A SCAM. Stay Away. You will pay and never hear back from them. I wish I had checked Product review before ordering. Don't make the same mistake. I have asked my bank to change my credit card too. Really disgusting. Email to picture store was returned (Mailer Daemon, the following recipient could not be reached rich_jedi@outlook.com. That says it all. I have put 1 star bc there is no option to put zero star.

not be worth framing. I brought this up with Picture Store (after the 15 day refund time), and they told me they could not give me a refund due to being past that time. It was 5 weeks admittedly, however the prints were not moved or opened more than once during that time. The creases and ripples are form the printing process. They responded very quickly to my email requesting a refund( to deny the refund), and now of course won't respond any further. A wasted $170 in tough times. The ACCC have received an email from me about this company.

Great customer service – My order was received broken on delivery. I needed the picture as a gift for my wife's birthday the following day. I called Richard and he was only too happy to help put. some 2 hours later, I had my new frame and print. Great customer service despite the package being broken by Australia Post
Very good service and delivery – Have purchased a few prints from here and found the prints of a quality I expected. The delivery was quick and a continual update on ETA and tracking was great. Would continue to purchase from this store.

SCAM - Avoid Avoid Avoid – This company is a SCAM. They take your order , send you a confirmation and then nothing. If you call them the old guy will just abuse you. Hope the Karma Train runs him over. Avoid this company at all costs !!
Don't do it – Wish I had read the reviews - yes I was scammed. Got all the confirmation of order - then silence. Emailed them with no response. Then read reviews and then realised I had been scammed - you would think I had learned by now.
Rude and disgusting and scam – No order delivered. No communication from them. When I rang he abused me , hung up on me and said I would get refund. I rang back, he actually yelled at me for asking how I would get refund. My original card has been cancelled since purchase and I do not want to give them a new one. It’s essentially a scam I will be taking to consumer affairs. Why is there no zero rating????

Appalling Customer Service – I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Richard should be fired forthwith. I called him on several occasions to inquire politely why the delivery of my order was weeks overdue. Suffice it to say his responses were unprofessional, rude & completely unconvincing. So, I have no poster, no refund and have wasted a lot of time dealing with a company that has no customer service. I have since been able to order the same poster on Amazon at almost half the price and it has arrived within a week. I would certainly not recommend Picture Store!

caused by late arrival of prints from overseas. but will send by middle of next week. November 18 Email headed "Third Request" sent seeking same info. November 18 Richard emails that he has directed that the goods be shipped in two days. November 23 Email headed "Fourth and Final Request" sent to Richard advising that if by Wednesday December 2 I had received neither the goods as ordered or a refund in full to my credit card I would complain to the regulatory authorities including NSW Government Fair Trading without further notice. November 23 Richard emails that they had run out of non reflective glass so goods would be shipped in two days. November 30 Email from Fastways Couriers that they had picked up a parcel from Richard for delivery on December 2/3 December 2 8am Fastways delivers the goods.
The framed print was very well packed so arrived without any damage.It looks good and is a first class job.When It comes to rating I would give 4 out of 5 for the job and 0 out of 5 for the service giving 4 out of ten or 2 stars.

the others (which was a different story). I asked for a refund for the 2 prints and for him to send the other 4, he said yes but did not sound convincing. I sent another follow up email but again no replies. I feel this website is a scam and don't think I will ever receive what I ordered. I am very angry and disappointed as I shop online from the UK, US and other countries and have never had a problem, but it's an Australian website that turns out to be bad.
shocking customer service – I have just spoken to Richard from this business to tell him how disappointed I am with the poster I purchased for my granddaughter. He was arrogant, dismissive and had no interest in letting me speak. The poster was not the size I paid for and had scratches over the picture. Waiting for 4 months, goods still NOT delivered! – Ordered several prints 4 months ago but still have not received them but was instead sent a completely wrong print. No response to emails. 4.30am and cannot do anything about it. He can't even have the decency to reply to his customers emails and say 'sorry, there has been a delay'?! Of course everyone is sympathetic at the moment, but the decent companies are actually keeping their customers in the loop with orders, not just suck up the money and let customers wait in the dark. I was about to report them as scam. Don't bother with these rude people that just accuse you over the phone, unless they pick up their game.

they do not actually have any copies and would have to print the pictures for me. Sounds reasonable, but with a catch - I had to pay for them first. They would not print even a smaller copy so I could see the quality. On emailing Richard of my experience, he replied that they can't keep all customers happy, you can't buy a Mercedes for the cost of a Fiat and I can take my business elsewhere. I most definitely will, and advise everyone to do the same.

those comments back a bit. After sending an e-mail expressing my views to the vendor I did get a phone call stating the order had been sent. It arrived just a few days later and was of the quality I was hoping for. So Richard has done alright in the end but it took a lot of waitng and a few cranky calls and e-mails to get there.
Poor customer service – Paid for a picture at the end of January that was supposed to have been dispatched in February. It didn’t show, rang to enquire. Was told they’d check on availability or I will receive a refund. Still no communication from them. Rang again to be told picture was not available and I would get a refund - still no refund and still no communication. Don’t buy from this site!
Very risky to try buying from this company – On ASIC website, this company was deregistered on 8/12/2019. This company's ABN was cancelled from 30 Jan 2020 & is not registered for GST. Poor & amateurish job – There is no part of the picture which we are happy with. The colours have run at the top & the bottom when it was printed. This can be seen by anybody who looks at it in the right light. It is not satisfactory. When hung the top right hand side comes out from the wall 2cm to 2.5cm further than the left hand side. corner & the top right hand side corner are not clean 45 degree cuts & this causes the hanging problem. There is a chip missing from the bottom left hand corner as a result of this. This is not acceptable.
The picture is open & unprotected at the back. There is no backing board so spiders are able to live there.
PictureStore will not honour its online guarantee, it's a lie & a con.
