Hi Chris, You can get this information from the Bunnings website, under 'Specifications': external link  This hose cart is made from ABS or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, which is a common thermoplastic polymer.

I have a problem with assembling the Pope Premium Hose Cart. The Metal Cross Bar is slightly too large to be pressed into the plastic Side Frames - there is no way I can get it in. Anyone else had this problem? It makes the whole thing completely useless, a total waste of money

I have a ready assembled Pope hose cart and it is totally useless. The hose has to be manually rewound as the handle jams. Also the hose jams when you unwind it and no weight in the cart so it topples over. A total waste of money. No more Pope purchases for me.

I'm beginning to agree with you Maza. The response from Pope was to bang it in with a rubber mallet. Really?

It is an interference fit and I had to strike it with a rubber mallet to fit as well. Don’t worry though, after a while of moving the cart around, the metal tubes will pull out and fall out because the unit is so cheaply made.

Bought this yesterday and returned it today to exchange for another brand.Could not assemble past step 2...metal bars impossible to insert!!. Bought a Nylex instead...similar price, easy to assemble and feels a bit sturdier... working well...so far so good. Pope has been relegated to the bottom of the list!
