Priceline upper - shopping fair is for me one of the best and most suited. Pharmacist Stuart and Ahmed, and the pharmacist assistant all know me by my first name, always greet meet with a friendly disposition. Stuart went above and beyond when I contracted covid-2. Rung around and found medication and got the pharmacist assistant to bring it too my house while I was self isolating. Verry happy Show details
Bought online on day 1 goodie bag promotion, all products and the goodie bag was still available that time. After 3 days havent received tracking number, i contacted priceline just to be told that the goodie bag ran out. If you don't have enough goodie bag don't run a promotion. Very disappointed with how customer service not contacted me on day 2.
Dreadful Software. Chemist Warehouse are far better. Tried to buy 5 x 200ml Vicks Vapor Steam double strength. But all is not lost. Chemist warehouse will offer at their price less 10%. Show details

This review is only regarding buying makeup there. It's a really bad experience as they stick security stickers and tape all over everything. You stand 5 minutes trying to peel it off and then you're left with a sticky mess all over the container. For example an eyeliner or lipstick. They have to figure out how to how to deal with their… Read more
shoplifting approach as they make all of us feel like criminals and ruin our product purchase. Unless you're getting some super product sale I would suggest going and buying the same drugstore products at another place like Chemist Warehouse where you can order online and they put it in a bag without any of this stuff stuck all over it.
Worst experience of my Life. They sent the wrong colour plus one of the packs was opened and wrapped up with stick tape. I do not recommend them. Terrible services Show details
I purchased a shampoo from Priceline and received a product that was already expired. I immediately contacted customer service and sent photos showing the expiry date, but no one took responsibility. It’s been almost a month now and I’ve tried everything to get a response or a refund, with no success. Not only did they fail to send a valid… Read more
product, but they also failed in their customer service and in taking ownership of their mistake. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. I do not recommend.
I ordered two Palmolive body washes during Priceline’s “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” promotion. The offer was clearly displayed online (I even have screenshots), but when my order arrived, I only received the two items I paid for — no free item. This is misleading advertising. I contacted Priceline but received no satisfactory resolution. Very disappointed,… Read more
as I expected a trusted brand like Priceline to honour their advertised deals. Will think twice before ordering again.
I am a man that depends on repeat scripts and ongoing medication for the rest of my life. I have lived in the small town of casino also known as the beef capital for 10yrs now and have used this particular pharmacy since the day I became a casino resident. When I filled my script the other day, one of the lovely staff members offered me a… Read more
priceline card because I am in so often. I was more than excited to sign up straight away....untill the card was handed to me and it said in nice big pink writing.. PRICELINE SISTERS CLUB. This annoyed me a great deal because I am a man. When I asked if there is a brothers club, the lady laughed at me and shook her head. I left the pharmacy under the impression it is a female only chemist. I feel I should be changing pharmacy's. I can only imagine the fingers pointed if this situation was around the other way. Both Male and Female use your pharmacy's. Why can't there be one card for all that is just a priceline family card and also a brothers club just like the sisters club. This has really got me thinking about using another pharmacy and that's a shame because I am more than comfortable at the pharmacy I have used for over 10 yrs, but for some, this is all it takes to walk away after being a loyal customer for a decade.

I have just been to Lower level priceline Robina and asked for Nasonex Spray...was told $35 and it was priced on shelf as same but on purchase got charged $46.99. When I went back to the original Assistant all I got was her best at arguing down and… Read more
offered only 10% discount not the price advertised and quoted! She expected me to grateful for a sorry and 10% ONLY!!! As I was needing and had another appointment I had to accept. My question is, isn't it Law that what you advertise and confirm with a quote....and false advertising if not given at that price??? All I can say is Buyer Beware of these tactics and not its not good enough to just do 10% and argue the point...it should have been honoured or is that not a word in this Retailer's language or regulations!
Follow-up · No refund offered! Yes shelf price was very clear and confirmed verbally, but note..the price was ripped off when the problem was noted. Haven't shopped in priceline since!
I have never been so insulted in my life. I waited for ages to get served even let a lady who needed serving quicker than me in front of me. A lady walked straight in and got served ahead of me and the 4 people behind me. No customer service or valued customers at Priceline Beaudesert. I will never go back. The manager couldn’t even call me back. Show details
Follow-up · The manager never called me back , so I rang and spoke to him. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and really none of my concerns were addressed. I just don’t go to that Priceline pharmacy anymore, even though it’s right near my doctor. I drive to one of the other pharmacies instead. Why go where you aren’t valued?

