3 years in and no cracks anywhere – After reluctantly going with the builder’s recommended brick veneer type of build. I couldn’t be more satisfied. There’s not one crack anywhere. Normally cracks appear at the cornice/wall line and also in the mitres of the cornices, but isn’t one. Just shows the quality of the build and the trades used by Plunkett. Show reply
Great builder – Smooth sailing from the very beginning, a few minor issues that were quickly rectified. They built our design exactly how we wanted and we absolutely love our house. Definitely recommend. Show details · 1

What a fantastic custom build from the Albany team ! – Our new house is amazing ! It was a difficult block to build on, sloping with Bushfire regs applying. Nothing was too much for the Plunkett team, not many of the builders in Albany were interested in our custom build as we had a tight budget, but Plunkett were with sales/design Trevor Douglas doing heaps of work to get things moving. did a fantastic prestart and helped us make good choices for the interior of the house. During building which only took about 4 months Graham Turner managed the Trades including the superstar tiler,what a perfectionist ! And Nicole Wisseling kept us up to date with everything and had a the wonderful task of giving us the keys. The project came in Under budget....We are very happy and can't praise you all enough. 6 Stars !!!!

concerns for the entire journey, we never waited more than 24 hours for a response from our CLO's or Site Supervisors. Any issues along the way were quickly resolved and we were appreciative of their advice as it was our first building experience. We have now been in our new home for 2 months and loving it (and planning the next build already...).
