there, thank for asking this question. We can imagine how inconvenient this must be. There are several reasons why the shaver might not work. First, it is possible that you need to let the shaver charge fully before it can be used again. For details, please refer to the user manual which you received with the product. Another reason might be that your shaver needs a cleanup. Hairs and dirt particles could block the shaving heads. Please make sure to clean the appliance thoroughly before you try again. If you shaver is fully charged and clean, then you might want to check if the parts are all assembled correctly. This will also prevent the device from working. Finally, the last thing to check is if you've activated the travel lock. You can unlock the shaver by pressing the on/off button for three to five seconds. After this your shaver should get back on.
If all these steps are not helping, and your shaver is still not working, please feel free to reach out to our team on the phone. You can contact us on:

We live in Sydney, Australia.
I just bought AT620 Philips shaver from one of the shops in Hong Kong.
Can't find this model on your system. Does this mean it is fake Philips make?
If not, is the warranty valid world vide?
Regards, Dev
ask philips online or thru their facebook page
Hi there, Dev. Thanks for asking. No worries, this is a real model and it comes with a 2 year international warranty period. :) Not all of our products are sold in each country. This explains why you can't find every model in every country.

Good evening I have a 1 month old Phillips Aqua Touch wet and dry shaver and when I put it on to charge a green light as well as orange light are flashing what does this mean?
Hey there, Thanks for asking and good to see you've found us here. When the green and orange lights are flashing alternately, it means you start charging the empty battery. Hope this has been helpful, but if you need more assistance, feel free to let us know!
