Repair to sofa after many many months of waiting.
Once we purchased new lounge it was defective, on second try it seems to be ok. The repairman Andrew was courteous and efficient, not pleased that the old component was just left on my front lawn, should have been taken.
Awesome customer Service
Great customer service, store was full of customers due to everyone lounge shopping. Cam the store manager was extremely helpful but most of all knowledgeable, was very understanding of our needs and wants. We had a massive day of lounge viewing and ended up back at plush, can’t wait to receive our new lounge. Thanks plush, but most of all thanks Cam, keep up the great work.

I originally ordered the Santa Monica sofa in light linen fabric. It arrived damaged. The Team at Bundall were helpful to get my sofa first cleaned and then when we weren't satisfied with that, They got it replaced for me. I was able to keep my first order until the replacement arrived so I had something to sit on. The new one was delivered in perfect condition. Thank you Girls, Hanna, Waverley and Cam for getting this sorted for us!
Not the quality I expected.
I purchased the Melbourne 2.5 seater with Chaise. On delivery the nap of the material
was puckered, and on a 45 degree angle and also the feet were crooked. The technician came a month after purchase to assess and it took another 5 weeks of numerous calls and emails for me to get a response. No quailty assurance checks clearly completed in Australia as lounges are made overseas. Plush will replace my lounge but the Customer service is disgraceful. Would i recommend? No.
Wonderful service and Products
Waverley at the Bundall store and Huan on the confirmation call were wonderful and very informative, we just purchased 6 pieces of the Softy range and couldn't be happier :) The store was well laid out and every part of the process was a breeze. A+++
We purchased a 7-seat Berlin modular sofa in Coastal Buff from Plush, Bundall QLD. Our sofa specialist, Marcus, was great. Marcus is a friendly guy and was able to talk us through all the options without pressuring the sale (which is rare these days!). His insights were quite useful and helped us make the best decision regarding our sofa purchase. We also received a 50% discount and free delivery. Very happy with the sofa and the overall experience. Plush produce high quality leather, great value and flexible modular sofa options. I would highly recommend Plush, Bundall QLD.
Worst quality and customer service ever experienced
Our first leather lounge was returned after it started to loose the colour, Elephant colour was removed after so many quality issues, it took months and months to get Plush to accept responsibility
The second lounge which we had a higher grade leather also started to loose colour after 9 months in April 2017, I have spent the last 2 years ringing every few months (at times every few weeks), having inspections and trying to get the issues resolved. It was indicated to me that after 9 months this was fair wear and tear. This is one of 3 lounges we have the other are decades old and never had this issue. My experience is that the customer care team do not ring back or communicate, this tells me that get little or no support from the Management team to enable them to resolve the myriad of customer complaints. The quality of Customer service is a direct reflection of the management team in head office. Worst experience in buying anything ever over my 65 years.
Call back today and was told by Plush it is a maintenance issue, after 9 months!!!.
Love our new Cameo recliner couch from Plush
Wow just love our new Cameo recliner couch from Plush, super comfy and easy to use. The entire sales experience from Waverley at Bundall through to delivery was hassle free and the delivery guys very careful with my delicate bare wood floors! It's a huge hit with the kids and makes our casual/TV watching and hanging out in our lounge room such a fun and relaxing experience. Would highly recommend their service and products, especially since they are cornering the market on non daggy recliners, they seriously had the best selection when I did my big search for a big L seater that has recliners. And I got to custom mine so I have 4 recliners in the one couch so each family member gets one!