Gift cards can only be used in store. I have over 300 dollars in gift cards that are near useless. This is small print trickery. And they expire after 36 months which is not industry standards. Absolutely awful experience spending ages on the phone to them to resolve which they did not help with, and when I was trying over and over again with different browsers etc before I delved into the small print.
Today I went Priceline Whyalla to get my mediations, and was told they would be ready in half an hour. Given that they appeared to be busy I did my grocery shopping and a few other things before returning, giving them ample time to do my scripts. I returned one and a half hours later. I was told they were nearly ready so, I waited and waited. I… Read more
eventually approached the counter again and asked again if they were ready to which I was told , they are just signing off on them now. So once again I waited and waited. So all up it took over 2 hours. If I had be told there would be a long wait I could have dropped the script s off and gone home and returned later instead of wasting time standing around . What’s more there was no apology for the excessive time I along with many others had to wait. While talking to others in the store it would seem that this store has a bad reputation for taking so long . Very disappointing as I have been a long time customers of Priceline.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I cannot show any higher praise than writing a review to all the ladies at the GOOLWA PRICELINE PHARMACY. Intranet to provide me information and also of regular clients that travel to Bali on their knowledge and phoned me to assure me I would be fine. I do not know all of their names, however, whoever you deal with at this store, you will gain their full attention and they will bend over backwards to assist you!!!!! Soo soo so lucky to have them as my pharmacy!!!! THANK YOU LADIES and GENTLEMEN!!!!!
The Taigum story is consistently out of stock of various products. It happens so often that I don’t think I’ll bother going back. The staff who look after the front counter are nice and helpful, but the staff at the back counter (other than the pharmacists) are unhelpful and don’t listen when you talk with them. me and ended up serving someone else, which was frustrating. I recommend any of the Chemist Warehouse stores in the area (2 in Aspley) and DCO at Chermside Marketplace - I suggest going to one of those instead of Priceline Taigum.

While I’m happy with the products, I’m not happy with my experience with purchasing them. I was speaking with an employee about the jojoba range, as I had never noticed it before. work for a year with an illness, so finances aren’t great right now. She said it very occasionally goes on sale, and that when it happens the products fly off the shelf incredibly quickly. I ended up buying almost $240 of the jojoba company products, as my skin has started looking terrible and I was assured it was worth it.
What I’m super disappointed with it despite asking if it goes on sale at all, and being told that it pretty much only does rarely, and items fly off the shelf straight away, the very next day it was 20% off. If I had of known, I would have come back the next morning to purchase.
I did call customer service hoping that I could be refunded, or at least receive a store credit for the difference I paid, but was told that wasn’t possible. Very disappointing when I’m not only a Priceline member, but at the highest tier. There was no appreciation or compassion for regular customers, and I’m seriously considering cancelling my membership
Priceline was very busy today, probably because of the long weekend, long queues to drop off, pick up scripts, then long queues to pay. There is no advice to customers that if you choose to 'come back later' to pick up your script (half hour wait today), you have to line up again with other customers who are dropping scripts off. Surely there's… Read more
a better way to do this. There were heaps of vulnerable, elderly customers using trolleys or walkers for support, and they were not spared the stress of having to line up 3x to complete a single transaction of getting their scripts filled. All up I spent 50 minutes in Priceline to get a script, the lady next to me was in for >1 hour, and we're both able bodied. The cosmetics staff are a pleasure to deal with, pharmacy staff did their very best they could under pressure. They took several complaints (more like pleas for help) from elderly customers. The 'head' pharmacist as she told several customers in store, enjoys her job way too much, she carries and air of arrogant superiority and manner to everyone, including her team. The main feedback is, when times are busy, look for ways to minimise discomfort to elderly/vulnerable customers. Don't leave the uncomfortable discussions with elderly people to the staff, and don't threaten customers. Look for better, more efficient, more customer friendly ways to achieve the same things. Reviewing how you can make it easier for customers to do business with you is worth the effort. It really helps to use soft skills and a softer tone and manner when interacting with your people, and your customers. They will appreciate it.
Priceline, you save your product but lost your loyalty customer because you employed a under train, rude, senseless, ignorant security guard in your Priceline store QV building Melbourne, he only insult good customer but cannot catch real thief, he only ruin your business and keep those loyalty customer staying away from your store Show details

