Happy customer

I had been referred to Photobox by a friend, but was hesitant after reading a lot of the reviews. Went ahead with the order though as we had already created the albums online and was so glad I did. The product is really good quality, was exactly what we had ordered, and only took a couple of days for delivery (definitely from Australia for what we ordered). Never respond to emails

I purchased a gift certificate for a friend, when they went to use it they were unable to. Photobox never responded to their enquires. I was finally able to contact the company who issues their gift cards who informed me they cannot resolve the issue and only Photobox can authorise a refund.
I have tried to contact Photobox multiple times and they never respond; just an automated response with a number that they never follow up. My friends have a gift card they can’t use and I can’t get a refund. They have a fair product but customer support is non-existent. Show details

Happy Customer

I have been using Photobox for a number of years. I do an annual photo album for my family and I'm always very happy. Their shipping can be a little slow sometimes but they ship from France, although I'm never in a hurry but if you had a deadline either order express shipping or shop elsewhere. I'm a happy customer and will be making my 2023 photobook with them very soon.

Great product and service

I have been using Photobox for three years and can’t fault their products or service. I recently made an error in the layout of my calendars and they quickly reprinted the set, only charging me postage. And I received the replacements in time for Christmas despite short notice. I don’t understand all the negative reviews.

No customer service and no product delivered..!

I ordered 5 photobooks and they did not arrive so I attempted to follow up with Photobox 6 times and they have no email or phone. I keep getting an online AI chat responding and then only to set questions and it can’t even find me an actual person to talk to or email. My order was worth over $200 so I am very unhappy. There is no service if you have a problem, I can’t talk about the product quality as not received. I even asked the AI chat to refund me then and it says I don’t understand your request… service is a joke. I am going to PayPal to issue a dispute. I only gave one star as I had to

Very poor service!

I ordered & paid for 3 mugs with the same photo and wording printed on the mugs.I received 2 mugs and only one of those had my photos and words. The other mug had a picture of someone I've never met and the name of a company based in another country! The customer service is an automated AI system and even though the (numerous)messages provided state that someone will get back to me, no one has. I'm now requesting a refund through PayPal. Show details

Product is ok. After sales service pathetic

Received one product. It’s ok. I don’t know where the other order is. You can’t contact them. The stupid bot they use is useless. I have left messages and they advise a human will contact you but they don’t.
Plenty of other companies to use next time.

They lie about location ,eta of delivery and when order is despatched. Charge in a foreign currency and then try and get by with apologetic emails and please wait, please wait. Not good enough. Show details

Rubbish

My package was ordered via an Australian website. My order has not been received a month later and i have attempted to contact "customer help" without any assistance being received only to be told it is actually a uk site using Australian routing to look like they are not in the uk. WORST Experience with a company ever

Wish I read these reviews before I purchased! Framed print came back, very cheap quality and the print looked like it had a blue filter on it. I have tried EVERY avenue to speak to them but am yet to have a single response. I don't even want a re-print anymore, it's been that bad. How they are still in business in beyond me. I uploaded my alum for a book and have done this before so was all good -- now some 38 days later I see the order was cancelled by photobox - not me and for no known reason and equally was not informed and then my credit card was billed so Ive paid for the order. Do not order from this company

The one star is for the fact I was fully refunded after raising a dispute via PayPal.

Placed order 7 weeks ago, in early October which is plenty of time to receive items to be given as Christmas gifts. It turns out the printing factory is in the UK, not AU as their website alludes to. Original order didn't arrive and they eventually agreed to re-print and re-send but there is no sign of that order either. Tracking numbers don't show any information. This company has some major issues, especially in regards to the freight companies they work with. Save yourself stress, time and money and order elsewhere. Show details

When I start to create a new photobook, I get all unused photos from previous books and have to add my new photos, which is very inconvenient. I would very much like to know how to delete all previously unused photos in one go.

why can't I contact Photobox? I have tried every avenue to no avail. Chat no longer works and no phone contact either emails are returned no sent are they trying to hide or something is there trouble in photobox. I need to talk to someone a photobook I just got was damaged the pages fell out of it and it was a Xmas present for my husband I need another one made quickly and there is no way I can contact them everything has turned off are you going bust and in hiding
