I have never got the cover that I purchased – Horrible, I purchased more than one year ago, and the parcel never arrived. I contacted so many times with the company but they refused to give my money back

Nothing pretty about this sofa cover company – I ordered a sofa cover two years ago from this company and still nothing has arrived. "Support" would tell me that there were delays during Covid, that the product had been despatched - all rubbish. Now they add insult to injury by sending me promotional emails again. Stay away customers!

Disgusting service – Twice I have tried to get sofa covers delivered.. "ken" keeps emailing back to say he's investigating now been 2 months he's still sending same email..bad business keep away from them

Scammer number 1 – Pretty Little Sofa Covers is absolute scam. I placed order (ORDER NO. #19442) on July 2020 which never delivered. They even stopped responding to followup emails

Useless company – Like many others here spent an inordinate amount of time emailing this company to see where my sofa cover was. Got responses like 'it's on its way, we've had delays, shipping company has issues' etc. Reality is they don't seem to have any concept of customer satisfaction. Nearly a year on, out of the blue, a sofa cover arrives - not the one we ordered - a random colour that barely fits. how they still 'exist' is beyond me...

Thiefs – I bought one sofa cover since April/2021 and never came I sent an email and they said don't worry we'll sent it and never got it. I write again for the refund and they never respond again. They stole my money $100

This company is a scam – I ordered in Feb 2020, never got my order. Many emails back and forth and no refund, then they stopped responding. Just got a txt today from them telling me that i could get a discount on my next order. I said i never got my first order and they sent me another txt saying that i was "unsubscribed" so they are still at it.

Didn’t get it – Kept getting an excuse why it wasn’t delivered. Then nothing except a message saying they are a little company Pathetic Avery disappointed customer

Do not order from this company – Ordered sofa covers in January 2021. Now July 2021 and have not received the order or a refund! Definitely avoid this company.

Lounge Covers still not delivered – I ordered my lounge covers 12 months ago and nothing, I have sent emails and they say they reposted them and still nothing, obviously they think it is ok to rip people off, I work hard for my money and am very disappointed, I will never order anything off Facebook again

no ratings deserved. deserves all the negativity and all the bad things that exist – like most here, the same reply of items lost somewhere, they have sent anther to replace. and it has been almost 3 months. and they are not cheap to begin with. liars and cheats. very very frustrating. however, on their website, good reviews were put up, blame myself for being dumb to believe those reviews instead.

Paid Pretty Little Sofas but not delivered – Order from Aug 2020 (9 months ago). I emailed PLS as to delay . Received a tracking number which just says that the goods are delayed due to COVID. No change to status when checking again . Emailed PLS no response . Has anyone else had similar experience? Or received their order?

Scam! Do not give them your money! – I feel stupid reading these reviews now that it's too late. I should have done my homework before trusting this company. My story is exactly as all other stories here. Waiting since Dec 2020. I wonder if anyone has received anything from this company, or are they just plain thieves? Is there any way to report such a scam company?

I did not receive my order!!! – Put an order in for a couch cover back in November 2020 and I still haven’t received it, sent numerous emails but nothing. It’s now June 2021
