for my Prep needs) Sent a message via the portal. Received an sms reply saying to check the message reply in the online portal. Sure enough, nothing has been fixed and the online portal is completely useless. It’s a shame, a service I used to use with ease has now been rendered completely useless to me because of some supposedly new and improved portal. I couldn’t make up how bad this service is if I tried.

Amazing service. So quick and convenient. The doctors are friendly, professional and have given me great advice on multiple occasions. convoluted than going through my GP and It’s all bulk billed. Pathology and scripts are all sent via their portal. Couldn’t recommend it more for anyone wanting a simple, discreet and reliable way to manage their sexual health.

The process has been fine up until my most recent rescript. No complaints with the doctors service however it feels and seems like the support personnel have gone out their way to make this script refill almost impossible. My referral was not sent for a further 3days and only after I contacted Prep Health. 2 days after my results came back still no script sent so I used I contacted them again only to receive a generic response. Now it has been 2 days and they ring to tell me my details were not in the system or that I inputted them incorrectly despite having g had 4 previous scripts sent to the same address. Overseas call centre and zero care or assistance from any of the admin/logistics team. AVOID PREP HEALTH AUSTRALIA

Unfortunately I can't give a negative review website does not work will not send the log in code i have tried 25 times including with and without the zero. At the pathologist and can't get the form I was told yo scroll down to find. Cant get help on the phone as they close at 2 pm absolutely useless

This service has been extremely useful and fulfilling my scripts and my regular health check ups. I used to go to the Sexual Health Clinics for both, but this service makes things so much easier. It is especially useful for people who are scrapped for time as you can book appointments online and everything is done digitally. Would definitely recommend this service to a friend. Show reply

This is undoubtedly the worst service I've ever used. They NEVER answer their phones despite claiming to have a call centre which operates after 10am. They NEVER respond to online chat messages through the portal; and they have the worst website I've ever had to navigate. This service delights have making the customer experience as difficult as it possibly can for its users, and they have little regard for patient time.

I had an issue with some details on my referral, but Lorenz responded incredibly fast and updated everything promptly. This was my first time using the service, and I’m really impressed with how efficient and helpful the support team was. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Poor experience – The website is difficult to navigate and the person from technical support who called to assist was useless. I couldnt hear nor understand her and she had no customer service skills whatsoever. It's a shame we are all being pushed onto these platforms which businesses have no accountability or responsibility for.

Really speedy and easy to get – Really impressed with the speed of service. The entire process was so simple, easy and straightforward. I started my appointment and within a couple of days it arrived at my door. Gone are the days of using the old fashioned services in person. Instead I'll be using Prep Health. Light where there was only dark – As part of my regular testing regime, an anomaly was detected in one of my results that required further investigation and possibly treatment. Further, any cause for alarm I may have had dissipated very quickly managed and treated with an appropriate level of caution, empathy and respect.

In the end I was never in any particular danger but nor was I ever left in the dark to work that all out by myself.

….but it nonetheless, gave me one hell of a fright which frankly not ever had the misfortune to experience.

This was all managed and Im pleased to say resolved, almost completely due to the team at Prep health who assisted me in a very thoughtful, respectful and empathetic way.

It has also made what for me was a highly embarrassing, confusing and frankly intimidating experience, so much more bearable because of their ongoing and very valuable support.

A massive shout out to a wonderful group of professionals who have.once let me down or in any way dismissed or diminished my ineptitude and lack of resilience, but instead have worked tirelessly to ensure I am kept safe and well!