I rang the Port Pirie priceline today to ask why I have an overdue account with them considering I had paid off the account that I had in November. Priceline Pharmacy at Westfield Hornsby NSW- exceptionally prompt attention and service. I give you 10 out 10. Nothing is a problem. Service with a smile and products arranged in a very orderly manner with plenty of space in the isles, no boxes or clutter left in the way. All pharmacists very attentive, knowledgeable and so helpful. Won't be going anywhere else!! Thank you Priceline Hornsby. Show details
So sick of companies offering supposed loyalty schemes as a way to get customer information, only to find the activation or login doesn't work. Basically, this means the company collects and presumably stores my personal credentials under false pretenses, because the supposed benefit to me of handing over my information is no accessible to me. I think that every company that does this is crocked.

Disgusting customer service. I submitted a complaint about a popular product that I rely on for my health and wellbeing. Got an email response saying 'Yes we don't stock this, bye'.
RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I filled a script at Priceline Pharmacy Runaway Bay without any communication other than being asked if I had it before. I then received a text later that day from an unknown no. saying the pharmacy had enrolled me in a program and to reply YES if I consent to be part of it or just ignore the text. chemist at Runaway Bay had mentioned nothing to me. I went in to the chemist at a later date to enquire as to why they were releasing my telephone no. without my consent. The person at the counter (wanted to see the text on my phone) went to pick up my phone as I was looking for my glasses to locate this text on my phone. She had not wanted to wait for me to do that and was going to take over without my permission. When I stopped her, she indicated she was busy (not wanting to wait) and to get back to her when I got my glasses out. So rude!! Then someone else came out and took over (while the very busy person continued standing there) and would not let me get my question out and talked over the top of me. I had managed to let them know that I had not been consulted about giving my number out in responding to her diatribe but was told I didn't want to listen. I walked out in frustration and will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. PRICELINE is very badly represented by the people working there.
Priceline cancelled 4 items out of an order for 5 after stating on the order all ordered items were in stock. Thinking about it, others have far better range, price and stock. I am not likely to ever buy from Priceline.
We needed some help from our Pharmacy and I called ahead to let them know my son would be popping in to get some eye drops for his brother. Naz from the Showground pharmacy was fabulous and also wrote us a note for how to apply the eye drops. Her service and support was so wonderful. I am very appreciative of this level of customer service Rochelle Show details

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Excellent Service at Priceline Pharmacy!** Amra from Ingleburn Village store was very helpful and assisted me in finding the correct size knee braces. I recently purchased Nair Face Bleach from Priceline Pharmacy. The product included an activator and a cream. When I opened the cream, it made a strange noise, and the texture looked frothy and as if it had already been activated. It was even leaking from the bottle, which clearly didn’t seem right. I returned the product to Priceline and… Read more
explained the issue. They told me they couldn’t process a refund directly and that it had to go through the brand. They said they would follow up and call me back. Later, they called and claimed the product wasn’t faulty, even though it clearly appeared to be. I told them I wasn’t comfortable applying something that looked spoiled or pre-activated onto my face, especially since it’s a chemical product.
I also suggested that they open another box to compare. When they got back to me, they said the other bottles looked the same. I wasn’t sure if they meant they actually opened and checked, but if so, then that would mean all of them were faulty. The whole situation felt very dismissive, and overall, I found the customer service to be quite poor.
Take the reviews they publish on their website with a grain of salt! alternative opinion to consider. My review was factual and indicated the product just hadn't produced the results promised for me. Weeks later, my review is still to appear on Priceline's website. I can't help but wonder if this would be the case if I'd posted a 5-star review, and it speaks volumes about Priceline's customer priorities and ethics.
