Horrendous application process. Plenti administers the WA Govt No Interest Solar Loan available to West Australians. Plenti is atrocious in the way they do their business. They don't tell you before you apply what their Target Market is. Even if you reach out to them before. Maybe they don't like doing business with people over the age of 60. Or… Read more

Self employed borrowers with one or more credit cards. Or maybe they feel you have sufficient cash to fund it yourself. Or any other reason. It doesn't matter. They won't tell you. Even if you ask them before or after application - they won't tell you anything. Plenti's business model is to only collect some online financial information from you, where they don't make valid attempts to assist you and instead just decline your application.

Don't use them. AVOID PLENTI Go to lenders that actually care about you. Because Plenti doesn't. The only thing they will do is impair ie reduce your credit score - maybe by a 100 points. What's the experience like? The best example I can use is, you're thinking of buying a car and use a service provider to review and inspect it prior to buying. And the outcome is that they don't lift the bonnet to make proper checks, they send you a totally generic email with your first name in it as the only personalised item in the report. What does it mean? Nothing. What if you call them to ask for what you should do? The lovely staff members will tell you nothing. Why? it's not them or you, Plenti just have a business code of conduct - where the staff can't or aren't allowed to say anything. That makes their business practice unconscionable - because they will happily let you think that they care and take your information, but they don't, they rather impair your credit score.

I had to make a change to my bank details for DD and was required to phone in. The response time to speak with operator was good; no longer than 2min wait for service. The operator was most pleasant and very helpful in making the change. Stayed on the line while I verified the update. Very happy with the service – Personal loan Plenti Green loan were excellent, very quick, and good customer service very friendly. They are very helpful to get your loan quick and easy.

The loan approval process was delayed, confusing and inefficient. An initial email with details as to who you are and how to contact would have been helpful. Instead I received an email months after I applied asking for documents. In these days of scams was confusing.

I am extremely pleased with the fact of having a relatively cheep loan for our Solar Installation, completed by Talk Energy, a fantastic company to deal with. the same information requested have been sent on numerous occasions, If Plenti had tracked the information returned via email throughout this process, dealing with Plenti would have been far more pleasant. Here's a TIP, Pay these guys in reasonable time without them you don't have a business.

Take plenty of money and NO SERVICE – Did a good job installing new battery, but that was all we received. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO APP TO MONITOR SOLAR. When asked just got throw away comment "we will send it to you." Would not recommend this company to anyone based on this. Show details

Plenti get more interest from people who have obviously needed money for a good and honest reason to be then taken a ride and scammed. I think Plenti you need to think about your loyalty to customers and then listen and act on the requests from valuable customers. I hope I never have to use Plenti again I should of known better!! Best company to deal with in North Qld. The loan was economical to us and a good rate. We repaid the loan out of the house sale a total of about three months loan duration.
