love each and every dress. You won't beat the quality. I don't take great photos so have attached screen shots of my orders. Size runs slightly small to true to size. I have augmented bust so i buy 12's, when a 10 on hips, and still sometimes snug only in bust area but they fit comfortably. Thank you Pilgrim for delivering a great product.

A little expensive, and service at the counter was not possible – I was there recently and tried on a beautiful dress from the range, It was a bit of an experience at the local store, and I observed the employee running away from me while I was trying to ask about changerooms, never to be seen since. The dress was absolutely stunning though was close to $300, so I decided not to purchase. Show details

Beyond Unethical Business – Not selling products as described, size guide was way off, quality on this particular item was below par. body, but also way too short!!! I’m not sure if this dress was made for a Shetland pony or a human?!

Multiple emails to this company with no outcome, they do not respond and do not have a direct phone line which screams “[Content Removed] company”

Wanting to offer a credit note because they can not restock sales items, although it was actually still available online when I returned the dress. Why would I want a credit note when I have absolutely zero confidence in this company, not to mention they have very limited stock/sizing on any of their products… I’m not sure how this company still exists!

So I give them an honest review as nothing has been resolved after “months” of asking for a refund…

They responded to a review with this gem -

How are you going to make things right pilgrim? I’m waiting on a response from [Name Removed]??

I have reported this company to the ACCC and will be taking this further, purely because I can see how many other people put there have been caught up with this GREEDY business that just steals money.

Worst Customer Service . Steer clear!!! – Seriously steer clear. I purchased a size 10 dress for my daughter which was way too big (She is 70 kilos and 170 centimetres tall and there is no way a regular size 10 would be too big). I emailed pilgrim & said we are going to re purchase an 8 as we were in a rush for a wedding in 3 days and we would send the 8 back and worry about the refund… Read more

later as it was effectively an exchange. Admin replied with no name, to the postage query however ignored my comment regarding my exchange proposal. I sent the size 10 back and then emailed again requesting the refund. Zoe then replies with their standard"thanks for reaching out" garbage but then declined my $180 refund as the dress was on sale. I request she read the email thread. She still declines the refund. I request someone call me to which I'm told "We don't call". I again request a Supervisor call to which I hear crickets. In summary, dress sizing is wrong (8 was still slightly to big), Customer service catty and appalling, fast postage is best I can give them.

an issue (that was actually my fault) and contacted the company. Lili the customer service coordinator was simply amazing and sorted the issue out for me!!! I had seen a couple of Pilgrim dresses in a store and knew the quality, honestly, I doubt I'd look elsewhere now! Im 62, and i felt 20 years younger at a recent wedding, and I got so many compliments!! Lets just not share with hubby how many dresses I bought!! I also bought a couple for my daughter's, they really are something special. I'm sick of buying clothes and they are not sewn up properly, the fit is ridiculous, these are finished to perfection, and fit my figure like they were made for me!! I even bought a couple of dresses to take up the hem to make more of a daytime dress, and I cannot wait to go to a pub in them!! reached out to Lili in customer service. She was so respectful with the process of the warehouse pressures, but at the same time recognising that time was ticking and l needed these items before a certain date. She kept in communication with me and recognising my stress took it upon herself to do what she could to help me get the items to me before the event. I am so grateful to her commitment to serve me, consider my situation and help where she could. I thank her for her care and support and it is reassuring to know that a team member such as Lili in on the Pilgrim team to help all who find themselves in a desperate situation. it's my duty to warn others.

Pilgrim's return policy is absolutely absurd. Despite the glaring issues with their chosen courier, Couriers Please, they refused to offer a full refund for my order. Instead of taking responsibility for their poor delivery service, they tried to shift the blame onto me, the customer. The icing on the cake? They force you to accept a store credit note instead of a full refund. Oh, and guess what? You can use that credit note for another online purchase ONLY! It's like a twisted game of profits at the expense of customers.

Even worse was their customer support. Instead of empathising with my situation, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Their lack of accountability and understanding is astonishing.

To add insult to injury, I heard from an employee at the collection hub who shared stories of similar problems with Couriers Please. It's clear that Pilgrim's lack of concern for customers extends beyond just one instance.

I deeply regret ever shopping with Pilgrim. I sincerely hope my experience can prevent others from making the same mistake. If you're looking for a seamless shopping experience with a company that values its customers, I strongly advise against Pilgrim.

Before you consider Pilgrim, please take my warning seriously. There are countless better options out there that respect their customers and have sensible return policies.

The team were kind, responsive and genuinely caring throughout the process. Lili, in particular, was exceptional — thoughtful, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I was also incredibly touched by their encouragement to donate a dress to a women’s shelter, which speaks volumes about the values of this business.

Beautiful clothing, meaningful values and the best customer service I’ve experienced. I couldn’t recommend Pilgrim more highly and will definitely be back.

I’m a huge fan of Pilgrim and Azzurielle dresses, owning over 20 of them. Quality is amazing and I love details like the boning in the bodice and gripper tapes. Auspost did not leave a collection card for my missed delivery and I was not able to pick up my parcel. I was lucky that customer service was excellent. My parcel was sent back to Pilgrim but Lili organised Expresspost at no cost on my end. Very happy with Pilgrim’s customer service. Also the dresses are gorgeous and come in reasonable prices.
