spent considerably time on their Chat Line trying to get help however after being seventh in line to sixth in line I was cut off. I have tried to ring various numbers and leaving a message on a number given to me by a very helpful Philips Person on another number yesterday 27th November. Not having received an answer by 2 pm today I rang the number again but that helpful person knew nothing about my message switched my call to another number. Which answered with a message choice of Sales or Accounts. I then received a message from Sales that they were very busy!!!!! Staff are very helpful but apparently the Cashback is beyond their knowledge or expertise or is it a Hoax?

This is perfect! – I have never owned an electric toothbrush before and this is amazing my teeth have never felt so clean worth every cent!!! I also love the way you use the glass as charger and the bonus travel charger.  Show reply

Broken just over two years – Considering the price and the life of the toothbrush, I would suggest anyone who is considering buying this product buy an extended warranty. battery included in this product has been tested to perform for at least 10 years.

That's really inconsistent with the real lifespan of their product.

Oral-b can spin around and deep clean the gum and tongue as well, but this one can only shake in a high speed, without spinning around. So I don't find it very help to bring out the dirt within my gum.

Overpriced and Overrated – This is not worth the money, it is way overpriced for what it does, even the replacement heads cost more then you can buy a basic new electronic toothbrush and they do the same job. The only brand I would use – I have used the Philips Sonicare toothbrush for many years now. Got the latest one end of August 2020, after my older more basic model finally gave way after many years. this toothbrush is, it would be great if the battery could be changed or serviced.

Despite this, the battery does last for many years. I share my toothbrush (with different heads of course) with my family, so, it does get it's use out of it. Using a manual toothbrush is really a thing of the past, and it isn't until you use one of these, and realise how clean your teeth feels. I wish I also could splurge out on the AirFloss. But at least I can have the best of toothbrushes.

Clean mode is enough for me – I bought this Sonicare diamond pink a few months ago. It has five models. However, I found everytime when I use it, I actually use clean mode only. The other four models have seldom been used. I can't see any major difference between this five models.

Just average – I would say it's just average, not outstanding product doesn't seem much difference than other electronic tooth brush. it's not really effective to clean and prevent tartar than any other toothbrush and given its cost, I don't really recommand this product and also customer service is not good basically they can do nothing if you have any enquries.

Love the clean battery life not so great anymore after 2 years – This toothbrush gives me an excellent clean and is easy to take with me when not at home in the toothbrush case. I have had it for almost two years and the battery is now needing charging far more frequently (every 2 weeks). It used to last well over a month and was part of the attractiveness of the toothbrush. two years in than other electric brushes I've owned. My partners brush failed after a year, but it was replaced without any fuss, and his new brush hasn't had any problems.

This is great! Love it!!! – I'm just in love with this product. Love its look and functionality. I'm so happy with it! A charge can last for like 2 weeks. It's really convenient. Once it's charged, no need to worry about getting it charged very soon again.

Love it! – This is amazing - light, pretty (i got the pink version) and works so well! I only need to charge once every two weeks. Only thing I would improve is the battery indicator - i can't tell how low the battery is, i have to remember the last time i charged it. but that's only a small problem - LOVE this! oh and love that the travel case is also a charger! how convenient is that!  Show reply

Love it – Bought this a while back, never owned one before. It comes with many easily attachable parts that are also easily detachable. Quite impressed with its efficiency & hoping it will last. A charge lasted quite a while. I feel like I brush my teeth more effectively and quicker.  Show reply

Highly recommend! – My first ever electric toothbrush and could not be happier! Very powerful and efficient. Battery life is really good, I only use the travelcase to charge it. The timer is very easy and helpful to use.

Toothbrush – I’ve used electric toothbrush for many years, this is a great product when it’s working.this is my second Dimond clean toothbrush after the 1st one failed to charge also the power button sometimes having problems of turning .

Excellent – A nice, thorough, effortless way to get those teeth clean. It has many modes, and a built in timer. Although the price may out you off it truly is worth the investment

no charger base and I still couldn’t use my toothbrush!! I wrote several emails to customer service but never got a reply? I can’t believe I’ve paid so much for a toothbrush that doesn’t last even two years, now I couldn’t use my toothbrush for almost a month. No one in customer service seems to care my problem.

that the machine is unrepairable due to the waterproof seal, as the only way to open it would be to smash it! I totally agree with another lady that it's like spending $150 per year on your toothbrush! Although it did perform well before it broke, it is too pricey for me! I also bought one for my husband, it is still working but it sounds weird and doesn't seem to clean as well as before! I like the color haha – I got the pink sonicare set at $279 when EOFY sale at david jones. Original price was over 350. Good value. Very disappointed - only last for 1.5 years!!!!!- Stop charging at all – It's been doing a great job but not long enough!!! If there is 0 star rating, I would choose that! It's good, but expensive maintenance – Both my husband and I have used this brush and other oscillating brushes and decided that this provides a cleaner, better results. anything that accumulates at the bottom compared to other chargers as the chargers aren't waterproof.

Charging is easy as I just need to dump the brush (gently of coz) in the glass and that's it.

The overall satisfaction from cleanliness, oral hygiene and ease of use for this brush is very good.

The only down side if any is the costly brush heads.

cleaning my teeth, I just can't live with the mess it creates and it just makes me dread brushing my teeth every time I look at it.

I also find the brush too long and big and I don't like the diamond shape. I prefer the smaller, round brush of my old Braun Oral B toothbrush.

Great product – Nice design, find a great brush to protect my teeth. Wireless charge is a better solution in the bathroom. What is more, full charge could be used for 3 weeks.  Show reply

It's convenience to carry wherever with me – Mostly electric toothbrushes are difficult to carry but this Sonicare toothbrush is so easy to take everywhere with me. It has a beautiful and compact carrier which can be recharger itself. I love it!  Show reply

Really Good – This electric toothbrush gives an exceptional clean. I have braces but it still makes it easy to clean my teeth- it doesn't hurt or anything. I can't really fault it except for that it doesn't have the rubber bit at the back of the toothbrush head to brush the tongue. makes my teeth really white. I couldn't get my teeth this clean and white with an ordinary toothbrush plus I like the shape of the brush head which makes it comfortable just to slide it along my teeth/gum line. It's built is solid. It comes with a travel case, however it would have been good if I could fit the body of the toothbrush in the travel case (not just the brush heads). All in all a really good product, won't be using a manual toothbrush anytime soon. Really happy with purchase.
