Zero Star – Disappointing Experience Do not rely solely on the marketing claims. I found the communication style extremely disappointing. As a parent, I have serious concerns about how students are treated when they require support. I spoke with two staff members. The first was not concise and did not listen carefully to my concerns. The second… Read more

spoke over me and dismissed my questions altogether.

I am an adult, and being treated this way was unacceptable; this raises serious concerns about how students, especially children, may be treated.!!!!

This type of environment does not foster meaningful growth, confidence, or a supportive learning experience.

The coaching is a bit expensive, but overall great coaching experience. This coaching helped me to make it to selective high school. The teachers are sometimes strict, but the real test is going to be even stricter, so you should just get used to it so you don't get disqualified in the real test. The coaching system is excellent and really mimics… Read more

the fine details of a true test environment. I highly recommend it for opportunity class and selective high school coaching courses. I recommend the STTC classes over the WEMT classes though, because the WEMT is way less strict and does not fully imitate the real test conditions, examples include, in WEMT you are allowed to ask meanings for words in a text whereas in the real test, you would be disqualified for doing so. STTC, on the other hand, effectively mimics the exact test environment and helps students effectively prepare for the actual selective exam. I also like the feature of cyber school that allows you to see your rank compared to other individuals. It also gives a useful and accurate choice reference that helps you determine what schools you are likely to make. Overall, Pre Uni New College is an excellent coaching that effectively mimics the details of the real selective test. While the WEMT is not so good, the STTC is excellent and I certainly recommend it to anybody preparing for the opportunity class or selective high school exam.

Excellent coaching college – Pre Uni New College is the best coaching college I have ever attended during my tenure as a student. Their teaching has helped me achieve a 99 atar, overall very satisfied.

I would recommend the pedagogy and material. However rating it lower on grounds of lack of individual student care, and lack of responsive Baulkham Hills admin desk team. 1. My ward has done well in Maths and English. We have been almost shouting that he needs some extra care in TS. However the attitude I have seen from the management has been… Read more

laissez fare. I respect the teachers, however have not seen much care/attention for my son yet. May be it's too much to expect.

2. We submitted a sibling discount application a week back. Have not heard back. The Baulkham Hills desk washes their hands off saying we should speak directly to the head office. More than the money involved, I feel that the apathy is pathetic and disrespectful.

3. They have a contact us page. You try typing the message and then it fails with a weirs captcha error. They don't have an email online. Clearly they don't care about complaints.

I had a disappointing experience with this coaching centre. Each class accommodates 15-20 students, which limits individual attention. I attempted to speak with my son's tutor regarding his progress; however, the administrative staff member, Jess, posed as his tutor and provided vague and unhelpful feedback. I later discovered from my son that she… Read more

was not, in fact, his class tutor. I strongly advise against wasting your time or money with this institution. Pre-Uni New College, Bella Vista branch, operates primarily as a profit-driven organisation rather than focusing on genuine educational outcomes.

Your kid won't learn anything in a class of 15 so you are the one doing all the teaching at home. And the difficulty increases much quicker than your kid can absorb. Whats the point?

PRE-UNI NEW COLLEGE is very good because my child does tests and by the look of is getting smarter.I let them be on cyberschool for 1 hour a day and their results in tests are improving. For others might be problems but for me it's all good.

Good study environment and atmosphere for kids. I witnessed my son's progresses in his focus and discipline after joining preuni new college. I recommend preuni for kids.

No very good place for study – I booked in an assessment test as they require student to go through assessment. Had a chat with the receptionist as we only wanted to attend the first day as a trial upon enrollment. She said either we have to pay full amount of fees upfront and if we did not like they can refund the fees. We went to on a very first day of the term and my… Read more

daughter's name was not on the list as we did not pay in advance as I wanted to make sure they do refund the fess in case if we don't want to attend further classes. They somehow allow my daughter to sit in the class but insisted me to pay full amount. I was really surprised how money minded these people are. The receptionist said they have no policy of refund and was trying to convince me to pay the full fees upfront and I was arguing to just pay the fees for one day to try out the classes and see if my daughter likes there. In the end she agreed for me to pay $100 + $1.2 efpos surcharge fees. She also said they need to train their staff to not say they offer refunds. My daughter came out of the class and was not at all happy with the teaching method of the teacher and she was rushing some things over while teaching. OVERALL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR PRIVATE TEACHING.