Purchased the Melbourne corner sofa, waited 8 weeks arrived and looked like something you would have put in the skip, rips, tears, scrapes ball point pen marks, stitching faulty, wonky stitching, loose stitching, wrong feet sent etc etc. Contacted the store who were extremely helpful, ordered a new sofa no issue couldn't do enough for us. Waited another 9 weeks for the new sofa, arrived and not much better, faulty stitching, not enough filling, the ottoman has a dip right across the centre, leather puckered, marks all over and what looks like a faulty strip of leather. Called store and the matter was passed to Plush After sales, waited for a Technician to come out to review, made the appointment weeks ago for an early appointment, 20 minutes after the appointment time gets a call to say he will be 15 minutes, no good to me as I need to go to work, now left in limbo with a faulty sofa and probably another few weeks wait for an early appointment. Really not happy with the sofa we paid over $4500 for!!!!
November 7th 2018 Update: Plush aftercare full of nonsence
So further to my last post where we received our first sofa with over 40 issues ranging from cut leather, wonky stitching and biro pen, we received the replacement which we were advised would be checked before leaving china and again when in Brisbane. Although better still had may issues the main one being wonky stitching. We had a technician attend to write up a report, the ottoman is beyond repair due to dents and loose creased leather and the stitching on the sofa is 'within the guidelines'. what guidelines allow something to be stitched badly but ok to send to a customer? Not happy with this answer so still waiting for the QA Manager to call us back to explain and decide where we go from here. Plush really not satisfactory at all.

Asked for upgrades to more durable leather and paid for the higher grade as buying 2x family couches. Clearly not possible - see below
Apparently well made Frames disappointed by v poor leather.
It is prob a mistake to buy Plush-Shield (= repacked Guardsman policy) leather warrantee b/c someone else gets the blame for Plushes terrible leathers offered as high quality. You charged us for privilege of Constant Delaying Tactics (severe) - Ultimately the result is that time is lost.
Despite carefully following policy instructions ... We noticed Issues c scratched leather within weeks (feels bad after Extra long delivery delays) and
then Sinister signs of Surface Erosions started within first 9 months Leather surface is wearing away, top surface is eroding.
So "PLUSHIELD" just comes around (after many months of nagging) just to Inspect only, take pics and you don't hear back re. any decisions! Eventually after months they inform you somebody will come 'fix everything'
More nagging and eventually someone comes and sprays some stuff over "worn" areas. it like a rubbery color matched filmy substance. Sticky even after 10 days of not using couches. We asked them to do quality fix as we paid for an grade hardy enough for daily use!
It starts to erode/wear off after 1-2 months. A little at a time till event ually back to where it was. Called Plush yet again . Nagged for months as warrantee product near End.
We go through this Dreadful ordeal a second time. Months later they come Just to inspect ......... same pattern of delays! This time insurers now took both couches away as we insisted on a permanent fix. Near a month later (no replacement couch) returned suddenly on a Friday.
Seems the same sprayover occurred so...
Problems returned after 6months ... out of warrantee! Plush has this Old routine well practiced!
The Ombudsman needs to look at this.

Excellent service and exceptional quality
After shopping for a lounge for almost 12 months and visiting what felt like every furniture store on the Gold Coast, my husband and I discovered Plush at Bundall. Hanna served us and despite it being a busy day gave us very personal attention. The quality of the lounges were second to none and the comfort level was excellent. We were told the waiting time was 13 to 15 weeks and it was worth the wait. The delivery and installation was also hassle-free. I would highly recommend Plush!!

Buyer Beware of Plush Leather Lounges
Please beware of the leather lounges we had ours for 3 weeks and I developed a rash from the lounge, when they pack these lounges in China they pack them with DMF a white powder to stop mould and fungus from happening whilst in transit and due to the change in climate. This powder is a chemical that burns and scars your skin. Please google this. Many of leather lounge rash goes undiagnosed by doctors. Of course the same as others on this site I have not heard from Plush after emailing a formal complaint through. So I have a $5000 lounge that I waited 17 weeks for and I can,t use it...

Cam (Bundall Store) was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She was very happy to spend the time with me I needed to choose my lounge. I was very grateful to have Cam looking after me, and I hope my great impression of Plush continues when I receive my lounge in 8 weeks' time.
