First order ok, but… – I ordered one item from Phragos, and it arrived promptly. I haven’t ordered since as there wasn’t anything else I needed and they are rather expensive. However, I recently got an email from them naming a product I had never purchased from them and asking me to give them a review. I didn’t of course. Now, their website is down and has been down since Christmas 2022.

Buyer Beware – Phragos website advertises 2-3 days shipping...this is FALSE advertising. Follow up phone calls, texts, emails went unanswered, and only when threatened with Police action did a auto generated email came, notifying the order had been picked up by courier. No customer support at all! – Purchased cherry juice on line and recieved the wrong item! If you ring text or email them there is no response at all! Do yourself a favour and black ban them it will save you money! They are scaming people!

and the item arrived first thing Monday morning. I have no complaints and would buy from them again. If buyers are concerned, they should probably purchase through PayPal or similar to ensure they are not out of pocket if the company turns out to be dodgy.

They are not that bad! – Order placed on Thursday, items shipped on Monday (dispatching in 2 business days is not super fast but reasonable). Items arrived on Friday, total 6 business days which was on time (earlier than i expected actually). Parcel was triple wrapped, arrived nice and secured. No issue with product quality (purchased 3 essential oils, only opened 2 of them so far). I am a satisfied customer.

SCAM - DONT ORDER FROM HERE – Placed $230 order and paid. Confirmation email received however nothing after. Several emails sent to them, nothing heard. Ended up disputing the charge with my bank (for goods not received) and today, after 3 MONTHS the payment has been refunded to me via the bank, NOT Phragos. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE, YOU’LL NEVER SEE THE GOODS OR YOUR MONEY AGAIN. What a waste of time, wish I had known this prior to placing the order.

NO Communication what so ever. No delivery. No Replies to emails. But very quick to take your money – Can't answer as not received the goods or delivery advice. Reporting to pay pal. Have emailed twice and NO replies.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – Never had such bad customer service. After 2 weeks of zero communication of my items being shipped I emailed them, no response. Emailed them another 5-6 times with no response again, finally just got a refund from them with absolutely no communication or explanation as to why my items were never shipped. Will never use again

Avoid at all costs – AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Who would have thought an Australian company would be so shonky. There is No phone number - big red flag!. Not one return email (lost count how many I've sent) 3 weeks and still waiting. SCAM

Not Worthy of a Rating – Not rateable.... it was so promising, multiple products to choose from at great prices. No products arrived, won’t answer emails or calls. Tracking details provided are not trackable. So many negative reviews.... I wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering. So disappointing. Never ordering here again. damaged goods received and request for credit have been sent to their nominated email address as required by them on several occasions and remain unanswered.

Wanted Click and Collect but purchase was couriered regardless. Poor Communication – The website says that Click and Collect is available, but I could not find it at checkout, and told them several times via messages and email that my preference was to collect from shop. perhaps they can work on this? On a positive, I did receive my purchase today via courier which took 4 days. Given i live about 5 minutes away, would have still preferred to have picked up.

late delivery – I put in my order to this company on 19th May and still on 27th May have not received yet we are both in the same state. I should have realised as this happened to me before with this company so beware if you order from them dont expect it soon.

January) was very disrespectful, as Christy told me to "use my brain" next time I buy something I as was not at home when they allegedly delivered the package (the shipped it 20 days late). WORST COMPANY EVER. I am currently filing a legal complaint with them

Poor after sales customer service – I ordered several items via their website. Over a month now, no response to queries via email or facebook messanger reply, items not delivered. Will not buy again. Very bad experience.

Product was faulty- said they would return and 3 months later after multiple follow ups I’ve has no return or reply’s – I ordered some supplements that tasted off and once I got in contact the manager had replied and told me they would send some out I never received them so I sent out another email and I didn’t reply and I followed up this email 5 times no reply. If you’re not gonna replace them at least let us know so we are not relying on a package. Very bad communication

often leave reviews, and this time went out of my way to make time to jump on here and share my positive experience, as I can imagine it doesn't take many negative reviews to ruin the reputation of an online business and effect sales. Plus its easy to be angry about bad experiences and motivated to write about them, but take good ones and not provide positive feedback on them. I would purchase from this business again- it was stress free and looks to have great deals on there.

Will definitely ordering again – After reading bad reviews I decided I would try for myself. I’m very pleased. Great communication, fast prompt delivery. Will definitely order again.

Quick delivery and all items accounted for! – Decided to risk it after reading all the bad reviews. I contacted them via email beforehand and had a response within 2 days. I ordered on Monday evening and received it on Thursday (Sydney). All items were in the order and the discount price was great! Happy that I had a pleasant experience and would shop again. Perhaps they have improved and the bad reviews are something they have learnt from?

Paid $150 but no delivery and not contactable! – More than a month ago paid for their product until now no sign of it. No response through several email, no contactable phone number.

Damaged product received, no response to emails – I received a damaged product. I emailed the company more than 10 times, including photos, with no response received. Will not use again.

responses had. At first, all I wanted was for them to acknowledge what had occurred, but as they've totally ignored me, I now will take this further on a matter of principle.

No communication. No answer to emails – I have ordered successfully from this company on previous occasions but the last order was missing a product. It was manually written on the delivery docket that the product was unavailable but obviously not entered into the computer. Efforts to contact re a refund or supply have been to no avail. Sadly this will be my last order from them.

All as expected/hoped – I have just received my complete order (swag bags). All delivered in good order, in less time than some comparable Aust Post deliveries (unprecedented times etc etc...).I would definitely consider ordering again from this company

Never received order,no communication and they don’t have a phone number – Placed order and have never received it, 3 weeks later still can’t get in contact with them, I have emailed no reply and tried to find a phone number that doesn’t exist. I would call this company a scam. Next step to report payment to bank to get refund ☹️Online shopping sucks and companies like this need to be exposed.

Order not arrived and no communication from company – I would also be extremely cautious of ordering anything from this company. I ordered a germinator on the 26th March and received an email to state it had been shipped. There is no update as to the status of the order I have send numerous emails and had no response. Unfortunately there is no phone number so as a customer I am stuck and the only option left is to take my issue to the office of fair trading.

received my order on Tuesday. The products I bought were offered on a great price, however after reading all the bad reviews here, plus getting zero communications from the company I am hesitant to order from them again. I am also hesitant recommending this company to my friends.

Proceed with caution – Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. I ordered three products from Phragos March 7. Two of the products arrived March 18 but despite several emails to them over the past two months the third product has still not arrived and I have had no response from them at all. Imagine how much money they must be making by ignoring anyone who has a problem with their order. I personally will never use this company again.

Order quickly delivered – order of several tins of nutra organics were delivered as ordered and before due date. Very happy with service and product
