Don’t get Oz to service your items – Terrible service. Entitled service repair person Oz cancelled my oven repair based on his own desires to work outside of the previously confirmed timeslot. He didn’t care about the customer. I Gave him some polite and very respectful feedback about how that had inconvenienced me, and rebooked, only to find he had cancelled the appointment off his own back again, because he wanted to punish me for complaining.

Great and reliable service – I think the response to my repair request could only be called "Fast and Furious". They were here within 24 hours of my request, in 30 minutes my washing machine is happy in service to us once again. Thank you

Quick, excellent service – Phil from Premium Appliance Repair (Fremantle WA area) was able to come out to diagnose my washing machine problem the following day (the manufacturer's repair team wasn't available for 2 weeks!). He was very quick to diagnose the problem which meant that I didn't need to pay much above the call out fee. The part was ordered and fitted in days. I would highly recommend.

When I picked my jaw up off the floor and called a competitor to this outfit, they were equally as incredulous at his response. Dishwasher was then promptly repaired by the highly professional Perth Dishwasher Repairs for $165 all up. Never use Premium Appliance Repair – Emailed PAR regarding a replacement globe for our bosch microwave, advised PAR the globe needed to be replaced and the model of the microwave. PAR come out and take a look, advised you need a new globe, $179.00 call out fee and 0.33 labour, upon checking our security cameras the tech was at our home for 21 minutes (6 minutes in his vehicle). I should have walked away straight then, however after paying 146$ call-out fee I was left with no option but to continue with their service so I didn't have to pay this fee again to another company. When I followed up after 1.5 months, they send me an email giving cost to order the parts and I approved! Then again, last month when I called them, they said the technician will get in touch with me to order the parts and nobody called. Today is over 3 months and I followed up again this morning and let them know I was dissatisfied with their service and the lady rudely said I can go elsewhere and they don't want to do this job. When I said that its easy for me to go elsewhere but I'd like to request a refund of the call-out fee as I'd have to pay this again to another company, she said she'd call her spare parts company and just put me on hold. Then a polite guy named [Name Removed] got on the phone and said he'd help me out with speaking to the boss and he'd get back to me with an update today. quick efficient stove fix – We had Oz come out to fix our old Smeg stove top (25 yr+) where one knob wouldn't press down. He was gentle with appliance and persistent, refusing to give up and finally loosened the knob. It works perfectly, he was prompt (early) quick friendly and knowledgeable, very happy with the price and service

Fixed dishwasher – We had the technician come out to check the dishwasher as it wasn’t working. I got a call 15mins prior, he was polite and new exactly what was wrong and ordered the replacement pump straight away. I was notified by the company when the part arrived and we had him come again to fix it. Very professional and completed the job in 30mins.
