Happy customer – I had been referred to Photobox by a friend, but was hesitant after reading a lot of the reviews. Went ahead with the order though as we had already created the albums online and was so glad I did. The product is really good quality, was exactly what we had ordered, and only took a couple of days for delivery (definitely from Australia for what we ordered). Never respond to emails – I purchased a gift certificate for a friend, when they went to use it they were unable to. Photobox never responded to their enquires. I was finally able to contact the company who issues their gift cards who informed me they cannot resolve the issue and only Photobox can authorise a refund. never respond; just an automated response with a number that they never follow up. My friends have a gift card they can’t use and I can’t get a refund. They have a fair product but customer support is non-existent.

Happy Customer – I have been using Photobox for a number of years. I do an annual photo album for my family and I'm always very happy. Their shipping can be a little slow sometimes but they ship from France, although I'm never in a hurry but if you had a deadline either order express shipping or shop elsewhere. I'm a happy customer and will be making my 2023 photobook with them very soon. Show details

Great product and service – I have been using Photobox for three years and can’t fault their products or service. I recently made an error in the layout of my calendars and they quickly reprinted the set, only charging me postage. And I received the replacements in time for Christmas despite short notice. I don’t understand all the negative reviews.

Cannot fault items – I have been using photobox for about 4 years now. I cannot fault any of the items I have purchased, from prints to canvas. The original canvas from 2018 is still in perfect condition despite display. My only fault is not that with photobox entirely. Very poor service! – I ordered & paid for 3 mugs with the same photo and wording printed on the mugs.I received 2 mugs and only one of those had my photos and words. The other mug had a picture of someone I've never met and the name of a company based in another country! The customer service is an automated AI system and even though the (numerous)messages provided state that someone will get back to me, no one has. Product is ok. After sales service pathetic – Received one product. It’s ok. I don’t know where the other order is. You can’t contact them. The stupid bot they use is useless. I have left messages and they advise a human will contact you but they don’t. Plenty of other companies to use next time.

Just DON'T – I'm a photographer. I just wanted a phone case. The product sent is basically useless. There's no soft inlay for the inside of the hard case, so apparently you only get half a case for $29.95. the image sent. And I had to wait two and a half weeks for the delivery (that excludes the two days it took for the product to be made). Packaging when it arrived was woefully inadequate and it's lucky it's not smashed. When looking to resolve the issue, I found that the advertised telephone contact doesn't exist, the 24/7 chatbot couldn't help because I was contacting them "outside business hours" at 1pm on a Friday afternoon, and the "email" link sent me to an online form, not an email address. Clearly getting a refund is going to take some time, and probably will involve a dispute through Paypal or my bank.

All I can do is HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE DO NOT SHOP AT PHOTOBOX AUSTRALIA.

EVER.

Unless you want to be scammed out of your money.

Oh, and to add insult to injury, they sent their "give us your feedback" email BEFORE the package ever arrived! Genius.

Rubbish – My package was ordered via an Australian website. My order has not been received a month later and i have attempted to contact "customer help" without any assistance being received only to be told it is actually a uk site using Australian routing to look like they are not in the uk. Will never order with this company again. Thanks for ruining my anniversary gift

WORST Experience with a company ever – Wish I read these reviews before I purchased! Framed print came back, very cheap quality and the print looked like it had a blue filter on it. I have tried EVERY avenue to speak to them but am yet to have a single response. I don't even want a re-print anymore, it's been that bad. How they are still in business in beyond me. re-print and re-send but there is no sign of that order either. Tracking numbers don't show any information. This company has some major issues, especially in regards to the freight companies they work with. Save yourself stress, time and money and order elsewhere.

Crap – Will not be using PhotoBox again. Heads were cut off and the collage I asked for was crap. Also I only asked for 2 copies, not multiple.I also thought I asked for 5 x7 but got 6x4.

Avoid – Ordered a framed print for my Mum's birthday. It arrived broken and the print was of very poor quality. Perspex instead of glass, cheap frame and poorly reproduced colours. Not worth the money. Avoid! Show details

Broken Item – I ordered a snow globe for a Christmas present. Received it on the date that I was told, however it was cracked, broken and leaking. Have emailed company but no response. I thought it was an Australian company but it is based in England. Not happy about the non response.