bad tutoring – Absolutely terrible. They give you unneccisarily hard tests and dont teach you properly. And they often give incorrect answers without even checking and calling it a day. This is absolutely poop, how does this absolute disgrace of a education service get to be in service. These dont make us smarter, this makes us dumber with the amount of useless problems they gvie us. DO NOT ENROL IN THIS

Poor lesson structure for young students – We enrolled our child for NAPLAN Intensive Holiday class to prepare for upcoming school year. I sat in same room as my child for.rhe entire session. The content seems good and is age appropriate, however, not very interesting types of story and subject matter. However, instructions from the teacher is very confusing for the first 30 minutes or… Read more

School age kids of average age 10 can not retain working memory for 2 hours straight without any breaks. My son is used to tutoring and has done it many times before, but this Pre Uni College setup has students sitting and watching a teacher do 80 to 90 of the work while they sit there watching.

It's a terrible structure for lessons. It might work for high school students, but not little kids. I could tell my son was bored and becoming inattentive after the first hour. To sit and listen for an hour is actually very good.. but there no break.. no change in format of the lesson.. no change in anything.. just one example after the next.. over and over snd over.. like they are shovelling ideas from a pile on to the screen.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this organisation for primary school age as it is likely that my son will not retain anything beyond the first 30 to 45 mins.

They don't have good tutors and one particular faculties is very rude – I observed one of online class for my son and tutor Waa just reading and she did not herself what she was teaching. Bigger class so student does not get any attention, one-of the faculties is very rude and targeted my son so badly we kept on tolerating it but when we raise a concern he started bullying my son even worst, so it's like paying almost 1000 per term to get your kid be bullied. Show details

Preuni Parramatta is an excellent choice for my son – I admit my son to Preuni Parramatta at year 5. It was a bit late to join PreUni. But with the support from the teachers at parramatta, I am confident that my son will be a better leaner than before. Their caring specific to the students was second to none. It was the best choice for my son. A little late, but better late than never. I strongly… Read more

recommend Preuni Parramatta for so many different reasons. They are not only good at teaching but also great at guiding him to the right direction. Lar mini, Raj, Santi and Arki will go extra miles to help my son. Bless to know them all.

Great dedication to go ahead – -Great supporting teachers who are always honest in dealing with ways to improve -Always provides ideas and suggestions on what my child is improving on or how we can deal with the problem better ( encourages to think outside the box). -Takes the time to explain questions, when not understood straight away. -While the course is challenging at times, we have adjusted well, gradually, throught better time management and dedication. Show details

this place is a scam and is a big waste of money – if there are any four or five stars it's probably fake anyway all the students do is sit and write stuff down in a long book

Super Bad! Don't Go There! – This area is really bad! It is not worth going to! I am not satisfied with most of the face-to face lesson. They just sit there for the whole time, and the teachers are super strict. I sent my child to a face to face lesson, and it is super bad, because the teachers and strict, and you have to sit there for a long time.

Mr Paul no longer teaches there – Hi would suggest that Pre Uni Cabramatta is not worth going to, most people went there because of Mr Paul and since he's gone this place is a sham. Run by liars and thieves.

Waste of money – Extremely expensive, packed classes and they use uni students as teachers. Reception staff have poor or no communication skills, they refuse to be of service once you've paid. Don't waste your hard earned money.

Bella Vista is terrible – Kids just go through a workbook. No explanation or teaching, if you need help you go to homework help which is just a recording. They always have internet issues and classes dont run on schedule. Management only replies to email when money is involved.

Broken Website – The Year 6 Summer Holiday Intensive Course website sucks butt as it's slow and doesn't work. Couple that with how painfully slow the Cyberschool website is and you've got a recipe for disaster.

Pathetic – Shocked to know that Cabramatta branch is being closed when Year6 students future is at stake. Really disappointed as they are hardly concerned about students but more care of their own self.
