Bad quality, poor looking materials
Honestly I ordered five different clothes including a straight pant, corset top, ling sleeve swim suit, two bags and a dress. None is good. Such a waste of time and money. The clothes in the photos looks nothing like original materials. No quality, sizing is going where I couldn’t figure out. If anyone from the pretty little thing watching this, please give my money back. It’s a request coz you guys don’t even have customer service. Thanks

They sent a ripped dress and the other one is paper thin. Very poor quality clothes, not worth the money.
Don’t ever pay extra for express delivery
I paid extra for my parcel to deliver earlier, it hasnt arrived. Tried to contact them on WhatsApp, it took hours for them to first reply, and then kept talking in circles and the worst, it was different staff every time when they replied, so u just have to keep repeating ur questions. Fun.
I chose to pay more for the package to be delivered a week before Christmas. It still hasn’t arrived. I tried to get in contact with the company but no answer, no idea where my order is.
I had to go and buy different Christmas and New Years clothes even tho I paid extra for the PLT parcel to arrive.
I can’t suggest anyone to buy anything from this website/store.

I have issues with every order but still remained loyal until now. I placed an order with extra 10% off which applied but then their system messed up flickered froze then processed full amount. Customer service kept denying code was valid until I sent a dummy order of same products where code applied to order. They then said oh sorry nothing we can do now when we all know they can refund 10% but choose not to. They offer future order vouchers instead. So goodbye I'm a shopper easily spending 100s & I won't be shopping with plt again! Appalling ...service overall. And when you catch them out on lies they just say sorry & don't really care. Buyer beware! If something goes wrong they won't support you. Too bad as many clothes were really good but I'll shop asos & iconic instead. Their loss. The end result was they didn't care losing a customer they told me bad luck & expect my full priced paid order to arrive by so & so date! Disgraceful!!
Sent me open and used lingerie items
I purchased lingerie from the company and they sent me used items. Their customer service is the worst and they keep going around in circles without providing me an adequate solution
Wrong delivery wasn't solved
Was delivered in 29th November in wrong place, I texted emails but no answer from PLT it's so unrespectful!
I want a solution urgently
Made the mistake of ordering on two occasions. Both items came faulty. Still waiting for a response about my refund. Please don’t waste your time.
parcel never left their warehouse and struggling to get refund
Placed an order that wasn't received. Was suppose to get parcel by 11 December. On 13 December I still didnt receive the parcel so sent them a message. I was told that it hadnt left the warehouse but they needed to confirm with their warehouse. This took a week for them to get back to me to confirm it didnt leave their warehouse. It is now 20 Dece. I was then asked if I wanted it to be sent. I clearley stated no as per previously messages sent and asked for a refund. They have now sent several messages asking if they can send the parcel to...which I have replied several times I do not and want an immediate refund. They are literally just running around in circles and each time someone new replies to a message that asks again if I want parcel sent. Each time Ive replied no and asked that they read the message thread as I have asked numerously for them to refund me. This is by far the worst Customer service I have ever recevied.
Worst customer service EVER
Ordered a month ago to ensure would arrive in time for sons first birthday. It hasn’t arrived and they won’t reply to any correspondence. So disappointed. Will never use site again. DO NOT USE
Very Happy With Purchase
Very satisfied with delivery from UK to Australia in 8 days, I payed for express delivery. Bought 6 items and very happy with all items…thank you PLT will buy again
Refuses to Provide Refund
Returned an item on the 1st November. They state it takes up to 29 days to provide a refund. 6 weeks later still waiting on the refund, only to no be told I need to wait at least another 5 days for someone to get in touch with me. Its too late now to start the process with my bank. What a joke of a business
Zero customer service availability
PLT have gone downhill fast. It's all good & well & easy to purchase with them but if you have issues regarding orders, products or delivery you can't discuss with a live agent any longer & only have a generic bot to assist that is completely useless & can only reply with details already in account/order. Trying to get live agents or find emails for customer service assistance is getting through a chaotic confusing often dead ended maze of neglect. They often fail to meet order & delivery guarantees & then top it off with zero contactability of...ten trying hard to hide contact avenues. They have become that horrid wish.com pathetic business model. As a long term big spender I will not be shopping with them again. Zero support means zero dollars they'll be getting from me.
My interactions with Pretty Little Thing have been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I received a dress that came with a very strong unpleasant odour (body odour). It was very apparent that it had been worn. I am trying to return the item (and I have no idea why PLT wants the item back as it is unhygienic and I would definitely not be reselling - the smell is really bad), 5 days and 11 email exchanges later I still do not have a resolution. I am trying to return the item without paying for it (as why should I?) - but I have been given th...e 'run around' various links shared, none of them have given me the free postage option. Sadly, I don't think I will be getting my money back for postage nor the item I am trying to "return." It seems to me like PLT do this until the customer gives up. I am a first time customer and they will never be getting my business again. I write this in the hope that the treatment I received is not experienced by any one else. If I could give zero stars I would and I wish I had checked the ratings on this website before I bought as clearly they shouldn't be in business.
Delivery was great, just unfortunate that the quality is sewn with human bum hair. But that's what you expect from fast fashion and synthetic fibers. Not worth it. Save your money to put towards good quality items.

i was about to order from pretty little thing but before i did i checked the reviews and saw that some of the packages never got there or got lost so im debating on ordering from them.
I got my order OK, in fact reasonably quickly from the UK. But the size of most of what I ordered was VERY SMALL. They were supposed to be AU /UK size 8 and most look nowhere near it. And the fabric was cheap and nasty. It was my first order and I spent nearly $100. If its your first order, I would just buy a few things to check out first. Then decide when you get them.
how do I return and get a refund. they are making it very hard and confusing to return and get my money back, can someone please explain the process? thank you
Do lace socks actually stay up with the ribbon as wanting to wear to races.
