pretended well!! He was so aggressive and demanded payment immediately that the committee member was going to call the police. She ended up paying him but also, be disappeared for an hour and a half and we couldn't find him so almost $900 was paid to this disgusting human for nothing. Just have to warn others, never ever choose the first plumber to pop up in an emergency situation!

Emergency service assistance – The guys helped me out to fix an emergency scenario which happended on saturday night in a timely manner, the cost is what you pay for emergency scenairo , and also assisted in insurance claim

I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. My tenant had to call a plumber due to a flexi hose breaking and leaking into the unit. The charges were completely unreasonable: a $580 call-out fee, (tenant was quoted $480 for the call out) so already $100 above quoted price, $975 to locate the water valve, and $875 to replace the flexi hose — all adding up to a total of $2,673 for a basic flexi hose replacement. They definitely took advantage of the situation, especially after doing some research and realizing that the costs were far above the market rate.

I would not recommend this plumber to anyone and will be looking elsewhere for future plumbing needs.

Scam Pluming company, – I was told it was a $280 callout, plus 'fees for the works'. I had a simple drain blockage that was fixed within 60 mins and I got charged over $2700. Get a price before you let these guys turn up at your place. They tell you 1,27 first half hour and 98 after every half hour. but final invoice are $1270 and $975.

however, this is not the case. On arrival he came in and saw the blockage and then went out to his truck to get a plunger in a plastic bag.

Before starting he describes what the cost will be. He quotes a staggering $1500 to use a plunger on the toilet. Me and my partner conferred and decided it was too much. So he claims to go outside and call his “boss” to see what he can do. Upon return he says he can do it for $475. So we reluctantly agree, and then as he begins walking away from us, under his breath he says “plus the call out fee”.

So we naturally reacted with confusion and shock, we then said “sorry, how much is this in total” , he then repeats its “475 plus the call out fee, plus gst”. We immediately said no to that price as after he added it up it was going to cost near $1000 dollars, and that was just to use the plunger. An argument ensued and he said he wasn’t leaving until he got his money, said he “left his family for this”, “ it’s non negotiable”. He spoke aggressively and acted in what can only be described as a tantrum. He then said to call the police as he wasn’t leaving. We ended up convincing him to go outside and paying him his call out fee just to get rid of him.

This guy acts and behaves like a caricature of some underbelly like criminal, consumed with righteous indignation. So to all those who have the misfortune of coming across this man, do not use his services, he is a huckster and a total charlatan.

Never Again – Get a price before you let these guys turn up at your place. I was told it was a $280 callout, plus 'fees for the works'. The guy fluffed around after clearing the drain, carrying on with utter rubbish so that he could make the visit longer. I've had the same drain unblocked previously by a different company and it was a couple of hundred dollars.

Fortunately, our regular, trusted plumber came the next day, used the access we had suggested, located the problem within 10 mins and fixed it, all within an hour, and for one sixth of the price. Absolutely do not call this business, even in an emergency - try someone else.

I contacted the Plumbing Man on a Saturday afternoon to come and fix a leaky copper pipe connection under my sink for which I did not have the right tools. After a $200 call-out fee was agreed, he arrived within the hour. However, that is where the good news ends. He made a big fuss of what was only a minor repair matter, using any excuse to make it appear a bigger job than it was, all the while wildly complaining. In the end I had to tell him exactly what to do and the job took only around 10 minutes. Half-way through the job he stated that the simple reconnection of a copper pipe to a t-section would cost $375 on top of the call-out fee. When I questioned him on this grossly unrealistic price he got even more aggressive and told me he can charge just about anything he liked for the job and that I had to put up with it. He even implied violence if I were not to pay. NO! Consumers like me and the other reviewers complaining here should no longer put up with it. Great service – Contacted the plumbing man and they had a plumber come out to our house within the hour. He replaced the water valve in our bathroom and stopped the water from flooding and causing damage to our newly renovated bathroom Highly recommend them

Takes advantage of people in an emergency – Like everyone else writing reviews this man took advantage of us when we were in an emergency. Our house was flooding so I called in a panic. They told be call out fees before they came but once they arrived the fees were extortionate - $960 for first half hour! But we were flooding so didn't have much choice. Wish I hadn't panicked and read these reviews before calling.

Outrageous price gouging. Agreed to refund $100 but did not pay it and did not respond to multiple emails. Do not use under any circumstances.
