absolutely horribly company to ever buy from. do not buy from this website. their is far better companies than this. bought something for $25 on sale and now i want to refund it they are asking for $15 to ship it back!!! what’s the point of return at this point if im only going to get $10 back. worst customer service and company. will not recommend or buy from them again!
Terrible customer service. Quality of clothing was horrible and did not fit correctly. Generated a QR code for the returns and they did not work. finally just printed a returns label myself. Then I get told I will have to pay per QR code generated, so I will be losing $15 per code. It was only when I threatened to escalate that they said I would only have to pay one shipping fee for the return. Will never purchase from them again, and I encourage others not to.
Horrible experience with PLT worst then sheine and temu. They charge 30$ extra for fast delivery when the delivery takes months. And very hard to get the refunds. Very misleading to customers and not trustworthy app. They taking our extra money for delivery and don’t deliver it on time at all. Supposed to deliver before 15 April or on 15 April Paid 30$ extra and now they pushing the delivery everytime

I spent an awful long time to select my order as I'm allergic to polyester. The order arrived 2 weeks ago, the black pant are polyester but in the fabric description says rayon and cotton, same for the vest which again is polyester. Customer service contacted, received 2 request to send labels pics, no resolution. Show details
I was sent the wrong size pants (their fault). I have messaged customer service on different channels and no response. Super disappointing when it was their fault. Will not be ordering from them again!

After reading the reviews here I was generally concerned about my clothes. I needed new clothes. Particularly with winter coming. Fits perfectly, to the size that I wanted. express on these busy times. Never had a problem with PLT, have been a customer and lover for a long time. Only one note, occasionally I receive the belts a bit bent or already tried on, but with the discounted prices, I’m not complaining too much. If I really feel unsatisfied, I just return. A+ to the staff, I think they are doing their best at this time of business for Christmas and the new year.

post shop within the 7 days. The barcode was not scanning successfully in the post shop anymore (this was the 8th day). So I logged into my Pretty Little Thing account to try to recreate another one, it didn't let me because there was already one on the order active (even though it wasn't working). I contacted their support team through multiple ways (text messages, emails, Instagram). No one replied to me till more than a month later!! and then they told me that because it's past the 14 days they can't help me. Don't buy from them, it's a waste of your time and money.

misleading name and after first ignoring me, they are refusing, even though they are breaching Consumer Law. Other items I bought I'll keep as they were on sale but quality isn't great. I wouldn't recommend this brand at all.

Their customer service is 90% AI generated that uses the same 2 responses to every question. I asked to talk to a real person and nobody every contacts you so you have to reach out again and speak to AI, it just goes around in circles and i’m sure a lot of people just give up so they end up winning with more money in their pocket. I contacted PrettyLittleThing 8 times, clearly stating I would not accept being charged to return items that were misrepresented or faulty as I had already paid a pricey $20 fee to have them shipped to me so why should i pay even more to return faulty and misleading items.
They ignored every message, referred me to their generic policies, and eventually refunded me — charging a $14.99 return fee I had explicitly refused. They acted without my agreement and denied me any chance of fair resolution. This breaches Australian Consumer Law, and I’ve now lodged complaints with Consumer Affairs Victoria and the ACCC.
This company does not respect consumer rights. I will never order again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

$15 return...I contacted customer service again and said both items are being returned together why am I paying the fee, if it's been waived. They're explanation is, it's only for the jacket?!?!?! out the item SHOULD have been truthfully priced and denominated as being £25 - UK Pound, clearly with a pound £ symbol, it was not $AU25 in actual value) I was in fact charged $AU37.99 + $AU1.12 international VISA conversion fee. . . Fantastic holiday thigh, high cream boots – I want some boots for a special occasion cream thigh high you guys did not disappoint. They came fast right on time got nothing but so many compliments about them and I loved them so thank you.
Unhappy – Shipping time is ridiculous, twice now i have ordered and both times my items have been delivered 2 weeks or more later then the original time frame. No help from the team apart from them repetitively giving me my tracking number and telling me things I already know! Won’t be shopping with them again.
