patient person I have ever dealt with. Our site supervisor Rob is arguably the most organised person I have ever met. If I called and he never answered, he would respond within the next half hour. Was so patient with us and allowed us to make some changes along the way. We are over the moon with the quality of the build and receive so many compliments. It took me 6 months to write this review as I wanted to see how their support was after handover. Again I cannot fault them. All issues were rectified promptly. We actually messages them yesterday to say we had an issue with the tap and we had Christian over that afternoon to fix it.

team was attentive, patient, and incredibly responsive—unlike my previous builder. Michael, from the sales team, was my first contact with Practical Homes, and he was brilliant. He made the initial process seamless and easy to navigate.

Cindy and Daniel in the drafting and contract team were exceptional. They handled the often-complex DA process with professionalism and skill, even when my local council proved to be a challenge. Their expertise made what could have been a daunting stage feel effortless.

The colour selection process was a highlight, thanks to Shaylea, the colour consultant. She was patient and provided fantastic advice, helping me create a home I truly love.

Once we moved into the construction phase, Rob was an absolute standout. His experience, support, and accommodating nature gave me complete confidence in the build. Rob ensured that everything ran smoothly and kept me at ease throughout the entire journey. Although the build stretched slightly longer than expected, Rob went above and beyond to make it happen. The PCI process was smooth and stress-free—a testament to the quality of their work.

Special thanks also to Emilio, Kathleen, Rachel, and Izabel, who were critical to the home-building process. Their consistent advice and updates throughout the build kept me informed and reassured every step of the way.

I cannot recommend Practical Homes highly enough. For anyone considering building, I strongly encourage you to look beyond the larger builders. Practical Homes is fast, nimble, and customer-focused. I only wish I had chosen them sooner!

Great experience – We built with practical homes three years ago and had nothing but a positive experience. everything was what was explained to me. Any issues after handover, (minor issues) the supervisor came straight away and fixed it within a few hours of making a call.

am so satisfied with the quality and the time spend on the buildings. The quality and finishes are exactly as the plan and it's beyond my expectation. There is no issue three months after completion. They even paid to make some alterations that I requested and it's out of their job. This is a company with efficiency and responsibility, the whole process is at a good pace and we didn't even go to visit but their work is trustworthy and it a peace of mind for me. The team is amazing. I am glad that I made the right choice that we have chosen such a great company. We spent the most competitive price in the market and had a great quality building, I think only Practical homes can make it possible. and keep variations to a minimum. This was very helpful to us down the line. Our build had some bespoke items which the team was able to accommodate quite well. The Practical office staff as well as Rob, the building supervisor, were very good. We were given access to the house at all requested times and overall what is normally a very stressful process, was made really a happy one due to the cooperation of the team.
