Good communication, fast and reliable delivery – I'd ordered a salt cell from a competitor and after waiting weeks, it was eventually deemed lost by Australia Post. No help or sympathy from the seller. I ordered another one from Stephen and it arrived in less than a week to WA. Ordered on Wednesday and arrived the following Monday! Previous review ******So far so good on the generic replacement cell. Great price and Stephen returned my call on the 3rd of Jan same day I left the message. Great that they aren't on holiday! Nice guy. I went to pick up the part. Really easy to install.
Do not deal with these people – I ordered a chlorinator from this company and then returned it due to improper fit, after them agreeing to refund me the money. After numerous phone calls and emails they still have not refunded me the money. He just makes excuses to why he hasn't paid and doesn't reply to emails. I am putting in a complaint to ACCC and then get debt collectors involved. These people are crooks. It is simply not worth the risk to deal with them. Read the same for other people with similar bad results.
This company www.poolstoredirect.com.au are a rip off – I ordered a new salt cell for my chlorinator from this mob. They sent the wrong one to me and I contacted them and they advised that they would send a replacement cell (24th Dec 2018). I have been waiting ever since. incorrect one back to them. I have tried emailing, phoning I have a case with the consumer agency and have contacted a debt collection agency to get my money back. They are not worth dealing with. They also have other website http://www.salt-cells.com.au or http://www.thesaltcellsite.com and the one shown in the title. They have an umbrella holding company called Nova Clorinaters and spares (ABN 79 525 642 741). There address is 5 Forsythe Pde Blackhill NSW 2322 Australia They are really really dodgy so please dont get scammed like me.
