I was charged $134 every two months. After requesting pharmacy invoices and clarification, Pilot confirmed that only $28.55 of that amount related to the medication itself, while $105.45 (78.7% of the total charge) was attributed to service fees for ongoing clinical care, prescription management and access to support.

This was genuinely surprising. My treatment had been stable for an extended period, I did not require medication adjustments, ongoing clinical intervention or significant support, and from my perspective the service largely consisted of a repeat prescription and medication delivery. A regular GP can provide a consultation, issue a prescription with multiple repeats and manage ongoing care for substantially less than the annual service fees I was paying.

What concerns me most is not the existence of a service fee itself, but the lack of transparency around it. Historical pharmacy invoices appeared to show the full amount charged, leading me to reasonably believe that the majority of the cost related to the medication. It was only after specifically requesting pharmacy invoices and pursuing clarification that I discovered the medication component was only $28.55.

I also participated in Pilot’s weight loss program. In that case, the medication invoice was approximately $148.70, while a separate Pilot invoice showed a further $226.30 for the Weight Reset Program. That fee included access to consultations, coaching, medical support and community features. While those services may be valuable to some patients, I personally did not utilise them to an extent that justified the additional cost. In this example, the service fee was actually higher than the medication cost itself.

To be clear, I understand that telehealth providers need to charge for medical oversight, prescribing, administration and support. My concern is that the true breakdown between medication costs and service fees was not sufficiently obvious. Had I understood earlier that approximately 79% of my ED treatment cost and over 60% of my weight loss treatment cost related to service fees rather than medication, I would likely have made different decisions regarding my care.

Following my complaint, Pilot did provide a breakdown of the charges and promptly cancelled my account when requested. However, no explanation was provided regarding the historical invoice discrepancies or why the pricing structure had not been made clearer from the outset. While my concerns were acknowledged, I was left feeling that the transparency issues themselves were not meaningfully addressed.

Prospective customers should ask for a detailed breakdown before signing up:

• What is the actual medication cost? • What is the ongoing service or program fee? • How frequently are those fees charged? • What specific support is included? • Would a regular GP provide a comparable outcome at a lower overall cost?

Pilot may suit people who value convenience, structured programs and readily accessible telehealth services. However, based on my experience, I do not believe the pricing structure was sufficiently transparent, and had I understood the true allocation of costs earlier, I would likely have pursued alternative treatment pathways much sooner.

Advertises like it’s cheaper then it’s 2.5 times the price of literally any other way to do it go see your doctor unless you’re literally too embarrassed to talk face to face then do a Telehealth appointment which you have to do anyway what a joke

Outrageous pricing – I’m on Wegovy 1mg. Pilot charges $445 per month for program but the pharmacy invoice for medication is $260! Outrageous. I had a Telehealth call tonight and now have a regular script that I can fill at pharmacy and save nearly 200 per month.

all approved then an email/text which I got, so far so good, log in but all you receive is an online letter from the medical practitioner (no prescription in any way shape or form) and an "information from/for pharmacists" once you agree you then get pushed to another page trying to sell additional semi related items, then if you click "proceed with payment" you go to another page that gives you 3 subscription options of 2, 6, and 12 months, all at 350-400% the price of a chemist (Chemist warehouse used in this instance) and you still dont get a prescription to use at any chemist....only them

Everything is super efficient. It is extremely easy to place an order and reach out with any concerns. I have found that despite what pilot purports, treatments aren't individualised and I am yet to see effective results. When I have had consults with healthcare professionals, they have lasted a few minutes and have been extremely rushed.

 Follow-up  · I have continued with my treatment which was recently adjusted just prior to posting my previous review per my request based on my own research. I have noticed some increase in growth, however, I have also added dermastamping and keto shampoo to my hair care routine. I believe my slightly improved results are moreso due to this. I will continue to give it time.

Started great first several times but not quite as effective now. A bit slow to take effect then it seems to last for a couple of days, so plan ahead. Take it several hours ahead.

Recommended for anyone to use because it doesn't just help erectile function. It has helped my energy levels which were very low before. Helps with breathing which is a pleasant surprise. Doctor consult easy but slow delivery with missing order. and literally 5x the cost of if you went to a normal pharmacy. Their pharmacy invoice was for 30$ yet they charge $220 for the service after asking in an email why they said it was due to the easy doctor consult and delivery. Just hope nothing goes wrong because if there is a issue there is no help from the support staff. You email them and get no response other then a automated email telling you they will get back to you. It's almost 3 days now. Treatment might work but the customer service is no where to be seen.

DO NOT BOTHER. They take a deposit and then prescribe you and when I decided I didn’t want to proceed I’ve tried to cancel I’ve had nothing but generic copy and paste emails saying they’ll get back to me. I cancelled before I even started and THEY DID NOT REFUND ME.
