This one I ordered on their web site and clicked on the correct pool shape (step one) then remeasured the pool 4.0 x 6.8mtr (double checked) and included the figures into the system they provide. "well you should have checked the system to make sure the measurements you provided transferred to your invoice" - " we have delivered the order we received" So look out and double check your order over and over again before paying. I have a real problem with the fact I followed Pool Express's automatic ordering and am now extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this order system at all.

All I wanted to do was spend more money with this company which I have in the past. However, as my current pool cover was still under warranty and was falling apart, they didn't want to know about it, they will not respond to my communications. They could have just said, we will give you $20 off or free delivery on your next purchase and I would have spent more money and purchase a more expensive pool cover, now I take my business elsewhere. Show details

Our Pool Cover took longer to deliver than originally told it would. Installation a nightmare, no instructions included and tried to figure it out without them. spent about 6 hours at this stage. Anyhow tried again today, using You Tube videos, after about 3 hours we gave up. Still not installed and pieces lying everywhere Has to be the worst thing I’ve purchased to try to install with no instructions So we will call them again tomorrow and see if they can help. Wasted so much of our time trying to install this cover! Would not recommend based purely on the lack of installation instructions!

It took a lot longer to come than I was told, however it seems to be seeking in one of the seems.in our dry weather with al 4 sides up it is persistently wet after use on right side seem only. The service was exceptional. I submitted a quote request for pool cover, and a response was suprisingly quick and refreshingly innovative. Aerial photography was used to confirm pool dimensions such that a credible design and quote was received. One email later, the design with dimensions was refined to accommodate the pool ladder. Is this company even operating any more???? – I have ordered and paid for a pool cover but two weeks later it is yet to arrive. I have called, emailed, used Facebook to try and contact the company but no one seems to be home. I’ll try and recover my money via my credit card. I don’t understand what’s gone wrong but I’m at my whits end!

Disappointed – Product was delivered quickly, however it was a different size to the one ordered. After repeated attempts to contact the company, I eventually was able to speak to someone. Not a good experience – Don’t believe the 2 - 3 days delivery. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received mine! Communication slow. Never answer the phone. Go elsewhere

Easy purchase – Easy to order, arrived within a few days. My tip - don't pull the inner tube all the way out or if you do, remember which side went together! Pool cover was easy to cut to fit the pool. Has already reduced the amount of chlorine required and the pool is cleaner and warmer.

Pleasant and rewarding – Web site was easy to use, intuitive and we received the parcel in an amazingly short time. Considering the time was in the lead up to Christmas, this was most surprising and welcome.

YouTube for helpful videos – Thank you for your prompt service. The bubble pool cover is doing a great job; we have seen an immediate improvement in pool temperature. I would recommend reference to YouTube videos regarding attachment of the straps to the roller; we found that was the best way to learn of the correct way to attach the straps.

Second time around and still gets 10 stars – Previously had one of their covers and it was fantastic lasting 9 years. Upgraded to their new cover and looks great. Fantastic service providing information and the delivery was ultra fast. Also purchased one of their covers to protect whilst on the roller. Quiet different to the one provided 9 years ago. One fits all with trimming required. Will do the job but preferred the previous design. Great product and service.

Got what I hoped for ! – Pool cover arrived on time ,as ordered and in good condition . My 40 foot lap pool is surrounded by trees , solar heated and salt water with very heavy use in season so it will not have an easy life .Apart from the benefits of minimising evaporation and use of pool chemicals it will help control leaf entry into the pool and wear and tear from frequent trips to the roller!

Good product – Good communication, great prices for Australian made product not Chinese like so many others, easy to setup and install took me 1 hr from unpacking to having it on pool and trimmed to size . 1 change I would love though would be the colour of the adjustable black straps from the reel to cover , the black stands out and looks ugly would love an option for these in white, otherwise very happy with purchase Show details

I found the instructions to be a little lacking in necessary detail when setting up the roller, particularly at the start of the process. although I had understood in principle, I started to doubt whether it was really meant to slide out. I do not assemble such items frequently but it took me a lot longer than the time suggested. Rather like IKEA on a smaller scale! I had ridiculous problems paying thanks to Paypal's poor set up. Afterpay seems a lot better. Paypal was such a pain that I have closed my account with them. It started by claiming my very standard IP address was suspicious and eventually it caused my credit card to be frozen for no reason at all.
